Drove up from NJ to view this Z06, z07 package hard top convertible. Scott treated us as we knew eachother before. Scott even met us on his day off, we purchased this beauty and it's coming home with us next Saturday. Thank you Scott and Maritime Chevy. This was the easiest and most fun car purchase of my life. Super professional everything was quick no problems. My sale rep Scott was always constantly updating me the whole process. They had a lady that trained me on how to work all the features in this beautiful machine before me taking it home. Those whole team there are extremely professional. I m in the car business since 1995 and I was looking for one in the auctions all the ones I saw high miles or something bad. When I saw this one online I couldn t believe how clean it was I took time to go see it and I felt in love with it. It was exactly what I been looking for. I highly recommend this place A+ the price was good. I will buy again. A+++

I purchased a 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV from Maritime back in June 2023. My contact was Mike Brown. He took care of my sale from beginning to end. All went smoothly for the most part. This was an out of state sale and they took care of all the paperwork, including registration.Matt Zuckerman was the finance manager whom assisted in my deal. Matt sent me the Chevy tax form back in January, so I can apply for the federal tax credit properly. I would recommend dealing with Maritime Chevy and Mike Brown (and staff).

Nelda, Rick and Matt really are the best people I've ever dealt with when buying a car. From the moment I walked in, they listened and did everything they could to help me navigate the car buying process. Even after I changed the vehicle I wanted, they didn't blink. They don't pressure. I truly believe the goal at Maritime Chevrolet is not only customer satisfaction, but extremely happy customers. These are people I trust. I've been a long time customer, this is the third vehicle I have purchased from Maritime Chevy. I get all my service done at Maritime as well. Cherise and Andrew in service are my go-to team whenever I take in my car or truck for oil changes, brakes, tires, etc. They always take the time to be sure I am completely satisfied before driving away. And they don't overcharge. It's fair and honest, every time.Maritime Chevrolet is the best dealership in every way. Period.

I feel extremely ripped off. My father took his truck for every scheduled oil change there since purchasing the truck. My father passed 3 weeks ago so 2 weeks ago my mother took it down for an oil change. After the change they stated vehicle needs a new oil pan. A few days ago I looked under the truck after my mother said there was oil leaking. The leak was coming from the plug. It doesn t take a scientist to see the technician striped the plug, over the last week or so the plug I m sure has been expanding and contracting from driving so then the leak increased. I brought it down today and they told me it s an old truck (2014) and plugs wear and tear. It s just funny to me that it just happened after the oil change and them stating a new pan is needed. Please make this right because my mother has gone through enough recently and doesn t need this added cost or headache. Thank you. This picture is approx 5hrs of leakage after leaving the dealership. Yes you offered to put temporary oversized plug in, to give me time to come up with $1200 for a new oil pan. I asked if the gasket can get resealed but your office guy told me there wasn t a gasket and it was a glue that bonds it together so that wasn t an option.

A stress free, friendly environment. Our purchase offer was accepted without hassle and although the car was not quite ready when we arrived and not all service reps were familiar with our transaction, The paperwork went seamlessly and all questions and concerns addressed. I had an excellent experience at Maritime Chevrolet. I had been in the market for a new truck for a couple of weeks and met with multiple dealerships. At Maritime the process was super easy. I work directly with a sales manager, Rick Miller. There was no back-and-forth for pricing, and he really worked with me to get something within budget. The process itself was straightforward. There are no tactics of trying to overcharge like most dealerships. I also had the pleasure of working with Matt in accounting, and he really worked with me as well. Overall, it was a seamless process and in the future I ll be sure to purchase vehicles from the dealership.

I bring my car to this dealership because I have no better alternative, there's always something missing. Last time my tire sensors weren't calibrated so they've been showing me the wrong tire position in my panel the past months. At least the people in the front desk are usually kind. Can't say the same about the laborers.Anyway, this time I came for an oil change, tire rotation and wheel alignment/balance service. It was performed in a decent time, fair price.When I got the car, I realized the tires weren't rotated. I recognize a paint mark I have in one of the tires, so I knew where the tires were before the service.When I let them know about it, they assured they did the job. Well, I was 200% confident my tires were in the same place, so I requested the rotation. A guy took the car back and did the job with the worst attitude possible. I never heard a sorry.Now I'm wondering if my oil was actually changed and my wheels work performed, if they didn't even put the sticker for my next oil change.

Before coming to Maritime Chevrolet as our last hope of the day, we were stressed and having a rough time finding the right deal, traveling to multiple dealerships. But it turns out we were SO lucky everything else fell through and we came here! Scott Turian was awesome. He put aside a vehicle for us while we drove down, and was ready right when we walked in the door. Scott right away said he wasn't the kind of salesman to hover or pressure us, which we appreciated. He had great humor and kept us laughing the entire time. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, like grabbing us umbrellas or charging up our electric vehicle in case we bought it. We trusted Scott-- he was a genuine, honest person who shared about himself and wanted to know about us too. In the end, we got an amazing deal on our dream vehicle, and they offered a surprisingly high amount for my trade-in vehicle too! Can't recommend this place enough, and will definitely come here next time we need a vehicle too.

Business doesn't have to be just about the transaction. The whole team at Maritime, throughout, were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They even tossed in some occasional humor.It was a exceptional customer experience, something not always present today. We're very happy with our new Equinox and with the way we were treated. Fantastic Experience!My husband and I recently purchased a tahoe from Maritime Chevrolet. I called the dealership directly after seeing two cars on their website and scheduled an appointment. I spoke with Connor by phone who is very professional and confirmed what we were looking for. Connor confirmed the date and time then a couple days later followed up to be sure the time still worked!Upon arriving to the dealership, we were greeted with great professionalism by Jeff and Ryan. Ryan walked us over to confirm who our appointment was with and then introduced us to Mike our sales rep. Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in. We went for a test ride while he answered my questions. When reviewing the finance pieces, I never once felt like anyone at the dealership was pushy and felt everyone was transparent on lease vs. ownership options. Matt helped us with the financing. He was very patient and personable. While we awaited to finalize the deal, Mike introduced me to the service manager (Rick I believe) and he kindly walked me through their service options and customer experience.In addition to the great people we met, the dealership was very clean.Overall, I highly recommend this dealership! Looking forward to purchasing my cars here in the future!

I recently purchased a 2024 Chevy Trax from Maritime Chevrolet and had an amazing experience. Nelda, the delivery specialist, was fantastic. She took the time to explain all the features of the car and made sure I was comfortable before leaving the dealership. Matt, the finance manager, was very helpful and informative throughout the entire process. Finally, Ryan Tyce the Sales manager was extremely professional, and knowledgeable, He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. Terrible experience. They charged me for what they knew they could not do . It was for them to program my electronic steering rack. They claim they told the person who dropped my Cruze off that they couldn t do it because the part wasn t from them , but the person convinced them they could do it , so they went ahead and charged me for it even though it didn t work.How do you let someone convince you to do what you clearly don t do or can t do? Where s the professionalism?I was charged for it and it feels like daylight robbery to me !!This is unacceptable and I won t advise you to take your cars there for repairs or service . I have been doing oil change at this location for my truck but I think it s time to relocate Check their reviews !!!

We picked up our new corvette today and were very pleased with the experience. The dealership sent Rocky to our home (which was an hour away) to pick us up and bring us back to Maritime. He was a great guy and kept us entertained on the car ride. Mike A. showed us the car and explained how to work all the features in the car. He was a very personable guy. Matt was great explaining all the paperwork and had everything all organized when we got there. The process was quick and a great experience. We met the service team and they were all very friendly. Special thanks to Mike P. for getting the car ordered and overseeing the entire process. Last but not least, thanks to Eric for having a great team, running a professional organization and making the experience very enjoyable!

This is the place to go for a new Chevrolet! We bought our very first Chevy, a 2024 Blazer RS through our exceptional sales representative Scott Turian. It was evident his concern was getting us in the right car. We got everything we wanted! The entire process was a friendly and pleasant experience. Such a cluster buying a car from out of state. No paperwork was ready for us to sign after we discussed driving from 2 hrs away to get the car. Car wasnt aligned properly, so much so that we had to pay ourselves to have the car aligned by someone we trusted. Gave new plates for the car when we wanted to switch to our old ones. Cost us so much more money and made the process so painful. Will never buy from them again.Update: 3/21/2024Rick and Ryan were helpful in addressing our issues and have rectified all issues we had. They also addressed them in a timely manner.

10/10 experience! I bought my very first car and managed to drive one of the last Chevy EUV Bolts off the lot! Went in to test drive and left putting down a deposit. The entire team was amazing. We had a great experience at Maritime Chevrolet. Went in for an oil change and became interested in purchasing a car that we saw in the lot. William Rivera. Sales manager was very helpful in discussing our trade in and gave us a great offer after some negotiation. Will obtained paperwork (from quote to signing contract) and reviewed everything with us.Jeremy, salesperson was wonderful in getting our new car ready from test drive, explained all the new features and how they worked, to getting the car washed and having wheel locks installed and pairing my iPhone to the infotainment system on the dashboard.Jeremy and Will were really wonderful! Wonderful associates, from initially starting with Mike A. On finding the right truck and price range for me, to Melda, giving me the walkthrough and better understanding of the on star features that come with the MyChevrolet app. To Matt Z. Finalizing all my contract details everyone was a great help on me getting my first truck. Definitely will be coming back for future vehicles and will recommend many more people to take a trip to them.
