Brought my car in for a new tire as I hit a pothole the night before and unfortunately got a flat tire. I was surprised there was availability for me to bring my car in on such short notice on a Saturday, but thankfully there was. I was told it would be about an hour and a half wait for it but I swear I only waited about 45 minutes. It seemed like I was in and out! I was expecting to be there for awhile since it was the weekend, but they were able to get me in and out quicker than I anticipated and what they originally stated. Great service!

From calling to schedule my appointment to picking up my car - Excellent Service!! My advisor Robert Joseph was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Thank you for your excellent service, I will definitely recommend Audi of Fairfield.

I had to have my key fob replaced. Michael is great. As a service advisor, he was informative, polite and thorough. He is 5 stars all around.With regard to the Audi Fairfield, I'd service there anyway. I'm just not satisfied with the labor charge for key fob programming. Typically, that takes a max of 15min , but they charge a full hour at least. That's the reason for 4 stars.

My service advisor Maddie was great very informative and knowledgeable and kept in touch with me every step of the way. Also had got a loaner car with no problem and repairs was done perfectly.

My 2024 Q5 developed a problem late on a Thursday afternoon so we called the dealership. We got an immediate appointment for the very next day. The vehicle had to be flatbedded to the Service Facility so we called Audi Roadside as directed by the Audi of Fairfield Team that following morning. The vehicle was picked up within a half hour of our call and was at the dealer within a half hour after being picked up. The Team immediately diagnosed the issue, repaired the vehicle and had it ready for pick-up by 2:30 that afternoon. Thanks for the great customer Service Michal P.!!! EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE EFFORT!!!

You could service your vehicle at any off market place and save a lot of money. But do you really know that are getting a trained professional that knows your vehicle inside and out? I only service my vehicles at the dealer. Yes, you pay more. But you know you are getting the right service done. Audi Fairfield service has a great team. Robert greeted me and gave me clear overview of why my vehicle was going to be serviced on. Made his recommendations and was very transparent about everything. I got a loaner that was a blast to drive. Great way to try another vehicle if you are shopping around. I will always recommend this dealership forPurchase and service.

The service at Fairfield Audi was excellent. From the moment I walked into the service center,Each person I came in contact with was professional and courteous. Rob in the service center was extremely helpful and resolving all my issues.I was unable to get everything that I wanted done on 1 day. I was given a courtesy vehicle.Rob kept me informed in every step of the process until the service was completed. I would recommend Fairfield Audi without any reservation.

Best customer service I have ever received at a car service center. It was just a whole good experience from start to finish. The customer service at this location is superb!!! I recommend you going any day!!! Customer service didn t even stop after I left but a next day follow up call as to if I was satisfied with service; this is just excellent customer service that you hardly ever get to experience these days. 10 stars out of 5 for my experience!!!

Easy to schedule an appointment with a loaner car available. I mentioned I needed the car at a certain time, and they were able to get it done in a timely manner. Easy check in and check out. A great experience overall!

Good experience and service, got me in right away! No loaner cars which was unfortunate so did have to wait awhile but service manager personally explained and was very professional! Mechanic stayed later to finish my car which was appreciated! All in all good experience!

I received a call from Audi of Fairfield regarding a service requirement on my Q8's fuel pump, which I had recently purchased approximately 2 years ago.I mentioned that I live in Long Beach, NY, which is a long distance from CT. and if a loaner was possible.They were extremely helpful and very courteous with all of my requests. Dropped off my Q8 and the loaner was ready to go.The service rep. Maddy was knowledgeable and attentive. A few days later, I received a text with a link to a video of my Q8's inspections and any items of concern. I added a wheel alignment to my service. My vehicle was ready the following Wednesday. I texted Maddy asking her if it was possible to return the loaner on Friday 2 days later. She obliged without any issues. I arrived on Friday right before closing. Maddy had my car ready outside, and it was clean and superbly detailed. I rarely give a 5 star review, but they absolutely deserve it. I will return back there for my next Audi purchase and definitely any future service I require.

Absolutely anamazing experience at Audi Fairfield Service! My service representative Maddie kept me informed and made sure my warranty experience was as smooth as possible! They completed the work as quickly as possible with my vehicle. Unfortunately due to external circumstances they were not able to offer me a loaner however they did get me an Uber to and from the service center! I would definitely recommend Audi of FAirfield service to anyone else in the area!

Thank you to Maddie, the Service Advisor I had the pleasure of assisting me with my vehicle needs. Maddie is truly the definition of customer service and hit it out of the park on every level!My Tech, Dave expedited the necessary repairs on my car and delivered it 2 hours ahead of schedule, and my vehicle was washed from the outside in.This Service Department runs like a fine tuned machine. This was my 2nd visit and when I thought it couldn t get any better, they not only met my expectations, they exceeded them.In the event you are seeking an honest and transparent place to take your car, I highly recommend this location.Thank you to the Manger for hiring such high caliber employees. Keep doing what you re doing, it t working!

I had problems with my insurance company, but my service person Justin was amazing. He was professional, but what I appreciated most was his courtesy, patience and kindness. He was super helpful during what was a very stressful ordeal for me. The service was very good, but it s the staff that make this place my choice when I m in Connecticut. Hands down best service I ve ever had!!! You don t have to be rich or white to get great service. The same great service is given to each and every customer. Biggest shout out the Hector who worked on my car (along with anyone else who did) my A4 had Major coolant leaks and he made sure everything was done, my car feels brand New!!! Big thanks to Maddie as well who helped me out so much, (you re a Rockstar) made sure i was informed about everything along the way and helped me so much with pricing. Man Audi of Fairfield is THE place to take ya Audi, don t even think about it just Do It.

I was able to get an appointment quickly and was given a thorough video of my vehicles inspection from underneath- a first !! My few issues were resolved by mid day and Maddie was terrific in communicating all. All in an all a very good service experience..

Justin was great.When I arrived the loaner car I was supposed to be given had not been returned, so he arranged to have someone drive me home rather than have to come back another day.In addition, The service was completed in a professional and timely fashion. The best service in CT.

It s always a seamless experience at Audi Fairfield Service. Setting up an appointment and getting a loaner was a breeze and service was completed in a timely manner. I never feel any pressure or upselling. And Rob was great to work with.

I went in for a routine oil change and it turned out the car needed new rear brakes (which they mentioned at my last check would be likely), and then the big surprise was the water pump needed to be replaced. Audi worked with me to bring the cost down and finished the work within a day. Car is running great and Justin was the point person that made everything work. Thanks all!

Always take care of me and my RS3. Running great and I appreciate always getting me in on short notice and always have loaners immediately unlike others. My experience with Audi service is vastly superior to other high end brands (ie Range Rover lol) .Shout out to Rob in service who has been helping me for years. Knows his stuff.

Just had $4,500 work done and when picking up my car the service specialist could not have been more rude and unfriendly when I had questions for him. He rushed me out of there as soon as he could.Furthermore I asked them to fix a warning light that keeps coming on which they failed to do. One day latter the light came back on.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Wiper blade installation

So far so good! My past experience was with New Rochelle and was atrocious on so many levels. Maddie and DJ did a great job with my concerns. I m actually looking forward to a solid relationship with Audi Fairfield.

The service team at Audi Fairfield is amazing. From checking in to checking out they were constantly updating me on my cars progress.I waited for my car.
