I bought my 2018 Jaguar from this dealership and love the car. Recently, I lost my brakes and rolled into an intersection. Fortunately, a police officer saw it and helped me get to Jaguar Darien. The mechanics there were extremely helpful and told me that the last place to replace my rear brakes (Jaguar Fairfield in 2022) didn't route the connection properly causing it to break and leak brake fluid. They didn't offer to fix it and told me to call Jaguar Corporate. I spoke to Lakya and she said that all they can offer is a possible goodwill partial payment if I can bring it in. I will not do this as I don't trust the Service Manager Jesse who was rude and hung up on me. This almost resulted in a serious accident. I will never go back to Jaguar Fairfield and only deal with Jaguar Darien who were very professional. JF didn't seem to care at all.

If you want to get a professional, very friendly and respectful service, I highly recommend this dealership. My special compliment to Jeffrey, services manager, who made me and other customers feel as VIP valued people. Jeffrey is exactly a great manager and a top representative of world famous brand, as a Jaguar. Happy Holidays, great team in Fairfield !!!

We just purchased my third car from here. We had the pleasure of working with Cheryl Huse who went above and beyond to make this transaction happen and to make sure I got the perfect car for me. Cheryl was referred to us since our previous sale person left. We spoke on the phone several time and worked the entire deal virtually until it was time to pick it up. I felt like I had known her for years the way she conducted this transaction and communicated with us. Even during these crazy times I was pleased to see that everyone in the dealership was following COVID protocols and standards. I love my new car and couldn't be happier with it and with Cheryl, Marco and the team of JLRFairfield.

GO SEE BRAD DERRY! After shopping around multiple dealers and finding it hard to make a decision on a compact SUV, Brad made it clear what my decision should be just minutes after walking through the door. Exemplary service and not pushy whatsoever. Brad made himself an asset to myself and my purchasing experience. Things could not have gone smoother. Love the ride as well!

I had a great experience at Jaguar Fairfield. Each of the Sales and Financial people I talked to were friendly and helpful. They provided many different options to make sure that we were comfortable with the purchase we were making and were extremely helpful with our trade in, all of which made our overall experience there seamless and easy. My experience with Cole Gephardt and Land Rover was terrific. The pricing was fair and honest when many dealers are not these days, Cole was an excellent salesperson, and even personally delivered my truck out of state. He has continued to stay in touch and is always available for my questions.I highly recommend Cole and the dealership.

Just purchased my new Jaguar from Jaguar Fairfield. Cole was an outstanding salesman. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He made the whole purchase experience very easy and pleasant. It was such a pleasure to work with him. The transaction went smoothly and I was driving my new vehicle home within 3 hours. Typical bucket shop sales operation. Stopped in, saw the car I wanted, told them I was ready to buy today and they are unable to give me a price. Dan Wiley and Taylor Hackney have been "working on a price" for over 3+ hours and have refused to respond to my follow up calls, VM's or texts. No one has ever suggested selling cars is rocket science but you would think between these two they could at least figure out the price of a car. Stereotypical cheap suit salesmen- pathetic. If you happen to find yourself at this dealership - run - do not walk - to the nearest exit.Do not even deserve one star

My new car was just delivered to my door. This is the first time I've purchased a vehicle via an online transaction. Dan P. was very accommodating, informative, had great communication but most of all was honest and kind. He took the stress out of the experience of buying from out of state. I definitely recommend buying from Jaguar Fairfield.

Bought a CPO F Type from this dealership. They gave me a fair price for my trade in, let me try a few different cars, and didn't pressure me too badly. I also bought an extended warranty (because... it's a used Jag). Later on in my ownership experience, there was an issue with the convertible top. The warranty company didn't want to cover it. My sales guy, Lew, stepped in, and ultimately everything was repaired at no cost to me.I've bought 5 cars in the past 6 years, and had lots of maintenance. I've owned Japanese, German, American, and now English cars. Never have I had a sales representative help me after the purchase has been finalized. I will be coming back for my next car!

Cheryl was my sales person. She handled the transaction with courtesy and attentiveness. Was able to reach a fair price and pick up my new Defender within two days. Everything went well. I received a good price on my trade to top it all off. Highly recommended!

Purchasing my 2018 Jaguar XE from this dealership was a fantastic experience, and like all new car buying experiences should be. I worked with Chris Wayne over email for about a week. He was happy to answer my questions, transparent in his quotes, and a pleasure to work with. Once committing to the car, he was able to have it ready within 24 hours for pickup. The dealership is easy to get to, extremely clean, and staff are friendly. I was even offered pizza while I waited, which had been brought in for the staff. Chris spent plenty of time showing me the features of the car and even setup the accounts in advance to ease the process. I am so happy that I decided to purchase my new car from Jaguar Fairfield. Although we ended up buying at another dealership, Rob treated our family like his own family. He was really down to earth, knowledgeable, not pushy or salesman-sy like we experienced at some other dealers. Everyone else was also great. Buyer be aware from this place. If you already purchased a car they would stop helping you. The dealership and it's third part is lazy and practice of bad communication. I purchased my Jaguar F-pace 5 weeks ago. Both finance manager & sales rep had told me that it would take me 2 weeks to transfer the plate. Sales guy reaches out to me two days prior to my temp plates expiring that I need an address change but doesn't give me all the information and has fully stopped responding to my email. One word, shameful. The other person from the dealer reaches out, which also lacks general knowledge on how the transfer works. Thier third party creates my NJ driver license just to get into the system to transfer plates but doesn't inform me that I have NJ driver license and address can be changed. I found that myself by going to DMV. Now I have been told it's going to take another week or so for transfer. I am without car, didn't go to work and disrupt all my plans because I have no plates. While I have emailed the dealer and they have stopped responding. That's absolutely pathetic and poor service. They slept on the registration and made a mess. Instead of taking responsibility they rather argue back to you while you as a customer are stunned by their unprofessionalism.

From the moment I walked in the dealership, Cheryl treated me like I was family and did everything she possibly could to get me the best deal for the car I had been looking for. This was the first car I had ever leased and Cheryl ensured the process was as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car!

I have just leased my second Jaguar from this dealership and I am thrilled with the whole experience. Wonderful team of people in a gorgeous and spacious (spotless) showroom & service center. Robert Gryglewski was my sales person and he went beyond the call --setting up every last (cool) feature on my new vehicle and making trading in and upgrading seamless. Class act.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. This is my 4th Jaguar/Range Rover and this experience has been the worst. I first tried to buy an F Type and gave up after a very disappointing sales experience. Ended up having another dealer source the same car. My experience with getting my new Range Rover fixed for that infamous engine light issue was unbelievable. 3 failed attempts, 10+ unreturned calls, 4 unanswered emails. Eventually went to the Darien dealership and they were simply fantastic!

Offers a sophisticated yet personable experience. I purchased an XF last year via Mike and Leo, who were both diligent and forthright throughout the process. Minimal sales sleaze. The service department can be busy, but they were able to accommodate me during a major holiday week with a spotless loaner, timely work, and flexibility. My specific technical questions were answered competently. The property feels a little cramped by its urban environment, but the facility is gorgeous and has a comfortable energy. Neat coffee bar.

I have been looking for a jaguar for many years and it has always been my dream car. I really did not want to buy from a dealer since my experience with dealers was never a good one. Back in November of 2019 I drove by Jaguar of Fairfield and decided to go in. I came across Peter Maloney and he helped me figure out the right F-Type for me. Jaguar comes with a steep price tag therefore I needed a pre-owned and compromise on price. I was able to find that and have a very decent warranty going forward. He kept in touch with me and I finally made the purchase in March. I would recommend seeing Peter if you are looking for a sweet drive and very decent knowledgeable sales professional.

Cheryl worked hard to find the preferred make, model, colour and options to meet my criteria. Car successfully sourced and delivered today. Helpful session to familiarize me with the car, setup phone etc. All worked out very well in the end - a good sales experience. The F type convertible looks great in Indus Silver btw.

This place is awesome. So far I have worked with this dealership for 3 different Range Rovers. I had no issue wit any of my transactions. The service department is great as well. Super easy to work with. I will be back for my next Range.

I have a jaguar leased through the amazing Ray Catena in NJ. I was on a business trip to Connecticut and on the way back to my home in New York ended up getting a flat tire in Bridgeport. I was able to find this dealership at around 515pm and was relieved that I would at the very least be able to get a spare put on for me. I expressed that I was 3 hours from home and really needed help and my response was. Service closes at 5pm... if you are lucky you can catch the firestone a few blocks away. Is this the service you expect when you have a 75,000 vehicle through jaguar? I was so disappointed and had to spend hours trying to find a solution. This is an example of how certain dealerships do not live the corporate values that jaguar stands for. As a profrsssjonal, I will continue to share this story with colleagues, clients and friends alike.
