After being side swiped by a box truck, I was looking for a good auto body place. I chose Citizens based on their phenomenal reviews. And they did not let me down! I worked with Mike Jr throughout the process and he made it so easy. He was straight forward and super informative of everything going on. One of my parts ended up being back ordered with no eta from Kia. Mike found the part elsewhere and had it ordered and on the way within the same day. He then called me just to let me know what was going on. I didn't have to call them one time for an update.I can't say enough about how great these guys have been. From customer service to their actual work, they killed it!My car looks brand new. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them to anyone.Thanks so much Mike! Highly recommend Citizens Auto Body. Mike and team were friendly, responsive, professional and did a fantastic job with our Highlander. Citizens offered a very fair price and completed the repair ahead of schedule. Very impressed with the quality of the work and will definitely use their services again.

Excellent service and the best price! This is the second repair Citizen Auto Body has completed for my family. They explain in detail what they can accomplish with their quote, perform top notch work and their attention to detail is unmatched. Not only did they replace my bumper, replace the back tail light and repaint where needed but they went around the car and touched up any little spot or ding that needed paint! The car looks like new. Friendly service, punctual and a pleasure to work with.Service: Body & Trim

This place is amazing, from the first day I called Mike and told him about my dads accident the first thing he asked was how s your dad doing today? . Every interaction with this team since then has always been caring, providing quality and awesome customer service. I picked up the car today and it was like new. These guys really take the time out to make your car look new and you see the quality in their work when you pick it up.I always support small businesses and will continue to support Mike and his team at Citizens. Thanks so much Mike and team, you were a really big sigh of relief when it came to fixing the car.I highly recommend these guys!

Mike and his team were excellent! Mike gave our vehicle a thorough estimate and broke everything down for us so we could understand what would be worked on and how much it would cost. Mike was also great with communicating and contacted us immediately with any issues and was very informative when we had questions! The work done on our car was excellent and looks brand new! While we hope to not come back with repairs any time soon, I would recommend to anyone to use Citizens Auto Body! Thanks for all your help guys!

Mike and Mike Jr. were amazing. I was in a serious (car wise) accident with my fiancees car 2 weeks before our wedding. They took care of everything in a matter of hours with my insurance company and gave me some great advise moving forward with our next vehicle. I would use them for any service for my car as they were so honest and professional. Which I greatly appreciated.

Mike and team are the best. they are really easy to work with, they deliver on the dates they promise, work with insurance companies (never easy) and of course deliver excellent results. I guess loyalty doesn t apply anymore. Ive taken my cars and my truck to Mike for over 20 years. My wife got in a wreck and they told me they had too much work, go someplace else. Could care less.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Incredible craftsmenship at a very fair price. Mike was a pleasure to work with, helped give a quote for a door dent on my car and then fixed the dent flawlessly. My go to Auto Body from now on!

Would give them 10 stars. Mike and the entire staff were SUPER friendly and helpful in every way possible. They finished the job 2 days ahead of schedule and did outstanding work...I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with them....HIGHLY recommended!!!

I had already recieved 3 estimates when i passed by this shop and thought one more couldnt hurt. Im glad i did so cause these guys beat my previous lowest estimate by half the price. With a 3inch dent in the rear quarter panel in a bad spot plus bad black scratches on the rear bumper fascia, after 3 days in the shop and being such a low price, i was a lil nervous to see the end result; but mike and his crew brought it back to mint shape. I would totally reccomend this shop to anyone, the prices are too good to be true until you get your car back. Thanks again fellas

The guys there are fantastic and they also do great work. Defiantly recommend, they price fairly and don t try to just push your car out the door for insurance companies.

Look no further. Citizen's Auto Body does FANTASTIC work, great customer service, and pricing that can't be beat. They are also literally steps away from the Fairfield Metro so you can drop your car off in the am and then walk right onto MetroNorth.
