The sales team was knowledgeable, attentive and respectful throughout the process. They were transparent with fees pricing and additional costs and took care of the registration and insurance requirements. I appreciate this dealership being patient with me and finding alternative options in a time of need. Ramon and Ben were great and Jacinth was on point in closing the deal! From the moment I sent an internet inquiry up to the moment of driving my new car off the lot, Ramon was very helpful! It was a busy holiday weekend and an atypical circumstance delayed a rather prompt buying experience but Ramon kept in contact throughout the whole process and worked diligently to help me get my car. I had a very good experience with purchasing a used car from Mercedes Benz of Fairfield. My salesman Vincent was well versed with the used car I purchased and being efficient in the selling process. He was professional and very easy to work with. He was also very kind and understanding of my needs and concerns.Apart from my salesman, Mercedes Benz of Fairfield is a very clean environment and the staff is so friendly. Even though my purchase was a fraction of the cost of the cars they sell, I was still valued as a customer. Furthermore, at delivery, my car was washed, waxed, vacuumed, and cleaned. It was a pleasure to do business here. Great job Vincent for valuing me and communicating so well every step in the process! I will purchase again from this dealership for sure!

If I could give zero stars TRUST ME I would. My car got transferred there from another body for wiring! I ve called the so called advisor Anthony for a week AND left voice messages. NO CALL BACK! And then when I finally got to someone and asked for a manager. She hung up the phone. Never again!

its almost impossible to reach anyone they never call you back once you make a purchase. I'm still waiting for a call back its been almost a week. I thought I was happy with my BMW buy until I brought it to be serviced and inspected by BMW just days later for them to tell me I had 7,500$ worth of internal damages to my engine as well as an oil pan leak I also bought a warranty in which it did not cover any of the damage's I would not recommend anyone to purchase any vehicle with them I just feel cheated I will never shop here again!

Really been having good service but unfortunately if you do not have a loaner and hiccups occur, response time is poor and advisors are always overwhelmed . Managers not available and people don't know whether who is in or out and available. Hoping I can upgrade this star in the future.

I cannot recommend Ramon at Mercedes Fairfield enough. He truly took all of the stress and anxiety away from car shopping. After speaking to multiple Mercedes-Benz dealerships Ramon was the only one able to get me in my gorgeous 2022 Mercedes GLB in my price range, all in under 24 hours. The entire Mercedes Fairfield team was great including Stanley who was incredibly thorough and patient showing me every feature in my new car. I will continue to recommend Ramon to anyone I know interested in a Mercedes. I can not be any happier with my experience.

I had an awesome experience at this dealership! I traded in my 2014 Toyota Camry SE with almost 100k miles for a Certified Pre-Owned 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 4Matic with about 30k miles. My salesman John Mcneil was the best! Very efficient, broke everything down for me and a warm energy! Thank you so much to you and your team!

Arrived there to get my front boot fixed. I spoke with service manager and a tech and confirmed this was the cause of the issues presenting with my car. The car was there for two weeks before I was given updates. I was finally told it was fixed so I took an hour from work to pick it up and they stated they were going to send a complimentary uber but it never arrived and i had to call to get another one issued. I finally get my car and drove off to find the issue hadn't changed and it was a subframe that was rotted and under warranty. I was told by the service manager this was extremely dangerous to drive with this issue and they dont usually allow the car to leave. The car was not only unsafe to drive but the issue I was having was covered under warranty. Waited another two weeks until my car was fixed. I then reached out to sales to see if i could trade in my car to avoid future issues. Sales manager said she would call me back, that was a month ago, still no word. One of the worst mercedes dealerships I have ever dealt with and by far one of the worst experiences. Listen please and avoid this place at all cost!

We recently purchased a GLC300 from MB Fairfield. Our salesperson was John McNeil -- we would recommend anyone thinking about a purchase to work with him. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and extremely pleasant to work with. John spent time searching for the car and features we were looking for no matter how long it took. It was so nice working with someone giving us undivided attention.In addition to John McNeil, Stanley Alvarez explained all the features/technology of the car in a very simple & easy to understand way. He also was very patient with our many questions.Working with both John & Stanley was a great experience and they are truly an asset to MB of Fairfield.

Service is great. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The only wish is to add some snacks in their waiting area. Dealership is located in industrial area, so when you spend long time there waiting for your car you do get hungry eventually.

Let me start by saying that Dan Pinto is both a superb salesman, but more than that, he is a kind, helpful, honest person. Our experience with him and the team at Fairfield Mercedes was impeccable from start to finish. Not ONCE did we feel uncertain about any of the discussions we had during this process. Dan listened to our needs, guided us accordingly, and we ended up with an immaculate five star vehicle.Mind you we are in a pandemic and it would be common for another dealership to "push" or "misguide" a customer due to sales needs, that is not what this dealership has to do. They have both beautiful new and pre-owned inventory and they (Dan), takes the time to ensure you have the right car for YOU, NOT a sales goal.Honest, Reliable, Five star service and cars.Additionally Jacinta in finance was a gem, She met our needs financially and was professional, kind, patient and thorough.Go to this dealership. Love this place! My husband and I were traveling cross country in our Sprinter when disaster struck. The fading A/C was frustrating but the loud clunking and the low coolant message followed by the "turn engine off" message was not to be ignored. Between Shannon's great communication and coordination Mike Keklak's knowledge, communication, and careful explanation about the possibilities we felt comfortable leaving our van/home in their care. A broken fan was replaced and our Sprinter was back in our possession that same day! Thank you to the entire team at Mercedes Benz of Fairfield CT for getting us back on the road.

After our purchase, Stanley patiently and effectively explained all of the functionality of the onboard systems - from automated control of the vehicle into a parking space to pairing two phones for seamless operation from the entertainment center. His level of 'caring' was amazing!

Meh, while I do think that technology is efficient in providing updates I have had the worst experience trying to actually talk to someone or getting a call back. My first experience they had my car for almost a month and the app told me it hadn t been started in a week. I also think the nothing wrong diagnosis was false but Don t honor appointments if you don t have the time. They currently have my car for a routine B service. I didn t want a rental car because the last time they gave me one, there was something wrong with it (power steering, I believe) and I almost died on the Merit (I m a bit dramatic, but it was scary) I moved to a luxury brand to get best in class unfortunately that has not been my experience.

Fascinating experience buying cars at Mercedes-Benz of Fairfield definitely I would not think twice about buying my future cars or recommend this dealership to all my friends I recommended this to place to my self few months ago with a amazing experience after that two of my friends and my boss they have visited this place and they have all taken the time to travel from New York to Fairfield and none of them have wasted their time in taking more than an hour of road trip because each one of them they have received the best buying experience from Eric Brennan and Vincent Castelli. Let me tell everyone that these two gentlemen they know how to do their job very well since you walk in into the dealer until you end up leaving driving you new Mercedes such a good result is due to teamwork because they know what they do and how to do it, something that they know very well and that is called Customer Services Eric and Vincent they really take their time in satisfying each of its customers when they know that theses customers comes from other state trying to get what they have not been able to experience in other dealers this is where their job starts because in Fairfield they know how to value the customer's time something that in many places do not put into practice that's what I call real business people that is the key to win the support and respect of customers like me.Great Job Guys!!!!!

Ed was extremely rude and very unprofessional and acted like he was the owner of the Mercedes Benz . No manners No reason for the way he acted. I would have him fired . He s a racist toward Hispanics . Hopefully he isn t there anymore!!!

Amazing experiencing working with Ramon Rivera as my salesman. From the moment I purchased my brand new car he was very pleasant and informative. In my past experiences salesmen would forget about you after they ve already gotten the sale. But not Ramon, he called, followed up, and was friendly the entire time. He asked how I m enjoying the car and was enthusiastic when I shared the tints that I would be doing, and he was very helpful in coordinating my service appointment. He is an effective communicator and when he promises to follow up he does in a timely manner. I am grateful for this experience and would highly recommend working with Ramon. 5 stars because of my experience working with him, and also because of the cleanliness and the staff that I interacted with during my experience.

Just a month ago, my friend bought a brand new sprinter here. Unfortunately, the car broke down a month later. This is a brand new car, which makes us question the Mercedes brand. The response and solution given by Mercedes Benz of Fairfield was only to make my friend wait indefinitely and make a phone call that was impossible to get through, which made people very angry. She spent 80,000 to get such treatment and service. Hope the dealer will come up with a quick solution, she desperately needs a working car

I cannot sing the praises of my dream team enough. First off, the place is beautiful. Honestly, when I m in the market again, I ll head straight to Fairfield. John McNeil was my point of contact. He handled all of my questions and potential concerns promptly even after I left the dealership. Anything I needed, there was no question that he d either get it done or get me my answer. Jessica Pugliese in finance knew it all. She handled the paperwork process quickly and with a smile. I m from out of state and she knew what everything was and why it was needed. And to close out the experience I had a very enthusiastic Stanley Alvarez walk me to and through my new car showing me all that it was capable of in as little or as much detail as I needed. John and Stanley even followed up a week later to see if there was anything else I needed. The customer service was worth the drive alone, the new car was a huge plus!

Excellent Customer Service,I took my husband car to Mercedes for Service. Everyone was so nice. I Great smile from Donnie and service person when i first walked in. Angelo Palange took care of rear axle oil change. Johnny Yeon took care of schedule A service. Thank you to Anthony and Matt ( service advisor) for helping me with the questions on report. Everyone made me feel welcome here. It made me feel great that my car is in good hand with great service from Mercedes Benz of Fairfield.I am glad to switch my car from B.M.W. to Mercedes Benz. The service is one of the most important factor which car we should buy.Thank you again.
