Although I wasn t really looking to buy a new motorcycle, something caught my eye, and I went to look at it. The staff was amazing and didn t pressure me into buying anything. I talk to Brianna, who was a great sales rep and she answered all my questions. I decided to make the purchase, and it was the best decision I made. The transaction was super easy and quick and I walked out with the bike a few days later. Nothing but A great experience there and look forward to bringing my bag back there for service

My experience with MOMS Enfield has always been amazing. The team as a whole was super helpful and knowledgeable. I worked with Brianna who was fantastic throughout the entire transaction and even kept me up to date on the status of my purchase! Highly recommend!

Last summer Kawasaki did a demo ride here. Most dealerships don t offer test rides so having the manufacturer bring in a fleet to try was such a good experience. I ve been thinking about upgrading since that day. I looked everywhere for exactly what I wanted months later and MOMs had it in stock! I reached out to Finance and Jen was wonderful in helping me in that process. I was directed to Briana for sales who was phenomenal. Neither of them ever pressured me or made me feel like a burden. Briana was so accommodating with everything I asked of her. She even helped recommend a new insurance provider for me! The overall service I received here went above and beyond. The drop off and pickup service they have was so helpful especially since the roads aren t passable for bikes this time of year, made everything so much less stressful. I m so happy with my new bike and will continue to come to MOMs.

I had a great experience at Moms, I was shopping for a first dirt bike for my daughter for Christmas and the Sales woman Briana Carter walked me through the process perfectly. Everyone in that store was super friendly and very helpful. I am new too dirt bikes but the parts and service people were very helpful with all my questions and educated me on what needs and should be done for maintenance. The Finance manager gave me a good deal on an extended warranty and worked to get me financed even though my credit is not too good. I m in the process of rebuilding and having a loan on my credit report will help a lot. I used to be in motorcycle sales in a very high pressure environment towards customers and I can assure you there is zero pressure here. It is a very relaxing and positive environment here. There is a good selection here. I will be a repeat customer. My daughter will be happy. Thank you too everyone at Moms

Late last year I bought my first bike new bike in a couple years, and my first bike from a Mom s dealership. I had actually pre-ordered it as soon it was announced in July, and every step of the way the team at Moms Enfield went above and beyond. I spoke with both Salespeople, Abe, and Brianna who were extremely helpful, kind, and professional. Everytime I stepped through those doors I would hear some cheerful voice from one side of the showroom or the greeting me and asking if there was anything I needed help with. During the process of pre ordering my new bike I was also fortunate enough to meet Joel the general manager of the store. Joel, like the sales team was fantastic. His love and enthusiasm when it comes to motorcycles and the product lines the dealership carries is infectious, and he is extremely knowledgeable. The team kept me updated as the shipping date drew closer. When the bike arrived and was built i got the call! When I saw the bike for the first time it had multiple bows on it and everybody seemed genuinely happy and excited for me. It made that moment one I won t forget. When it was time to sign I met Jenn, the finance manager who got me approved with an interest rate on the low end of industry standards and clearly explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. Before going over the bike I also got to chat with Jim and Dave in the service department. Both lifelong power sports lovers with decades of experience and incredible amounts of knowledge. When loading my bike up I also got to talk to Brian and Sage, who both eat sleep and breathe powersports. Brian the lead tech has decades of experience and can figure out and fix just about any problem any machine can have. Sage, who built my bike did a fantastic job, everything was tight, the handlebars and the levers were set perfectly, and my air filter was properly oiled. In the time that has passed the team still follows up with me to make sure everything s going well with my motorcycle ownership experience. Overall the best part about Moms Enfield is far and away the people, the team they have from top down repeatedly went above and beyond and really make you feel like family. Thank you again to everyone at Moms Enfield!

I blew the motor in my 22 Polaris XCR. The team at MOMS were able to it get covered by warranty and have me back up and running in a little over two weeks. Special thanks to Jim and Brian!! Awesome team, wouldn t go anywhere else.

To say I was impressed with the staff of this dealership, would definitely be an understatement! My son and I were greeted immediately by salesman Abraham, asked how he could help. I was there to check out a new '22 Suzuki M-109R B.O.S.S. which was in storage due to impending cold weather/off season, but it didn't deter Abraham from locating it, and showing it to me and even went so far as to pull it out for me, which was a "Huge Job"!!! He and another employee moved 3 side-by-sides, and several motorcycles to accomplish this..."WOW"...talk about amazing customer service!!! Everyone at MOMS Enfield was very, very friendly and professional and I highly recommend them if you're looking for anything Motorsports!!!

It s been a minute since I ve purchased my last motocross bike. I stopped in Saturday morning, all paper work and prep was done within the hour. Extremely helpful and friendly staff.Will be a frequent flyer now that I am right down the road. Thanks guys!

Spent a lot of time shopping around for my first bike. Walked into the Enfield location and was sold on buying from them. Everyone is very friendly, super knowledgeable, and terribly patient. I spent so much time going back and forth between cruisers and sport bikes, engine sizes, etc. They give great advice. Oh, and don t forget to ask for Bri, literally not just a girl, but *the* best saleswoman I ve ever met. She was instrumental in pushing me over the edge to take the leap of faith on my bike. She really cares about getting you into something right, checked in on how I was progressing after a few months, and has already been sending me upgrade options, but in a way that puts no pressure on me. I did show serious interest in getting into something a little too fast, so the updates on inventory is absolutely welcome. Would give 12/10 stars if google allowed it. Very excited to go back and get my liter bike.

Purchased a 25k RZR 3 months ago. I spoke with multiple people about what my machine needs were and was assured this machine would meet my needs. Nothing was ready when I arrived for my purchase appointment. Financing was set up using their bank of choice with a 4% higher interest rate than any local bank. When I questioned this I was told we only check this one bank. Of coarse the machine was in a box unassembled so I could not see it until it was delivered to my house. It is huge and not at all what I need. It is a great machine but way too much and big for my needs. After making it work for 3 months I decided to trade it in for something smaller and was told we can t take it in trade. It s brand new, never been on a trail, I purchased from them and was trading it for another machine. I have never heard of turning away a repeat customer that was sold the wrong machine.

Bought a 900 Vulcan classic there last month. Dale sold the motorcycle to me and was attentive and informative. I enjoyed the buying experiance. The bike had a small indicator problem after i picked it up which was dealt with promptly at the bikes first 600 mile service by Jerry. Diane in the service department was polite, freindly and efficient and i will happily use Enfeild again.Update 4/28/22Just used Enfeild Motorsports again now called MOMs Enfeild. Jim and his team couldn't do enough for me. Managed to get my bike serviced within a day despite being snowed under with work. Fantastic service from these people. Freindly and helpful also Brian on the sales floor is a very freindly attentive salesperson. Would recommend this firm wholeheartedly.

I've been coming in for a couple of years, looking to get into riding and purchasing a bike. It was a long process for me (getting wife to agree, etc.) but finally decided and bought a new Vulcan 900 from Enfield Motor Sports. I already learned to ride on a smaller bike by this time. Dale and her team are always very helpful and never pushed me to make a decision and let me take my time. The buying process was very smooth, will be back for service and other gear!

Bought a new Suzuki Gsxs 750Z from Brianna. Her service was good and friendly. But I tried twice to get a service appointment for my first oil change and have yet to hear back from them. Seems like Moms is all about selling bikes and getting your money but servicing them seems to be completely different. I will be looking for another Suzuki dealership.

My initial transaction was by email. I confirmed that I was picking up my vehicle in three days after leaving a deposit. They were supposed to send me an email with complete pricing details....they did not. I arrived at the dealership on the day and time I said I would be there. I had to wait over an hour for them to complete the build...after I finalized the paperwork....they were not prepared. Their bottom line pricing reflected several additional charges that were never disclosed. Then was given the "we're only making $150 on this sale" nonsense when I confronted them. When the quad was unloaded at its destination...I noticed that all four tires were mounted in the wrong positions on the quad.....all four!! They had rear tires mounted on the front...fronts on the back.... I have no idea what else was not setup properly. I did not get the warm and fuzzy about this dealership. I left feeling like I had been taken advantage of.I purchased a 2023 polaris Outlaw 70 quad.The machine was given to a seven year old. These people have no regard for the safty of your child. If they did, they would get their act together to be sure these machines are setup to manufacturers specifications.On a $2400 machine....my up charges were over $1000.....that's on top of tax. I paid $3000 in cash and over $500 on a credit card. I brought $3000 in cash thinking it would cover the initial cost, tax and additional costs on a $2400 machine....not.even close.At one time I was the service manager of a motorcycle dealership. I know first hand how things should and need to be done.Beware.

Clothing and gear selection is very limited/poor. No idea on how the service department is, haven't used their service. Good amount of bikes but no good deals. They claim they can't because of shortages, yet countless of dealers in the south have no issues with out the door total prices at what the MSRP is and or less depending on models and they'll ship the bikes to you for around $300, while up here with them it's the MSRP plus tax & fees around an extra $2000 or so, at best maybe a manufacturers $500 or less discount incentive, but they'll try to sneak their warranty for a few grand without you noticing lol. Weirdly enough in the south they don't complain about shortages and if anything after calling a number of southern dealers, claim if you don't see it we can order it for you. Yet up here, it's always the, we only have 1 coming in for the year, yeah shortages... lol

Great experience. Got my sled in for a bunch of accessories in the middle of Snowmobile season. Excellent communication, reasonable pricing and great customer service. Jim the service manager is great to work with!

This Used to be ENFIELD MOTORSPORTS and as most or nearly everyone knew how you felt when you walked through the door to get parts, service, or to purchase a new machine. I can personally attest that it Used to be a terrible experience almost every time you walked through that dreaded door. NOW LETS MOVE FORWARD to 2022. You NEED TO experience the new Mom s Enfield. From the sales greeting as you walk through the door to the experience at the counter ordering parts or just grabbing your NH REGISTRATION which you can finally put on a credit card instead of having to pay with cash. Today when I showed up at Mom s Enfield the staff was spot on and willing to help. The showroom had a decent selection of Polaris Snowmobiles with no recall issues and a whole bunch of ATVs to choose from. The entire staff were engaging, polite, and courteous. Thanks for bringing this establishment back and making it Inviting again. Great Job!!

Very impressed with my visit last month. Very close to buying a bike. What I don't know - what variety of lenders they go through? I'm assuming traditional lenders but what about lenders like roadrunner/octane and Sheffield to name a couple.

From my husband's 1st call to purchase a snowmobile, this has been hands down, the easiest out of state purchase EVER! The call was placed at 10 am on Tuesday, we made the 3 hour trip on Friday to bring it home. The salesman & Juan were very pleasant and personable to deal with which made it so much easier. Thank you!!!
