Wait time is HORRIBLE. No one is ever there to speak to outside of the pointless receptionist who never knows anything. Id rather go elsewhere. Such a horrible service experience to have when you have such a great one actually buying the car with sales

If you aren t a local and need a quick oil change. AVOID AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. I went in for a simple oil change here due to me being away from my regular service center. I never asked of any transmission oil to be added, but upon me leaving, 1 week later my transmission starts to leak. I had to pump out over a quart of ATF fluid out that wasn t there before the oil change. This place will try to scam you if they can.one month prior I went to a honest honda service center at Tarrytown, NY and the 24 point inspection was all green but as soon as I did the inspection here, so how in one month time everything is yellow? Thats a scam in plain sight, be careful bring your honda here. If possible go to a better honda service center. they also will try to sell you the wrong type of motor oil for your car. Great place to get ripped off and mess your car up, they will quote you easily with the expensive repair or heck they might sell you a new car after they mess yours up!

Service advisor Dana was very friendly and professional. My vehicle had to be kept for the day for a recall, and transportation was provided to and from my destination while my vehicle was worked on. Both drivers were great! I am closer to another dealership, but I go to Westport because of their great service! Please keep up the great work!

This is a 5-star review for Honda Service of Fairfield, especially Pat Le Claire, who is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. There may be a line of customers sometimes, but they also provide a waiting area w/ complimentary coffee & TV, which a life-saver. Good job!

I ve had my civic for over a year now and always go hear for maintenance. Want to give a special shout out to Dana L. She was really clear with how much all my services would cost and made it fast and easy. Everyone that works here from the mechanics to the services staff is 10/10. I just had my first service appointment at Honda of Westport Service Center for my 2022 Honda CR-V EX-L and it was such a great experience. The staff here are really friendly and knowledgeable. They do a great job with the car inspection and will let you know if anything needs to be changed or fixed. I would recommend the Honda of Westport Service Center to anyone and giving it five out of five stars.

Amazing service fast service! Henry is the one who handles my car, and he keeps me well knowledgeable about my car, keeps me updated on it, and does an amazing job! Has me in and outta there fast. I love that they have a kids play area! So I don t have to worry about how to keep my 3yr old busy. 10/10 love this location! Better than the ones I ve been to, they take walk ins which is amazing as well! Other places make you have an appointment even for simplest things.

I've been here multiple times for my truck and my husband's car and the staff are wonderful and courteous. Brittani Martin is the ONLY advisor I'd use. She's so sweet and communicative, I love her demeanor. All around wonderful place to take your car. The atmosphere inside is clean and welcoming.

Showed up at 8:50am for an oil change & tire rotation, something that at Valvoline could take maybe 30-40 min tops. They say 2 hours. Fine I ll wait. At 10 am they send a video of the car lifted saying car needs breaks and rotors replaced, I said sure go ahead. It is 1:10pm and I just got out. Thanks for the service but it is way to slow!Service: General repairs & maintenance

First I say here it was a nightmare my visit to Honda of Fairfield service , I have a Honda Accord 2009 with 120000 miles on it , I visited this place to get PC reprogrammed, I waited in the waiting room for three and half hours , Henry the technician he came back to me saying that the problem not the PC but the car need a new starter and the cost is $1039 they send me home and after 7 hours I picked up my car and the problem still exist (not shifting the first gear) plus the D light was flashing , and I took it to the service next day and every time I have to pay $170 for diagnostics , Brittany the technician handled the case she said the problem that they changed a part in the transmission costs $235.87 I paid this amount , she said to me that they tried to reprogram the PC several times but they couldn t !!! And the car needed a new PC , the final result the the car doesn t need PC but a new TRANSMISSION cost $6600 !!!!!! I picked up the car paying $170 for third time diagnostics!! I felt I just want to cry , I am 72 years old cannot take all this !!! they re not professional, they lie to people and only needs your money no more Honda .

I purchased my vehicle from the Honda of Westport a few years ago. I have only had my vehicle serviced with them. They are very honest and repair your vehicle properly. They have never ripped me off. I'm glad I purchased my vehicle from this business and only use their repair shop. Excellent customer service. In my opinion probably one of the best businesses in Connecticut.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Waited almost three hours for an oil change, and I had an appointment. I have had Hondas for the last fifteen years, and never had this kind of experience before. They either overbooked or did not prioritize those with appointments but the service advisor was totally unhelpful and when I asked how much longer it would be after waiting two hours and twenty minutes for what should have taken 30 minutes tops, I was told awhile .

I've been coming here since I purchased my first car in 2019 and I've had nothing but a positive experience. I always know what to expect so wait times and prices are never a surprise, sometimes its quicker.Even after moving to New Haven I still come here instead my local dealerships.

I experienced horrible service when I went in for an oil change. After the advisor didn t even have the decency to come to the waiting room and discuss the parts that needed to be replaced instead, she had the reception grab the paperwork and hand it to me. Mind you I witness other advisers take the time to go to the paying customers and give them that service. She told me I needed to wait until Wednesday for her to call with the quote and I didn t speak to her till Thursday (which I had to call again and follow up. She looked up the quote in less that 2 secs .. very confusing that she couldn t give me the quote when I initially called on Monday. I feel so under appreciated as a returning customer.

First off id like to say ive been coming here for quiet a while now. And i have grown to enjoy seeing the wonderful faces here. To all the staff that deals with customers service and all the hard working maintenance workers and mechanics. And let me NOT forget Brittini. This angel as been nothing but a life saver. For more then just one reason. She customer service she goes above and beyond for me and her clients. Sometimes you just know when you meet someone special and Brittini FROM HONDA oF WESTPORT is by far one of my favorites. We met at honda and she is just an all around down to earth genuine kind hard working beautiful soul! And if you havent had the pleasure to meet her yet (which is kind of impossible being shes the first desk and face you see when you walk in from driving your car from inside the garage.) GIVE her a warm welcome after she gives you a warm smile.. I truly do NOT know how to thank Brittini which is why im writing this review, Theres no better time then right now to say thank you for being such a perfect soul/human and Honda employee!

Went for a oil change on my car and the steering wheel is worn down and only has 65,000 now I have had cars in the past and never had a problem now there saying I was rubbing it with my hand! It s a defectService: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

They are good in terms of communication. I just wish they have pick and drop off services or extra loner cars. Had to wait for 3 hours for the service to complete.

A very nice mechanic offered to help me but the service manager said I needed to buy the parts before he could install them. This cart before the wheel approach is not customer centered. I was very happy with the nice mechanic but the policy of Honda is straight back to the waiting room where any customer is not helped until they happen to run into a nice mechanic.

I only have my oil changes done here because they are ridiculously expensive.They also take forever for a simple oil change even if you have an appointment.I have been waiting an hour and forty minutes and vehicle is still not done. What s the purpose of making an appointment when you wait just as long as not having an appointment.The two older gentlemen who are service representatives also have bad attitudes, so whenever possible I deal with Brittani.Service: Oil change

Always a good experience here! Waiting is a bit of a drag after being there for almost three hours for an oil change on a Monday. But I should've went earlier. Still.Also oil changes went up 80% in cost must be a short on labor/parts. Time to do my own!

Due to my crazy schedule, I was unable go into the facility to pick up my order. I called them and they were so understanding & accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that my parts were delivered to my doorstep HOURS LATER! Thoroughly pleased with their customer service!
