Excellent service, very good prices. Make an appointment ahead of time to ensure the best/fastest turnaround. I used their website to get an estimate then called to confirm and ask a few questions. I was given a recommendation/quote for tires I hadn't considered. When I went for my appointment the tires quoted were not available. I ended up with better (more expensive) tires but they honored the lower price I was quoted.

All the stars for Dave Smith!! We were in CT for the day from New York (about a 2 hour drive) and we ended up with a bolt in our tire. We were referred to Dave at Town Fair from Steve (Town and Country Auto Body) and we were not disappointed. He was honest, professional and incredibly friendly. He had us back on the road in 20 minutes. We won t soon forget this experience, and we really appreciate Dave going above and beyond for us!!! Thank you!!!!

Chris was the one of best sales experiences I have had in a long time. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to find me a great deal on a set of new wheels. I will recommend him to all my friends. Great job!!!!

Another visit to Dave Smith and another job done exceptionally well. I have used Dave for all my tire and alignment work for the last 30 plus years serving all of my family as if they were his own family. Always friendly and always professional. I don t know of another tire place to get the level of service we have received from Dave, Pete, Doug and all the others at town fair for all these years.

Dave Smith, again exceeded my expectations. I own five vehicles and always go through Dave. Exceptional customer Service!!!! Polite and patient, willing to listen or answer any questions. Not only did he give me the best price for new rims and tires, he Installed them way before my road trip I needed them by. Dave is always enjoyable to do business with and makes it quick and easy. Thx Dave!!!

Best shop in town. I have a sports car that came stock with low profile tires that like to blow out if they see a pot hole. They took care of me countless times and helped me by a new wheel and tire package that can actually survive New England roads. Life savers.

I am a visiting nurse. I ran over a piece of wood with 3 nails in it, which punctured my tire. I have been a loyal customer of Enfield Town Fair Tire for many, many years, so I expediently sought out their assistance.I walked in at 5:00pm on a Friday. Andrew immediately greeted me, assessed my situation, selected a suitable replacement tire, took my car right in, and had my car back on the road by 6:05pm!! Because of the amazing customer service Andrew provided, I was able to continue to see my patients worry free! Andrew is knowledgeable, professional, caring, and helpful. I am extremely grateful for his assistance. I highly recommend this establishment. Enfield Town Fair Tire always comes to my rescue!!

New to the area, it was my first time to the Enfield, CT location. The experience was completely comfortable. I had the pleasure of working with Dave, whose knowledge and people skills are reassuring. Additionally, the staff member that serviced my car clearly explained the work completed. Doug was very helpful when I arrived a little past closing with a blown out tire and no phone to call for a tow, He still went above and beyond to get me assisted with a new run flat tire compatible with the ones I already had as the brand I had was not in stock. I whole heartedly appreciate the time he took to help as the store was technically closed and he really did not have to and chose to use his discretion and help a person in a tight spot :)

Doug saved my life this passed Friday! I had my car towed in because I got flat. They were busy that day but in the time it was dropped off and I got to the shop (about an hour), not only did they get me in before my appointment time but my car was fully and totally ready to go when I arrived (even the paperwork was done already, amazing)! Doug answered all of my questions and helped my understand my options very well before I got to walk right back out as if I never popped a tire in the first place, and at a very reasonable price! I would recommend them to anybody they will treat you and your car with so much care and compassion!

The customer service at the Enfield Ct shop is second to none. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful, and Chris helped me pick out the best tires for my truck. I highly recommend them for any help or questions about tires for your vehicle.

Chris was incredible both on the phone and in person. He got me in immediately and set me up with a great set of tires. Good customer service is hard to come by these days but I can honestly say he was a pleasure to do business with.

been coming to Enfield town fair tire since the 90s . what a great location! their selection of tires is off the hook, and most important the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. DAVE is an incredible guy, always goes out of his way and doesn't quit until it's done. highly recommend for new tires!

Dave was fantastic. Lowest price for the tires I wanted and amazing customer service. My son came home from college with bald tires on his jeep I did the research for the tires I wanted, Dave gave me the best price I could find, ordered them and went the extra mile, even though the shop was slammed with business, to get them on the jeep in time for him to go back to school.Highly recommended!

Have been bringing my car(s) to Town Fair Tire for about 15 years and their customer care and service is always top notch. This was my first experience at the Enfield location specifically and I was able to get a new set of rims and tires at a very reasonable price within a few days of just showing up to discuss my options. Chris made great suggestions and was a pleasure to work with throughout this process. Doug was also very personable whenever I came in. I can't recommend this location enough. Thank you all so much!

Staff was very friendly and pleasant, and was prompt in attention when I arrived, but was given grossly inaccurate time estimate for service. Was told 2 hours, as I had appointment and car would be taken in next, but it was obviously some time before they started as set of 4 new tires took 3.5 hours. If it is going to take that long, just be honest so I can spend my time doing something else rather than sitting in waiting area for so long.

My boyfriend and I love coming here for all our tire needs! Just recently had a tire rotation & realignment done due to my car doing the death wobble at a speed minimum of 45 mph. They were able to get me in at a decent time on my day off, and were very understanding of my concerns. I felt that I was heard and I was in great hands. It also helped that I was able to get in and out with plenty of time to get to my 1pm client for work! The gentleman I talked to during my intake, Chris Godbey, was really sweet and personable. There s no other place I will go, and they re really affordable as well!! Thank you again for all the help!

Amazing service! I came in just after 5, they were able to repair my tire, and complete a rotation & balance for me, since I was due! Same day completion in a timely manner, especially since it was just before closing! Thank you Dave!!!

The nicest group of people ever! Dave was extremely personable & kind and I felt very taken care of. I got an alignment done and it only took 15min! I was so thankful I didn t have to wait too long

I unexpectedly ended up with a large piece of metal stuck in my tire. Drove right to Town Fair Tire in Enfield (where we had purchased the tires a year ago) and William R. helped me get it fixed that day. He was welcoming, positive, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend!

I cannot thank this Town Fair Tire enough and will always go here from now on! At 5pm on a Monday, my tire light came on and after driving about 3 miles down the road, I got out and saw my back tire was 100% flat. I'm by myself and don't have anyone to help, so I was worried I was stranded as places were closing. Town Fair Tire was around the corner and was closing in 45 minutes. It was a Monday holiday and they had just been slammed all day too. They looked at my tire and agreed to take me in if I didn't mind waiting, despite being backed up with 8 more cars and were closing. I was very thankful! I thought my tire was destroyed because I drove on it flat for a few miles. They took it in and fixed it and were able to plug it. They said they inspected it inside and out to make sure it was not damaged. In less than 2 hours despite being backed up. It only cost me $13! I was able to drive home and get to work the next day. I was so thankful as I would have been stranded otherwise. Guy and Chris at the front counter were incredibly helpful, friendly, and provided excellent service! They even let me charge my phone at their counter while I waited as it was on 1% charge. I will go to this place for any tire needs from now on. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you Town Fair Tire!

Dave was great! I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment. He told me they were super busy and they would get my car in asap. Even better the car was ready in less time than he told me. He definitely uses the under promise over deliver mentality that everyone in the automotive field should use. Having worked in automotive both light and heavy duty, I understand how tough the business can be. There needs to be more people in the business like him.

Chris was INCREDIBLY helpful when our tire picked up a screw!!!We ve had a bunch of large, unexpected appliance repair /replacement bills in the last 3 weeks, and he did everything he could to make sure we weren t adding high tire costs to the list of unforeseen hits to our budget. He was super friendly, invested in helping us, and did an outstanding job!Highly recommend Town Fair, and in particular, Chris :)

Dave, at Townfair tire Enfield is amazing very knowledgeable, Trustworthy. I value his opinion very much when it comes time to purchase new tires. We have been going to see him for well over 12 years always greets us with a big smile and is very accommodating to our needs.

Stopped in this morning to see William about my tire leak. He knew just what to do and matched me up with a couple fresh tires. I really only needed one tire replaced, but upon my request, I had both back tires changed just so they would match. Not saying it would happen in every situation, but they were extremely busy and still had my tires changed and aligned within 3 hours. Impressed with the service, highly recommend.
