Went to service my vehicle. Just needed an oil change, and both filters changed. Was given an estimated price, but the final price was much less than the estimated price. I am very thankful for that. Service is outstanding, waiting area very comfortable. Will be going back to get my car serviced again.

I worked with Maikel at Gengras in leasing my new jeep. He was outstanding to work with and had terrific follow up. I needed a new Jeep quickly to replace one wrecked in an accident. I walked in at 5:00 pm on a Thursday and he had me driving out with the new car by noon the next day. All in all, it was a fast an efficient experience.

Wonderful at buying experience. I bought a vehicle from another state and the entire team went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly. Maikel was great. He sent me pictures and videos and even did a FaceTime when I asked. The sales manager Ernesto made sure that I had all of the information that I needed. Rami in Financing made that whole process quick and easy. I don t remember ever being able to say that I bought used car and it was a great experience.

My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with our experience at Grengras. We initially went in to shop prices and were so impressed with the staff and deal we were offered, 2 days later we had our new car.Maikel, our lead sales, was honest from the get, extremely personable and terrific to deal with. Knowledgeable and not just "trying to make the sale".Ernesto, the sales manager, was also fantastic. Professional, engaged, loud and a pleasure to work with.Rami in finance, explained everything in great detail and was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Came to Gengras to use up my final jeep wave services since we bought our wrangler in 2021 at a different location in SoCal. As it was the weekend, they didn't have a rental car, but did offer to drive me to wherever I needed to go. I opted to wait. While not much of a waiting room, the wait went by super quick and I was comfortable sipping some complimentary coffee. Can't speak to their sales side, but if it's anything like their service side, it will be great. Happy to have this dealership so close.

I purchased a Ram at Gengras last week and we had the best experience because of our Sales Rep. Maikel Carmenati who made the process so smooth. I ve bought many cars and this was by far the easiest most pleasant transaction. Maikel listened attentively and quickly learned from us what we were looking for. There was no stress with trying to understand if we were getting a good deal. Maikel explained about the different models and matched my son s needs with the right truck for us. Why couldn't there be no stars???? Brought my dad's car on Tuesday for a 1:30 appointment. Had to call everyday to get an update they kept saying someone is looking at it today we will call with update. Fast forward to Friday.... I went there because phone calls were not working out. Asked about the status of my car waited 15 min for a response.... lady comes back we actually didn't get an opportunity to look at it.. so I asked for my key back, she says let me get my manager... I wait another 15 min... he finally comes and I ask him why did you guys keep lying about my car could have just told the truth instead kept my dad without a car since Tuesday. Can I please just have my keys .. He says "I can't give yoi your keys until the tow truck comes... these ppl are actually and absolutely ridiculous I do not recommend the service department !!! S/N I had to pay for the tow home smh...

all i can say is i am very happy with my 2nd Jeep purchase but this time at Gengras Fairfield, the moment i walked in with my brother, Maikel and Sal made me feel welcomed and they helped me purchase my brand new 2024 Jeep, Rami was great doing Paperworks quick and explained everything in detail. I just leased a(nother) Wrangler from Gengras. Sal, Maikel, Rami and Ernesto were (as always) amazing. I've done deals with them before and won't go to anyone else (at any dealership). Fortunately, we love the Jeep and Ram brands so we can -- and do -- get all of our vehicles from these guys. They're the best!

The BEST experience that I've had purchasing a vehicle. I have dealt with many Dealerships and Salespeople over my purchasing history. You would not be able to find a Salesman as good and genuine as Maikel Carmenat at any other Dealership. Quick replies, ZERO pressure tactics, no staged fights with Management to get you more, very personable. The entire staff was quick, Professional, open to questions, and honest with answers. We drove an hour and a half to get our vehicle here, and we will do it again. Ask for Maikel-you will not be disappointed.

After checking out a few dealerships in the area I am glad I was able to find what I was looking for at Gengras. Maikel couldnt have been more accommodating and was super knowledgeable, a total rockstar! He took the time to introduce me to the whole team really making me feel welcome. I met both Sal and Ernesto who really know their stuff. Rami Ramirez in finance was able to get the financing done in no time. Will gladly recommend friend's and family to start their vehicle search at Gengras! 10/10

** FIND A DIFFERENT LOCATION**You are in for headache after headache with this Jeep service center. There is no communication between the employees internally (forget about external communication with with customers), the ladies at the service reception desk are incredibly rude and unprofessional, and their entire process is extremely disorganized from start to finish. I highly recommend finding anywhere else to take your vehicle (Norwalk and Danbury both have alternative options) Workspace photos are attached.

Bought my truck out of state and in an attempt to find a good home dealership to service my truck I found gengras. After my truck wouldn t start and all signs pointed to starter I had my truck towed there. I was told a loaner would be available before dropping the truck off and once it s there I m told they can t. The communication throughout was poor as my attempts to get a timeline or anything were met with unfulfilled claims of callbacks. They claimed it was an issue I d had tested(by a mechanic with 30+ years of experience) and found to be untrue but I followed them blindly. After being overcharged as I figured I would be the truck won t start. I speak with Kyle in service and they hold no accountability. They won t retow it at their expense, no offer of covering any costs because nothing is their fault. I guess putting a bandaid on a levy is my fault? I guess we play guess and test with other people s money? As a single father I can t afford to allow gengras to use my money to misdiagnose and not actually fix anything. As a licensed skilled tradesman that takes my craft seriously because lives are at stake I say shame on you for not valuing my life and those that get into my vehicle enough to do your job completely. If you want accountability these aren t the people, if you want communication honesty and integrity I would look to Garavel or Milford Auto group
