Do not get tires here!!! Worst customer service!! They will basically tell you they just don't care and would rather not help you... Miserable staff and management poorly run just the worst...

Staff very helpful. Prices are fair.Signs near products could be improved.Parking lot floods in heavy rain. Need more conveniently located shopping cart returns. Would be nice if tires could be outside in tents so they don't smell up food area.

Needed a tire patched, I was told they were booked all day, even though I was the only one there and the associate was watching Super Troopers. Aside from that, great pricing and assortment of tires. Follow up: they patched my tire for free, so that was awesome.

Rafael and Romaine were excellent. They went above and beyond to help me, even if it wasn't easy. This is the kind of service that I call customer-centric and that will have customers come back. Kudos Guys!

BJ's is a good wholesale Box Store I can't seem to spend less than $100 when I go there good assortment they just don't carry everything that you need but all in all a good shopping experience

They should update they're hrs says open until 8pm they close at 4pm no weekend hrs. as posted Customer service person told me Monday through Friday it's supposed to open at 9am but since the guy lives so far away he might not open until 945 am what kind of way is this to run a business I wish I didn't purchase my tires here

I wish this place was a Costco's. Walk inside and just listen to the loud humming of the lights. Good luck checking out with one person working. The tire center is really good though so highly recommend them.

They are very courteous and nice. The only problem is that they have to order tires. Maybe going to a store that sells just tires is better due to inventory in stock.

Was traveling from MA to Phill and my tire popped on the highway. My spare was also flat. Luck would have it I was at this location. .3 mile from BJ s at 7:58pm so I called the store and explained my situation to Mark who offered to stick around and mount the new tire on only if the manager approved as it was 8:03 pm by this point. Manager Pat answered the phone and point blank lied about there being anyone in the shop who can help even though the tech agreed to help but Pat was too proud to be of any help. Maybe the manager status puts us above all... I had a long night but got through life just fine. Had he given Mark the okay to stay extra 15 mins I would have had a new tire and been on my way... very poor service.... karma is a beautiful thing

They have everything here from video games. To jungle gyms and food truly the ultimate store. Plus the prices and coupons are great value

I had an appointment at 930. The tire center was supposed to be open at 9am. Over an hour later, there was still no one there. Informed member services and was just told to wait.

Good place to buy tires the only problem is they're very understaffed it's basically a one-man band he does the best he can definitely call up and make an appointment

BJ's wholesale club always has everything that we need, love this place go once every 3 months and spend about 1200.00

I actually prefer to Costco. Alcohol is very well priced and selections for meat and cakes is insane.

Alcohol selection pretty fair price. Not bad at all for grocery shopping either.

Just joined. Prices seem higher than Costco with fewer items but it is closer to home which might win out.
