I can t say enough good things about DeSantie Tire Company! As a woman, it s not always easy venturing into a place with mostly men. Tony and Lou sure changed my mind and made me feel incredibly comfortable. I ended up needing 4 new tires, along with the sensors. This took more than one trip due to the time frame I had to work with. Steven even came to my work place to program the sensors because he left before I could get there after work. Wonderful, wonderful guys to deal with. Only place I ll buy tires from! Thanks everyone!Sherry Miro

Excellent shop and quick, friendly service! I was very pleased with the work. I had custom wheels for my G80 M3 mounted and balanced- DeSantie was recommended by a CT BMW M group I belong to- I ll be back!

I took my car in yesterday to get air in the tire and they noticed a nail and patched it right away. They were really kind and quick. Diego did a great job. It only took 20 minutes, which is what he said it would take. It was only $25 and they gave my son a brand new match box car to take home. It was a great experience.

They pulled the Christmas miracle! I bent a wheel on Wednesday and I had it repaired and ready to be mounted on Friday during the holidays. Amazing guys with great service. I would recommend them anytime!

I called another tire shop 10 min to closing time, they said they couldn t help but referred me to DeSantie. I was stranded on the shoulder of 95, when the rental trailer carrying my excavator blew a tire.AAA couldn t help, the rental company told me I was on my own, but these guys stayed an hour after closing, got my tire together and waited for my buddy to pick it up, so I could get out of harms way.I could care less about price in a situation like that, but the price was pretty good too.

The front counter sales guy is so rude to everyone.Not just with me as a customer but with every employee.Only one guy was nice to me and it was the guy that changed the tires.

These guys are awesome! No BS, they will do what they can to help you! Just the way a business should be run! They don t impress you with a fancy shop with a K cup of coffee machine. But when you leave you will have a smile in your face!They get it done baby!!

We had a tire puncture on our road trip from ME > NC and these guys were a lifesaver. Called around and everyone else had a 2.5+ hour wait. DeSantie back on the road in 30 minutes. Everyone was super friendly!

Not sure why I ever try going somewhere else. Always fair pricing, efficient and quality work when you need it. Puts the big chains to shame. Been coming here since I was driving and will continue to go as long as the shop is still standing.

My new go to tire spot! Everyone was super helpful in helping me install my (obnoxious) mud grappler wheelset on my Chevy pickup. Even though it took some extra trimming and troubleshooting, they went above and beyond to make sure that everything fit best as possible. Other shops turned me away, but not these guys! Will definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone.

Today was my second time dealing with DeSantie tire and it will be my go-to tire place. My first time was to repair a bent wheel. This wheel had a very slight bend in both the inner flange and outer rim that wasn't visible to the eye but produced a vibration that couldn't be balanced out. Although they don't physically repair the wheel in-house, wherever they sent it to did a perfect job straightening it and refinishing (black painted aluminum) to factory new. DeSantie checked for proper balancing before turning it back over to me. Today I had a set of new tires installed, which was done with care, balanced perfectly, and in a reasonable amount of time. One thing I did not expect, which I thought was a very nice touch, was that they used black wheel weights to balance my black painted wheels. It's a small unexpected detail I felt needed to be shared. Thank you!

My husband got a flat tire in his Bentley on his way to NYC. He was on I95 and was due for a very important meeting. Everyone at DeSantie was very incredible. They couldn t have been nicer. They took great care of my husband - and they went into warp speed. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone! Great service. 10/10Barbara M.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience that I had with this company. First, they were honest and told me that I had another 10K left in my tires and did not need to rush to replace them. With the snow coming I decided to replace them just to be a bit safer for the rest of the winter. They took care of it immediately and both brought me to work then picked me up!! Lou was really just amazing. So kind, professional and fair. Amazing place, amazing people! I will never go anywhere else again for my tires.

Have gotten my tires here for years! Lou is awesome!! Today I stopped in bc I didn't realize that after putting air in my tires I needed to reset the button. Instead of just nicely telling me that, the guy (who I don't know his name), said rudely "that's what they make owners manuals for!!" ! I think there's enough negativity in this world without being rude for no reason at all!! Bummer of an experience and I hope that he is more respectful in the future so it doesn't hurt Lou's business reputation!

They took care of me when they were buried with work because of the snow storm. Lou helped me out; he's a great guy, honest and knows his tires. I recommend this tire shop to anyone looking for quality tires at a good price. Thank you to Lou and the guys there for the great service and installation.

I blew out a tire while on a business trip and went to see Lou in the hopes of a quick repair. Lou quickly and confidently patched it and told me it was safe enough to put his grandkids in! I love DeSantie Tire Company! Thank you Lou

Quick, helpful and friendly service. They were reasonably priced. While I was there Lou donated to REACH, a program to provide help and support for victims of the Sandy Hook tragedy. Support local shops! They care about their communities.

I will never go anywhere else for rim and tire needs. I recently purchased a car with series curb rash to all 4 rims. The guys at DeSantie took care of it in less than 6 hours and now my rims look brand new. Unbelievable price and unbelievable customer service. Highly recommended.

Steven is the one person i trust with mounting tires on my wheels. Ive brought him $1k wheels and $3500 wheels and guess what? Not a single scratch, blemish, piece of dirt on them (all my wheels are white). Steven is the guru of wheels hands down. Cant forget about the rest of the staff that works there too nothing but nice genuine guys that make you feel comfortable as if you were their family. If i could give Disanti 6 out of 5 stars I would

Called on a Tuesday afternoon needing 4 new tires. They were super helpful with recommending a good tire for a good price for my older car. They ordered the tires overnight and had them installed early Wednesday. I also needed an alignment and they helped set me up with an appointment. Great customer service, everyone was really friendly - highly recommend (:

Boy this is an awesome place!!! Just got my damaged wheels back and they look great! I was really well taken care of. They made sure I had safe wheels to ride on while they fixed the dented one's. They really went out of their way to do so. It's rare that I spontaneously write a review but I felt I had to for these guys. It's a family run business run with old school integrity. I came way out of my way for their service and I'd do it again.They dealt with the insurance as well which many places don't seem to. Thank you guys so much!!!

Great experience. I needed 4 new tires. Went in before work and one of the guys dropped me off at work up the street. They called me a few hours later and everything was done. They are nice, honest, and hardworking. Would recommend them to anyone and would go there again in a heartbeat.

These guys are great. Quick service. Friendly neighborhood tire shop with quick flat repair. Very fair price on a set of 4 Cooper tires. Not the biggest selection, but they do have options to fit your budget.
