Not a great experience. They quoted a price for my truck brakes which I thought was reasonable. I signed the quote. They started working out n my boss Rick. While waiting for parts to come in. The manager reviewed the quote and stated that it was not enough money to do the work and the quote should have been more. He said he would honor the original quote. Wrong parts came in and they had to be reordered. When I came to pay the bill there was an added fee to bleed the brakes and cost for additional brake fluid. No one called and stated to me that there would be additional costs. Had to pay the cost to get my truck back to go to work. Bad experience and won t go there again. Mechanic was awesome. But the manager was not.

I stopped at Meineke to get my emissions tested, they did not disappoint. I pulled in and I would say no waiting, I was out in 10 minutes with a smile on my face!

I spend over $1000 for front breaks, calipers, rotors and a right break line. Since I trusted my vehicle to this place, something is always going wrong. They warranted the calipers twice since it was put on, the break line has been leaking causing my break pedal to sink to the floor of the vehicle, I ve been here twice regarding the break line, to find out that they put it in wrong. Came back a week later to find out that it has a pin hole, causing the leak, and now I m here waiting two hours for them to replace the break line. I don t recommend bringing your vehicle here for even a oil change. This is the worst experience I ve had. Coming here 5 times, wasting my days off sitting and waiting, to only be back here in another week or two for the same problem.

Spoke to them in the morning and were very helpful. Brought my car in the afternoon and they took care of it immediately and showed me the issues. Recommend.

I needed a VIN Verification as required by CT motor vehicle dept in order to register the motorcycle I bought from out of state. The process was easy, quick, and pleasant thanks to the man in charge at this location. Have also been there for emissions inspection - same deal! I ll happily be back.

Mike was awesome to work with. They found a part that was cheaper than I expected for a catalytic converter and did some slight welding as needed. Not sure why when you schedule an appointment for 3:00 and arrive at 3:00 that no one is even at the shop and the lights are off. 2nd day in a row I ve been blown off by 2 different Meineke Locations. Thanks for nothing.

Polite, professional service. Went to have my brakes evaluated after the dealership wanted to do brakes and rotors all around. Ended up only needing them on the front. I also asked them if there was somewhere near by to get a slow leak repaired. They said they would look at the tire, they fixed the leak and didn t even charge me! I stopped in for an oil change only to be told to come back in TWO weeks and be asked if I knew anyone who wanted a job? Why even advertise being open if it's just one owner running the place with no car knowledge?
