These folks are AMAZING!!! The service was totally above and beyond. I took my dad's car in to get some really nice new ultra wipers for the New England weather, and they checked out everything--including tires, cabin filters, all of it--at a great price. Thanks especially Louis and Daniel!!

I went to do oil change and transmission fluid on December last year. They dropped my car off the ramp cracking the bumper. Because of what happened they didn't charge me for the service as a " courtesy " After a month and a bunch of phone calls asking for the updates, they found a place where they can replace the bumper. I was without a car for a week. I asked for a rental car so I can go to work and they didn't wanted. Everything was a nightmare. Today I went to do the oil change in a different location and they found out that the transmission fluid never was replaced. The cover looked sealed and never was opened.That is why my car was smelling burnt when I drive it. I wasn't going to make any review but for what I found out today I decided to do it. They try to put back the car on the ramp when day dropped it and probably no telling me anything if I don't a ask. I never going back to that location again.

I have been here a few times. Love the crew over here. Everyone is friendly and they get me in and out. Louis is straightforward explaining services and prices. Great vibe overall and great spot. Will be coming back!

I went there for an oil change, staff there was helpful I was in and out in 20 minutes. I was able to use a $10 off coupon and the guy changing the oil came out to show the oil level on the dipstick. Good experience and I'll be going back there.

These guys always take care of me. Get me the best price for what I need .. Never push anything on me if I don't really need it.And always a great price. And they pretty quick.

Good place. The staff is friendly and do a good job reasonably quickly. There's a little bit of upsell here and there, but nothing unexpected or pushy. I've watched them with female customers as well, and didn't note anything different about their recommendations or demeanor.

Was fast.Not 5 stars because they couldn't figure out how to reset my maintenance reminder. Now I have to listen to that every time I start my car until my next oil change

A little pricy for the midline oil change but my tire pressures and levels were checked and oil changed in about 10 minutes. Nice customer service as well. They did add washer fluid as well.

Over torqued oil filter to 31 foot pounds per what was written on the filter. Spend 4 hours getting it off to change my oil. Came here once because I was in a car accident and couldnt change the oil due to injuries. Id rather go through that accident again then come here.

I was quoted 98 dollars with a coupon including the Xtra oil for my vehicle when I cashed out it was 125 that's a big difference didn't wanna argue its wasted energy I'll just never go to any of their locations again..didn't even deserve the 1 star

Awesome place for quick, no appointment out change. Very professional team. In at 8:50AM, out at 9:15. Full synthetic oil change, recommended cabin air and engine air filters. I agreed because he applied a discount from a coupon I already was using for 5 quarts of oil. Payed extra for 1.8 qts. my Subaru 3.6 which takes 6.8 qts. Out the door in 25 minutes for $173 . The "other place" up the road that didn't tighten my oil plug fully or put the wrong amount of oil in my cars would have been more money and longer wait. Very happy i went here.

This was the best service that I have ever had at an instant oil change establishment period every single person that worked on my vehicle was incredible and polite, and the place was spotlessly clean periodI was a former customer At economy until, they lost my business Because of an $80 price increase from my diesel oil change period so glad I found this place period 5 stars all the way.

Charge me 153.00 dollars for a oil change on my Ram 3500 with 30,000 miles on it.I will never go back there again, I own several vehicles and I will not bring any of them to this company

I have been coming here for the past few years and the quality of service is consistent. I usually come here just for oil changes. They're not pushy with extra services. Their staff is always pleasant/professional and have never failed to show me the dipstick after the oil change is done(very important). Depending on what time I show up, the oil change usually takes less than 20 minutes. They key is to show up early morning during the week, preferably right when they open or shortly after. Reasonable prices.

I am extremely disappointed with this business! My 86 year old Grandmother went in for a simple oil change and left with a $486 bill! She is on a fixed income and is hard of hearing. They added so many extra services, confusing her and now are refusing to take responsibility. I DO NOT recommend this business.

Just okay. I got a groupon and it could only be used at this location and a few others. I thought I could sit in the car because the website says 15 minute oil change while you wait in the car. But not at this location. There was one car in front of me and we were there over an hour. It didn't seem like any cars were getting out in 15 minutes. Once youre in line, there is no way to get out if there is a car behind you. They should really switch this incase of an emergency and to also honor peoples time since the oil changes are taking longer than 15 minutes. They charged $50 to replace my cabin air filter, I guess I should have asked how much it was going to be, because if I heard $50 I would have said no. The filter is $10 on amazon, and its a 5 minute fix, so they're definitely overcharging for that by A LOT. I felt ripped off. When my car was finished they pulled it out to the parking lot, and didn't even tell me it was done so I was unsure if I could just leave or not. I wouldn't go here again but if you're in a pinch and can't get any other appointments for an oil change, I guess its okay. The staff was pretty nice. Also they had coffee, but no cups for it so that kinda sucked.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

My least favorite Valvoline I ve been to. The whole point of a Valvoline is to stay in your car. Also the prices for additional services on the wall inside do not match what I was charged. Also lying on the receipt about adding wiper fluid, so I wonder what else they lie about. Wont go to this one again.

I stopped in with about an hour and twenty minutes to get an oil change, thinking I'd have plenty of time to get that done before work. I get there are there are only two cars in front of me, perfect. It took about 20 minutes for me to be the first car in line. Once I hand over my keys and go inside, I waited about 40 more minutes and they hadn't started on my car. Then, once they asked the guy that arrived after me what kind of service he wanted I realized I was not going to have enough time after all, so I asked for my keys back and left. I stopped by the Valvoline in Chicopee and they had me in and out in 15 minutes and I never even had to leave my car and still made it to work on time. If you have another Valvoline near you, do yourself a favor and avoid this one.Service: Oil change

Don't go to this store! I went in for an oil change and they told me they couldn't open my hood. Examining the line they claimed they pulled on it with a wrench and it was the line to my gas cap, not my hood! The line now has too much lead and doesn't function properly. They told me they wouldn't accept responsibility for it because it was apparently like that, but I had just gotten gas and it was not like that. These guys will wreck your car and not accept responsibility; they're incompetent and have no idea what they're doing! Never going back to Valvoline again!Service: Oil change

Quick and friendly! Usually I do my own oil change and keep up with filling my fluids and stuff but life is just so busy these days.. But definitely highly recommend, Brad the guy at the counter inside the shop that helps you with checking out and explaining what they found/were doing on my car is awesome! He explained everything in detail and very easy to talk too! Everyone else was great too, very friendly and accommodating. I have gone here in the past and will continue to go when I need too! My 86 year old mom went to valvoline for a basic oil change on her 2012 Ford focus 48,000 miles Her total bill was $428.01. The gentleman who helped her behind the counter told me she asked for all the Xtra services to be done. Well ladies we all know what happened here. I forgot to mention my mom has severe hearing loss. Shame on you Valvoline. I was there myself last week with three 40 yr old women in the waiting room not one of us was asked for Xtra services on our cars. Do better when it comes to the elderly. Fast professional service. Honest answers, and excellent care for my car. They do more then just oil. They even replaced my light bulbs, and I got to use a virtual coupon. I called three places for an appointment, this was the only place that could manage to get me in and out within a respectable time frame.

I used a different Valvoline because it is advertised that Valvoline is home of the stay in your car oil changes in the comforts of your own car. But that is not true at this location in Enfield, so they need to change their whole advertisement because of this one single store! I drove 30 minutes from Springfield to go to the closest store and only to find out I would have to get out of my car and I am disabled handicap And cannot get out of my car so I had to drive another 20 minutes to the East Windsor location. I am very dissatisfied and if I would not have purchased this on Groupon, I would ve gone to Jiffy Lube. Next time I will be going to Jiffy Lube every location you can stay in your car they should have your advertisement .

I got stuck in the queue for 45 mins. I arrived at 10.02 and was taken into the bay at 10.47. I didnt leave until after 11.30. So myoil change was a 90 minute experience. I would have left after 20 mins but I was trapped in line and couldn't get out, so I was essentially a hostage. The prices have gotten so outrageous I won't return. It's just too expensive. To be fair tho, the guys inside do good work and are super nice, but 45 mins is madness unable to voluntarily leave

Good honest staff. Basic oil change and new air filter. Topped fluids and air check. Reset my codes and sent me off. They show you the dip stick to show you they put clean new oil in. I like that.
