The lifters went on one side of my brand new 2023 Tahoe that was purchased at maritime Chevy just a few months prior. The dealership did not have a loaner car for me available, and they were unkind and unsympathetic towards the fact that I needed a car for my family of 5 which fits 3 car seats. They offered me $40/ day towards a rental which you can imagine wouldn t cover a comparable vehicle. The service manager was rude when I called him. His response was my brand new car is here on a lift with 1000 miles on it and the part is backordered until April . This made no difference to me and my concerns at the time. When this dealership was selling me a car they were so kind and helpful. But once you own the car they are less than desirable. I had to contact GM to get anyone to care that I needed a comparable loaner for the time being while my car was serviced. The up side was that they got the parts and fixed it rather quickly. 3 days later I got the car back. Communication needs to be improved. And so does the way you treat your customers.Services: Brake service & repair, Oil change

Easy to get an appointment and friendly attendants. Very helpful explanation of services rendered and opinions on future service. Thanks to Jeremy Galan with Maritime Chevy, I was able to get the EV that I wanted at an affordable price. They were the only dealership in Western Connecticut with any in stock. Jeremy made the process very smooth and he even drove out to put the new CT tags on my car.Thank you!

Repair was satisfactory. Communication was poor from the start. GM is having a problem with lifters on V-8 engines and it is understandable that parts are back ordered -- not your fault. It would have been better to set customer expectations up front by giving a worst case timeline for completion. I was initially told the truck would be kept overnight. Then over the weekend. Then the middle of next week. And finally the end of the week. A better way to handle that would have been to explain the ongoing issue with GM and say upfront it probably would be a week.

Service is good and friendly. Work was done promptly. My only complaint is they wanted to charge me a $169 diagnostic fee to tell me why check engine light was on. It would have been credited towards repairs if I had them done. If not I would be out $169! They used to do this for free.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Got an oil change (I think) but they didn't change the sticker to tell me when the next change is needed & didn't reset the oil life alert in the car. Also didn't add air to the tires that was needed. I'm sure fluids weren't topped off either. The lady at the front desk (Cherise) was super friendly though & was able to help me out. They could have not changed my oil & I would never know.Service: Oil change

Spent $6000 for trans overhaul and brakes and rotors . Service staff is excellent polite and prices are fair . Spending this amount of money and still no loaner vehicle provided . Had to arrange my own way home . I understand there s a shortage of inventory but servicing your existing clients for repeat business makes a lot of sense . Sadly common sense is lacking nowadays.Services: Transmission, Brake service & repair

This was my second time visiting with Maritime Chevrolet and both times I experienced superb customer service. This time I had an urgent need to change my oil and I was reassured that they could cover this and have me on my way for my meetings. I ve never had a bad experience with Maritime s service department, the manager Ralph is more than helpful every time I show up. The service writers are some of the best in the business. You haven t experienced a dealerships service department u til you visit maritime Chevrolet in ffld. They are the best !!

Called to fix an oil leak that was under warranty. Called and was able to make a quick appointment. Received a call from the mechanic the same day to discuss the fix. I brought my car in for a leak. It was determined to be oil and I was told I needed a new engine seal. They did the job and I picked up my car. The next time I checked my car there was another leak. I brought the car back and was told it was not oil but coolant and that it resulted from insufficient tightening of some bolts. I was not charged. Unfortunately after being away for a few days I came back to another leak. This time I was told that I needed a new water pump. I was told the timing was unfortunate. The repair was done and I picked up my car again. Unbelievably the next day I discovered my car was still leaking. I brought it back for the fourth time and was treated as if this was no big deal. It was very disappointing. This time I was told that some debris was found in a valve on the bottom of the radiator that kept it from sealing properly. At present I appear to have a non-leaking car but I m afraid this experience has ruined my relationship with this dealership. In fairness I was given a 10% discount on the water pump repair but money doesn t make up for the inconvenience and lack of pride in workmanship I encountered.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle at this dealership. Our salesperson, Bill Clark, was accommodating and made the whole process stress free. He didn t try to push anything on me but was friendly and very helpful. I got what I went there to buy and I m very happy with my purchase! I highly recommend Bill!

I brought my vehicle in for its first oil change and tire rotation. When I picked up the truck I was told all work was completed. Because of past experiences at other dealerships, I marked my tire to make sure they had been rotated. As suspected, my tires were never rotated. Do not trust what auto dealerships service departments claim what work they did.Service: Oil change

Just had my vehicle serviced at Maritime Chevrolet. The technician was patient and determined to find and fix the problem. He was able to resolve an issue with my GMC Yukon Denali that 2 other dealerships could not figure out. Everyone I interacted with was very courteous and knowledgeable. Maritime is my new service dealership of choice.

The service team also rotated my tires and installed some mud flaps for me. My husband and I have have been customers for over 20 years. We have recommended them to family and friends and they, too, are repeat customers. The rear hatch of my suv malfunctioned and would not close , of course it was raining. Sharice instructed me to bring the car in immediately. The problem was diagnosed and corrected. Sharice communicated every step of the way and made the process very pleasurable. I will definitely use Maritime again in the future due to Sharices customer service skills.Service: Oil change

I visited this dealership for the 1st time to service my C6. To my surprise, the labor and repairs were reasonable and consistent with what the car needed. I was expecting a list of add on service repairs similar to what Ive experienced at NY dealerships but Maritime Chevy kept it 100%. Very professional, courteous, and even provided a ride back and forth to my home as they serviced the car. I definately recommend this dealership for Chevy owners.

Jay is awesome! My car was at a different shop and 2 days before my warranty was expiring the guy at the other shop told me that he could not fix me car. I ended up calling here, and he got my car in the same day! He was able to get the things my car needed, fixed in a timely manner and was able to get the claim processed through my warranty company before the expiration date. He kept me in the loop daily. Very great place and will be back for any other repairs or services I may need!

I just had my Chevy Cruze 2014 in for service. At first when I dropped my car off, the atmosphere was a bit abrasive in the Service Dept. However, my service Advisor Shannon followed up with me to the T. The work was done via a carvana warranty and she was instrumental in getting the work covered. I m a happy customer indeed. Give her a raise!!

As always the service department at Maritime motors is excellent! While my truck is being serviced I can relax and do some emails in the customers lounge. My experience was HORRIBLEI spoke with Marissa and she was a HORRIBLE person, very aggressive , loud, ghetto, and she tried to fast talk me, I was charged 1,300 plus dollars for work on my car which I definitely had know issue with but when I picked up my car I ended up bringing it right back the next day because my heat wasn t working BUT when I first bought it to maritime Chevrolet my heat was DEFINITELY working. Now marissa Told me she would have the same person look at my car again but she didn t tell me she was charging Me for that service until I return to check on my vehicle. To find out now she wants me to pay additional 400.00 to have a thermostat put in my vehicle. The problem I have is my heat was Working EXCELLENT when I handed my vehicle over to maritime, I m VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED in maritime and I think you guys is a complete rip-off and I will never ever bring my vehicle here for service again. Marissa is a very disrespectful, dishonest and very misleading person. I won t even recommend my friends to maritime: my reason for being my vehicle to maritime had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with my heat not working because it was DEFINITELY already working and I m very upset by the services I ve received: Marissa doesn t need to be on the front line representing maritime Chevrolet, she needs to be in the back separating parts

I have used Maritime Chevrolet s service dept. on multiple occasions. From oil changes, to tire replacement, and even a faulty sunroof motor, they have always upheld the highest level of customer service. The employees are always polite and upbeat. They are always honest and never try to push services that I don t really need. Yesterday, I had an oil change and the service department arranged for someone to bring me to work and even brought my car to my office when it was done. I m grateful to have found kind and honest people at a dealership like the employees at Maritime Chevrolet.Service: Oil change

Scheduled my vehicle for an oil change, tire rotation, and to repair a piece of molding that was coming loose. I explained when scheduling the appointment exactly what needed to be done (the piece is held on with double sided tape, which failed). Come the day of service, I got multiple calls first stating that they didn t have the molding in stock (I didn t want it replaced, just stuck back on), then saying they didn t have the double sided tape.It s the dealership - I expect the problem to just be fixed, but it wasn t because of poor planning and the unwillingness to source for a $5 roll of tape.Service: Oil change
