Over the last 20 years and a variety of cars, Adam and Mindy and their expert crew are top-notch. Dealing with anything car related an honest opinion and reasonable costs are important. Their customer service is always friendly, fast turnaround and I would happily recommend them across every type of repair.

Our family of three adults with three cars have used Fairfield Tire and Auto Center for every service for each one of our vehicles since moving nearby in 2007. We would not go anywhere else. They are an authentically kind and caring small business with high expertise and fair pricing. We always count on Adam to let us know the best solution and trust him implicitly. Mindy and Elaine are the best in customer service. I wish I could give them more stars!!!

Here's one you don't hear very often about a repair shop : I trust Fairfield, Tire and Auto center. We have adult children & bring four different cars to this shop. We have received better repairs, better service and fair pricing here compared to other shops and way better than repairs/ pricing than at dealerships.

Place is honest and effective as can be. Started doing my tires there for a few years as well as emissions and saw how they operate and have been coming for everything else. Brought my Nissan Rogue there last night with 115k on it and a check engine on and he called me early the next morning letting me know I could get it well over 200k and how to maintain. The lady up front is nice and Adam genuinely wants to get you out of there with your car maintained/fixed and without killing your wallet. Highly recommend.

No matter how many times I come here I always leave satisfied. Adam and his team are always there to help with whatever car issues you might have, or even if you want to make alterations to your vehicles. Previously I had gone there to change out my rims, and Adam came through with not only changing them out, but finding great tires to go along with them!

Adam and his team are great. Always fair on pricing and try to get you the best cost on parts/tires.Been bringing my family s vehicles there for 5 years for everything from oil changes to serious repairs.

This place is as crooked and dishonest as they come. They sold me a brand new tire 4 months ago and it turns out I did not need it at all. I brought my truck in for a slow tire leak I had. They put the new tire on and I was good for 2-3 months until I noticed the new tire was also slowly leaking. Turns out, my wheels were all rusted out. So they now want to sell me rims at a 200% markup for what you can buy yourself online.What's worse is this did not happen just once to me at this place. They recommended I get two new tires on the rear two weeks ago because my treads 'were below the legal limit'.So in all, they mounted three brand new tires on 3 rusted out old rims, knowing full well that I would likely have to come back to them for the slow leaks so they could then sell me the new rims at a premium. Nice way of doing business. Dishonesty is the only policy at this Goodyear location.

The ONLY place in town that actually fixed the tire/ balance/ alignment issue I had for 2 years. Toyota dealer, Midas, Town Fair Tire are included in the list of shops that failed. Adam and the whole team are always reliable, but this time he really came through for our family. Our exhaust needed to be replaced 48 hours before a trip to Cape Cod and Adam found the part and completed the job with his team in record time so we can leave for vacation. Stopped by an emission test. The lobby was big enough to stay. The lady at the front desk was friendly and kind. The test was very quick. Initially 40 mins estimated but it only took less than 20 mins. If first time, there are parking spaces in the left side with the signs for emission tests. Park and go straight to the office and they will take care of it quickly and professionally.

Since moving to this area about one year ago, I have been to this Goodyear Auto Center three times and I have been extremely happy with the service I have received each time. The employees are very friendly, efficient, and well qualified. Plus- I couldn't believe how reasonably priced the oil change was. And, this is the first time ever that the little tag alerting me to my next oil change had 5000 miles written instead of the 3000 that most service centers write down no matter what type of oil is in the vehicle. I strongly recommend this service center!

I never had any problem with this good year services, they always best and polite. Infact, I go there for my emission test next week.Mister McDonnell, please take a good look at your truck, full of dirt and mud, so disgusting showed in photo, you should be very happy Fairfield auto center take care for your junky truck. Please say thanks to this great peoples there my friend.

Excellent. Great service. Prices are fair and in line with online and printed recommendations. Part mark up is minimal. They will really talk through their findings with you (and show you if you want). They will tell you what is truly needed and what isn t. They aren t interested in gouging anyone. I have had sOne bad experiences with other mechanics in the area. I would not take my car anywhere else.

Highly recommended!!! The entire staff was so pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. From Eileen at the desk, to Adam and his team, you couldn't ask for better service. I had a nail in my tire over a long holiday weekend, and went in with no appointment. After a look over, it was determined I needed a new tire. Adam explained very thoroughly exactly why. They put the spare on for me, and the auto center was closed for the holiday, but Eileen called me as SOON as the tire arrived (needed to be ordered). Adam and his team had me come in first thing in the morning, they greeted me at my car, and had me out of there on the way to make my train in about 20 minutes total. Couldn't sing the praises of this place and the wonderful team high enough! They all go above and beyond. While I am new to town, I will definitely use this as my go-to place and family members also have had the same feedback. Thank you!!

Adam and the whole staff are outstanding. I ve been having my car serviced here (oil changes, brakes, belts, transmission, etc) for a few years and they always take great care of me and my car. It is very nice to find a reliable and trustworthy repair shop - and that s exactly what this is!

I have taken two sets of aftermarket wheels here for mounting and road force balancing. The first set of wheels were 20 years old and FTAC helped diagnose that they were no longer round. Then, I took the new wheels there and they did their best to balance those tires, and ultimately diagnosed that one of the tires was out of round. Finally, after the tires were replaced by Discount Tire Direct, they re-mounted and balanced the new tires. My set up is now fine. But let me tell you, these guys took the extra steps to get it right! And were friendly and helpful while doing so, which is not like another road force balancing tire company that I've used in town. At that place, they seemed like doing custom work was a burden. I will definitely be coming back to FTAC.Service: Tires

Adam is the best. Have never had a problem with any of the work done, and was never provided a service that wasn't needed. I just moved away from Fairfield and am learning now the value of an honest, trust worthy auto-mechanic. A+.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. There are hundreds of tire shops in Connecticut and I had the unfortunate experience of choosing this one to give my $ to. Maybe the prices are great, I would rather spend twice as much to avoid the abysmal "customer service" and the rude, unhelpful employees.

There's no one else I would trust with my car. Their staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable and their service is impeccable! They don't try to oversell you like many other auto centers do, they tell you exactly what is wrong with your car and what needs to get done to fix it without any extra fluff.

They do everything the nearby VW dealership did for my Jetta. They are more convenient, friendly, and cost-effective. I've never gone wrong with the extended warranty on tires, given the smooth roads of Bridgeport. Highly recommended.
