I had the brakes on my Mercedes changed here and Dan was super helpful from the moment he picked the phone up. They were courteous enough to take me to work, which was relatively close by and also offered to pick me up. The price was FAR more competitive than taking it to Mercedes and better than other small shops. Both Dan and his father were very personable and come off as very genuine and honest businessmen. I would absolutely recommend them and will be back for other automotive needs.

I have been to Cortigiano & Son, Inc. twice. On both occasions I have experienced amazing customer service and great pricing. I had taken my car in because of a sound I was hearing under the hood. Dan was nice enough to see me immediately on a Saturday. He took a test drive with me in order to get a feel for the problem. After the test drive, Dan put the car on the lift and performed some cleaning of the parts that he believed were the problem areas. Then, we took another test drive. It turned out no major repairs were required. Despite the time he spent with my car, he did not charge me for the troubleshooting. Dan could not have been more accommodating. He gave it to me straight and explained that Cortigiano & Son, Inc. never replaces parts just to replace parts, hoping to find the problem. I have since taken my car to Dan for brakes. My car was serviced the same day and I have had no problems with the work. Dan is a very nice person. He is knowledgeable and has extremely reasonable prices. I will continue to use Dan and his son for all of my repair work. Thank you Dan.

A fantastic service station. We have been taking our cars to Dan s place for 15 years. It was recommended to us, and we ve recommended it to others. Tremendous service. Incredibly flexible with scheduling, and will always make the time to squeeze in a last minute service call, or an unexpected repair. Honest and dependable. They care about their customers, and make car maintenance easy!

They are a very service oriented father and son team that has taken great care of our family cars for 15+ years. We would never buy a used car for the kids without them completely checking it out and they ve saved us a few serious headaches. Prices are very fair, we trust them completely, and have referred numerous family and friends to them. You won t be disappointed.

I was referred to the Cortigiano's by another mechanic that was unable to do the repairs on my Audi A5 as he didn't have the proper tools. They re-diagnosed the problem, communicated to me what repairs were needed , I authorized the work, and had the car back to me that afternoon. Went here today for the first time for an oil change. Great service and prices. They even filled my tires with air without me asking! The owner did my oil change while I had great conversation with the his son! Great and friendly people! Will definitely be back!

These guys were great. They worked around my school schedule and communicated everything clearly and efficiently. Being a young woman, I often feel confused or like information is being held when I take my car in, but these guys were extremely straight forward and honest. I will definitely be taking my car here again for any issues.

The best auto repair shop in Fairfield County.Dan and Dan Jr are fair, honest, and experts in their craft.Good old fashioned personal service, and they'll do whatever they can to accommodate schedule, logistics, etc.They have done oil changes, brakes, tires, batteries, lift kits, new engine installation, and more on my vehicles with zero issues.HIGHLY recommended, and right on the Post Road...easy in/out, and walking distance to train station.

love these guys ! always available to squeeze me in when it s time for an oil change or a complete scheduled maintenance. very helpful with prioritizing what must get done vs what can wait a few more months. they service my volvo and sequoia & have competitive prices but i keep coming back because of their excellent service & convenience !

I originally went here because they were close to my job. I have had nothing but pleasurable experience throughout the last 10 years dealing with this garage. They always go the extra mile and do a great job. From staying beyond business hours to fix a flat tire for me to special ordering hard to find parts they always get it done. I would highly recommend using this garage and I definitely will continue to do so. Excellent service!!!

Really great experience and they earned all my future business. They identified an issue another mechanic got wrong, kept me informed throughout the day, and were very responsive.Also, I work nearby, and they offered to let me drive to work then take my car back to the shop. Saved me time and money I would have used on an Uber.

An honest mechanic I d good to find! Dan has always been honest with what needs to be done and what could wait. We ve used him exclusively since we moved here 12 years ago and have referred him numerous times to friends and colleagues.

Dan Sr. was not the slight bit helpful. I brought my car in to get an inspection and he informed me I need a new engine if I wanted to have my check engine light go off. I told him I couldn't afford a new engine and I took my car in for a second opinion. The second opinion came back with needing a new gas cap. Dan Sr. was going to rip me off for thousands of dollars. Don't trust these guys they are only trying to rip you off.

Have used their service for years and have always enjoyed great service and quality work. They recently went above and beyond and repaired a generator for me that now runs better than when I first got it. I would recomment them to anyone !

If you need HONEST answers and REAL solutions drop your car off here. These guys are true professionals and will actually FIX your car rather than putting a Band-Aid on it. Great work, can't wait to come back for a tune up.

Came in to replace timing belt/water pump. Dan is knowledgeable and professional, and service was fast. I would definitely come back for other jobs.

Knowledgable about all makes of automobiles, friendly and they deliver on or before schedule at a very fair price. No need to go to the dealer with this station nearby.
