I have not had to be in a car dealership in over 10 years, but my car finally died a few weeks ago. I went to Balise Hyundai and I was greeted by salesman, Andy Zaccardo, and immediately felt he was trustworthy. He offered me a coffee and water right away. He listened to what I wanted to look at, and was attentive to my needs. I never felt pressured or being sold something I did not want. From the time I walked in the door, until I drove off the lot, Andy was there. I also appreciated the post sale follow up from the manager and Andy. Balise Hyundai is great and I recommend them to anyone.

I can say as a first time buyer, I was blessed to be working with someone so fantastic as Daniel Vargas at this dealership. They have some great cars and they will help you out to the max of what fits your budget or possibly what you can afford. Luckily, Daniel Vargas sold me my first car, and equipped me with some knowledge to understand cars more.

I have purchased a good number of vehicles over the years. I can sincerely say that the entire process at Balise Hyundai of Fairfield was by far the best experience I have ever had. Our salesperson, Dan Vargas, can take all of the credit for that! Dan is warm and professional. He is detailed in his explanation and set the proper expectations of each step. Being in the car business for many years, Dan's experience and care for his customer shines through. My family will highly recommend Dan to our friends and family should anyone be looking for a car in the future. Excellent Customer Service!

Soon as I walked in the process was quick and easy ! Leighton Wilson was the best ! Balise Hyundai staff are friendly and make the experience worth wanting to come back. Leighton was patient and worked with me to find the best car within my budget. They allowed me to leave and come back to take a quick trip and grab paper work. Great experience at Balise Hyundai Fairfield. Andy Z was great! Got all of our questions answered, worked to get us an excellent price and finance rate. He even helped us clean out and transfer our old car contents to our new one. Treated both my husband and I as equals, rather than focusing on the male in the pair as has happened all too often when we have gone into dealerships.

I had the pleasure of working with Daniel Vargas! He was friendly, quick, kind, elaborate and very attentive to all my needs and questions. My sister and I both walked out with beautiful preowned Honda Elantras after just two days!! My first experience financing a vehicle and he made the process painless and enjoyable! I highly recommend asking for his assistance upon arrival, although he will most likely already be outside to greet you!We also got the pleasure of working with a finance man named Ash. He was extremely helpful and kind. He helped getting the process and paperwork done extremely quickly.I would recommend visiting this site on your next purchase!

My experience was due to searching for a car to purchase as a gift to my son. Many resulted; yet, one caught my eye and I called. My experience with Balise Hyundai of Fairfield began with Cindy (delightful tonality of voice, active listener who reiterated what she felt I needed) who led me to Andy.I didn t wait long for a return phone call and to make a long story short. Andy was the salesman I needed! He worked with and for me, helping me navigate and solve my challenges; in addition was my schedule since I do not live in Connecticut. Upon delivery of the car, he greeted us as if we test drove the car versus strictly going by the photos on the website (great job Balise). Andy is hospitable, professional and a great Ambassador for Balise.What is and was important to me was Andy understood the situation, the circumstance, the surprise, and what I needed. Specifically, I paid, yet my son was the owner; hence talk to him and he did (aka a rite of passage). The car looked great and was detailed. It was my best experience!! My guy MITCH (everyone needs to come see) didn t speak to me as a customer, he kept everything real and honest. He even gave me people to contact for lower insurance. Plus gave me reasonable down payment price to drop and not be broke. He worked every step of the way for me to be into my new car. Now I m riding in style thanks to him.

We had our car severiced a few months ago for a replacement horn. The service department was excellent. I would also like to give recognition to two individuals in new car sales. David Goodrich and Mitch Martin are superb. They are both extremely professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. Both gentlemen make you feel important no matter what model vehicle you buy.

Dante, Tim, Ash, and Dave were great to work with. I was able to complete a good bit of my transaction over the phone and my in-person experience was excellent. I am new to the EV and Tim spent a lot of time helping me set up apps and show me how the various features of the car work. He also gave me a follow up call to see how things were going and if I had any questions. I recommend this dealership and highly recommend these gentlemen.

Five stars is not enough to rate how fantastic Balise Hyundai of Fairfield is. I was greeted at the door by the general manager David with a big smile, firm handshake and warm welcome. After introducing ourselves, David brought me to Mitch my salesman who along with David and Ash the finance man who was also awesome worked very hard to get me into the Hyundai of my choice while respecting my price range and finances. I can not thank them enough for all their hard work, smiles, and hospitality during our visit. It is because of them among other things that I will be spreading the word about this location and these wonderful people.The showroom was spotless, comfortable and very inviting.From beginning to end everyone was wonderful. Right down to the gentleman that put my license plates on and the man who showed me how to work all of the gadgets in the car. I left there like we were friends forever.Please give this location a chance when on your quest for a new car. You will not be disappointed. Well done all, you now have a lifelong customer

I recently went to BALISE Hyundai of Fairfield with my two daughters to purchase their first "new" cars! They are in their twenties so I was there to help them navigate their way through the car buying process.When we arrived at the dealer, we were greeted by a salesman named Daniel/Danny. We got a great feeling from him immediately! He was friendly, and listened to what my daughters needs and wants were. He was not pushy, infact he was super patient. We went on test drives and had loads of questions.Daniel worked with us over several days to ensure all of our questions were answered and all of our needs were met.We also worked with the finance guy, Ash, who was also extremely helpful and able to get the car payments where we needed them to be.My daughters both purchased Certified Pre Owned Hyundai Elantras with extended warranties. The cars are beautiful and offer a smooth ride.As a mom, I was pleased with the experience. I'd recommend BALISE Hyundai of Fairfield for purchasing your next vehicle.

I had the pleasure of working with Andy with my experience here at Balise. I ended up purchasing a used 2020 vehicle, the vehicle had a dead battery but got it jumped and took it fir a test drive. I asked them to replace the battery and they did, much appreciated as I live over an hour away.

What a fantastic customer experience! My service advisor-Joe, was exceptional. I own a Genesis and the dealership in Stamford NO longer services the Genesis line. So I booked an appt with Balise Auto. I wish I had known about this dealership earlier. Very professional, service wait was as promised. Could not have had a better experience. Thanks Joe!

Bought a used Nissan Maxima on September of 2023. Nicest sales I have ever encountered after buying 5 different cars in the past 10 years. Accommodating to all my needs with no issues, hold the car for a month with a refundable deposit. Car has not give me any issues at all. Extremely grateful to Nick for his help and honesty!

Hasn t been a year yet that I ve had my car. Purchased at the Milford dealership. I had a terrible experience with them. After just a few months my radio wasn t working . Milford diagnosed that, I needed a radio replacement. They never ordered it and told me I had to wait two months because it wasn t backorder. I finally went to the dealership in Fairfield. And was taken care of immediately. The radio was ordered within 5 to 7 days, Joe was amazing . he was attentive, and he worked fast. I highly Recommend him and that dealership! They restored the Hyundai brand for me . Thank you Joe and the Balise Hyundai Fairfield team!!!

Me and my husband went to Balise Hyundai to purchase a car and was greeted by Mitchell (Mitch) Martin. He greeted us with a smile and a handshake. Mitch made us feel like we belonged there. We asked Mitch for a beverage and when he said they were out he offered to go to the store and get us one.Mitch is kind and has shown us great extraordinary customer service skills. He is patient and when things seemed like it was failing he was an encourager. Mitch never left our side he fought on our behalf to get this vehicle. Mitch made some promises and fulfilled every one. Mitch keeps his word and has shown that to us. It is nice to find someone you can trust to keep their word.So I want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH MITCH FOR MAKING THINGS HAPPEN. My husband and I recently went to look for a truck, and we were so pleased with our experience. Mitch was our salesman, and he was beyond kind and patient with our decisions.
