Highly reco Midas. I met with Ray and I appreciate the not-rushed time he spent with me to explain everything I needed to know about the car repairs I needed. The full diagnostics were priced transparently and broken out so I can decide how to proceed on a budget. Clean facilities at a convenient location also is nice. Managing car maintenance and repairs can be daunting. But the ease of service, the full discussion and options provided have given me the full picture and comfort level I need.

I went in for an oil change without an appointment and was seen right away, excellent customer service. I ended up needing a new belt and they detected my back break had worn away which is why I had been hearing screeching noises for so long. I am so glad they take the time to inspect the car. I will definitely be a regular customer now.

I went in today for a tire repair. The gentleman (Jared) who handled me from my phone call to the end of my visit was amazing! He was professional, courteous and very helpful. Everyone I came in contact with at this location was great.

Thank you Midas Fairfield! This is my third experience with them. They ve been Great since my first experience. I only dealt with Ray and Jared. They explain everything down to the T. Even answered any questions I had about my vehicle. Keep up the great work! I found new mechanic place I can trust.

I ve been a customer of the Midas in Fairfield, CT for many years for oil changes and other car care needs. They always explain what needs to be replaced on my car and why. Definitely recommend!

They turned me away saying my car can only use synthetic oil. Complete lie. I've done it other places and can do it myself. I had coupon for synthetic blend for $30 and they said they only carry 5w-20 in full synthetic for $90. Please. Why would you turn away a customer like that. I didn't want to do it myself, but for way less than $90 I will.

I was recommended by my sister. I have now gone a few times for oil changes and have not had any complaints.Recently, my catalytic converter was stolen and decided for my insurance to work with Midas in Fairfield. It took a few days for the piece to come in but Nick was patient and explained each step of the process. After installing the piece, my car was still making a sound due to a defective clamp but they quickly fixed it.As a girl, mechanics can be intimidating but Midas in Fairfield has made me comfortable every time.

We ve been to this Midas location many times for many years and they have always been extremely timely, accommodating, and professional. Today, however they also were extremely honest (and patient) about their pricing vs going back to our dealer and waited while I shopped around prices and then took my car down from the lift recognizing the dealer was a better deal with no grief and at no cost even though their mechanics had spent time diagnosing the issue. When it s so easy to feel like you re getting taken for a ride (pun intended) at the mechanics, I m so grateful for this location s honesty. Can t recommend highly enough.

I showed up 10 minutes before they closed with a flat tire. Without hesitation they put my spare on, told me the issue with my tire and recommended what I should do to prevent this from happening again. They were so helpful and kind and not once did I feel pressured to purchase something which happens at every other auto shop. They definitely just became my go to. Thank you guys!!Service: Tires

If you ever need quick, but thorough and well-done service, this Midas location is the place! After an unexpected nail in my tire, the Fairfield Midas team was able to quickly get me a same day appointment, diagnose the issue, and replace my tire. Even with not having the tire for my specific car at their location, their team had the tire delivered and replaced on my car within a matter of a couple of hours. Friendly service all around, and the manager Ray took me through each and every part of my bill explaining it to me. Thank you for such wonderful service!Service: Tires

This shop has become my go-to repair location for all of my auto needs. I have been to them four times now for minor items like oil changes and filter replacements to more comprehensive visits like brake and muffler jobs. I have been incredibly impressed every time by the service on my car and the customer service along the way. I have worked with Nick, Ray, and Carlos. The headlight in my vehicle went out and when I noticed it, it was pretty late. I had to pick my daughter up from the airport and I was nervous because I didn t want to drive with just one headlight at nighttime. I went to AutoZone and bought the part and unfortunately they couldn t get to my headlight. I was running out of options after two other shops turned me away. I decided to take my chance and go to Midas in Fairfield, it was around 4:30-5pm. The two gentleman that were working were so understanding and even though they were close to closing up shop, they changed both of my headlights and fog lights for me. Thanks to them, I was able to pick my daughter up from the airport that night and felt safe. Thank you for your exceptional service!

I have been coming to Midas for over 17 years. I only trust Paul with my automotive repairs and regular maintenance. Everyone at Midas are great! Paul is very knowledgeable and has always done an amazing job with my vehicle.
