What was a bad day when the big rock hit my windshield turned into a super smooth, easy, quick and efficient repair by Nexus Auto Glass, Santos was amazing to work with, he is super responsive, handled the claim with quickness and kept me up to date on every step. The glass came in so fast, I asked Santos if I can postpone the repair until after my family trip and he happily obliged and made it work for me. The day of repair was just as smooth, quick and easy, my repair tech Pedro was amazing, he was polite, clean and did the repair like a pro, I'm a car guy and keep my cars in pristine condition, Pedro even commented on that. And he took care of my car with extreme precision not a scratch after. I have had less stellar experiences with the unmentionable National name. If you need your Auto glass repaired, call Nexus Auto Glass for the best customer experience.

I recently have had an issue with my sunroof and went to every auto body shop and they couldn t help me out. I contacted Nexus Auto Glass and they were so quick to respond and was able to come out to where my car is. Santos was super professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He gave his recommendations and I appreciate the quick availability he attended to. Will definitely be using Nexus AutoGlass again and highly recommend!

Santos came to my house and repaired a small chip on my windshield to the point that it is not noticeable. Amazing customer obsession for such a small issue. The only thing I have to say is: Santos is THE guy for your windshield repairs. Professional. On time. Reasonably priced. Great outcomes! Thank you Santos.

Both the workers that attended me were extremely nice and helpful with my situation. They attended me right away and really made me feel in the right hands with their knowledge. Throughout the process the guy fixing the window talked me through it so I knew what he was doing. The whole experience was just amazing and the prices are really good too. My window was completely shattered and they were able to fix it perfectly.

Santos was terrific. The entire process was simple he replaced the windshield while the car was in my driveway so I didn t have to miss a beat. He was quick, reliable, and affordable. The whole thing made a potentially expensive and inconvenient situation into an easily navigable situation. Highly recommend!

My rear window shattered Christmas Eve & needed replacement urgently and they were extremely accommodating. Also the best price we could find. The mobility makes it even more convenient and efficient. Very happy with the service, would def recommend/return as a client.

I highly recommend anyone to Nexus Auto Glass.Great customer service and communication. They ordered windshield from Acura dealer,picked it up and next day came to my work to install new windshield and do calibration in less than 2 hours. I couldnt be happier with their service.Thank you

My son helped me by getting Santos to fix our windshield. He came out to my house to personally fix my rearview mirror in my car. I sincerely wish I gave him a tip. Exceptional service and such a genuine place that cares about you and your car!

Nexus is a really great guy. He can up to my house to get my windshield change. Save me a lot of time! Really recommended this guy to anyone very affordable if you not going through your insurance. As unfortunate as it was to have to use this service the actual customer service I recieved from the Nexus staff was great It definitely made the whole ordeal sting alot less. I can't thank Santos and his guy Pedro enough for being as accomadating as they were and getting the job done. great service! my car got broken into on a saturday night so sunday i called & i honestly didn t think they would answer but they did! i told santo my situation and he was willing to get the job booked right away, no wait time & the service was done in just 25mins! you just can t beat that in an emergency situation, im very satisfied & i ll definitely be recommending this business, thanks santo & jonathan!

Santos and his staff were remarkably amazing!!!! They helped me in a pinch get my window repaired that was smashed in. Santos ordered the glass asap and came to my home the next day. They vacuumed all the glass and It was as good as new! I couldn't be happier. Nexus autoglass should be the only auto glass company you consider!

Highly professional business,amazing customer service skills and communication. Highly recommend! Santos was courteous and very responsive. I was given an approximate window of an hour and his worker came right within it to replace my rear window. There was so much shattered glass and Pablo (?sorry if I got his name wrong) completed a perfect job. Forget that other business, call Nexus!
