Please don t buy a vehicle here. I bought a 2021 vehicle with 38K miles and after only 1500 miles, I got a check engine light on for a vacuum leak that was likely preexisting and was just masked up and come to find out 2 of the tires were not mounted properly and was causing vibration on the vehicle. Called this place and told me I was SOL because it s been past 60 days from purchasing the vehicle. Will definitely report this place to the better business bureau for selling a relatively newer vehicle in this condition. Completely Unacceptable

I bought my car from this dealership. And my tire deflated but it was under warranty and they said they had to call the warranty services and they would call back soon but didn t so I called 2 hours later and still nothing was solved and they said that I could either pay for a new tire or wait until tomorrow for the warranty services to call back. They were just trying to get me to pay out of pocket instead of using warranty. The guy at the desk was super rude and didn t care about wasting my time and taking advantage of an 19 year old girl. Then recently my check engine light came on and they diagnosed it and said I needed to do an oil change but they wouldn t do the oil change unless I replaced the dented oil pans (not leaking just dented) and other stuff all totaling $3000. I am a younger girl in my 20s and as soon as they told me the other men in the office seemed to be waiting for my response (assuming that I would roll over and pay the money no questions asked) and laughing to themselves. I declined the $3000 worth of unnecessary parts. Then a few days go by and my check engine light is on again and it s flashing. I had my oil changed by someone else which was supposedly what was wrong with it and yet my check engine is on again and my mom called and asked for a refund, partial refund or compensation of any type and now they are switching their story and saying that they told me it was leaking even though I have a paved driveway and it would fairly obvious if any oil was leaking. This location is always trying to scam and take advantage of women. I would not recommend this place at all and if you are looking for an honest and fair priced mechanic Bob s Auto in West Springfield specializes in Volkswagen and it s only 20 minutes away from this place. $75 for a evaluation versus $180 worth of lies. Like I said I bought my car here so they just have no type of customer loyalty or care at all. Maybe they ll treat you decently if you re a man but do not send your wives or daughters here. I mean look at all the bad reviews from other women clearly sexist.

I had a great experience working with Kari, she really helped me and my family get into our dream family car. I also had a wonderful experience Matt Doyle, he did a great job at explaining questions we had with some of the paperwork. Lastly Chris Proctor was also a great help during this entire process of finding our car. Thank you so much to all of the people at Lia Volkswagen!

Jason in service is definitely accommodating however upper management needs a crash course in customer service. When you purchase a vehicle funny that they throw all the bells and whistles. When there is an issue..nt so much. Very disappointing. Service manager does not get enough recognition for all the responsibilities and dealership management needs to take more accountability and perhaps screen mechanics more closely and or get more help!

I just purchased a 2019 Nissan Rogue and the care and attention I received from Bill was absolutely fantastic. I recently moved to a new state making my purchase that much more complicated and Bill was so supportive and caring. I spent most of my day there trying to get everything straightened out and couldn't believe how patient and supportive Bill was. I would recommend him and Lia to any and every one. He even suggested a fantastic restaurant for me and my husband to visit afterwards. Thank you again Bill

I recently purchased a Volkswagen Atlas. Having never stepped foot in a Volkswagen dealership or driven a Volkswagen I wasn t sure how I was going to like it. Anthony Reynolds greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He wasn t pushy and I felt like he really listened to me. We worked out the numbers and he sent me on my way to things over with my husband and I couldn t wait to go back to the dealership and finish the deal. He took the time to show my kids around the car and made us all feel welcome. I would definitely recommend Anthony to anyone interested in buying a Volkswagen. Best car buying experience I ve had!

I have a 2012 VW Beetle Turbo. We live closer to another VW dealership but they gave me the run around about getting a recall handled. The service and parts department at Lia came through and got my car in within the week and worked around my schedule. I had an issue that even my personal mechanic could not figure out. The mechanics at Lia figured it out and my car runs amazing. Thank you so much for helping keep this awesome car on the road!

My wife and I went to see Chris Proctor and he was amazing. He was very upfront as well as kind and respectful. We also had a great experience with Bill who helped us with the car buying process too. Bill was personable, friendly and explained the car features in detail. Both Chris and Bill made sure my wife and I were happy and they did not force us into anything. We told them what we were looking for and they did not try to sell us on anything else. Chris looked high and low for our car and was polite throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend going to see either Chris or Bill when buying a car.

From start to finish it was a great experience. I had contacted Jason a few weeks prior with some questions about my GTi, he did some research and was able to quickly get back to me. I then booked an appointment to have the vehicle looked over. The tech did a great job with the diagnosis, and Jason was extremely helpful explaining further of what my car needed. One thing I really appreciated about Jason was how friendly he was and didn't push anything. Every service advisor I ever dealt with was always so pushy and if I opted out of work they would seem annoyed. Jason was the opposite. He was very open about my GTi, and with the extent of work it needed he truly understood why I opted out of it. I couldn't be happier with my experience here.

Do NOT use the service department here! They had friends car for almost 3 months and kept making excuses. They kept saying they had no loaner available until magically after contacting the Regional Manager they suddenly had a loaner. This is a brand new car and had to keep putting oil in after they did the first oil change. They offer no real apologies and act like it s the customers fault! Worst customer service and worst service department ever.

Hundreds of dollars worth of damage from this dealership to me ! Been taking my car for oil changes here a couple times already but this time they did me dirty. About a month ago I took my car to this dealership for an oil change. After my oil change I parked the car in my driveway and went out of town for about a month. After returning home I needed to move my car and repark it on the other side of my driveway. After doing so I couldn t believe my eyes at what I saw, A very large pool of oil under the whole front end of where my car was parked. I couldn t believe it , it s like someone dumped about 5 quarts of oil on my driveway. Im not a mechanic but I know a thing or two about cars so I proceeded to investigate. I put up my car on ramps and looked underneath it and of course a massive leak from the drain bolt. I tried to see if the bolt was loose and of course it was. It was so loose I could unscrew it with my fingers. I proceeded to tighten it with a wrench and the leak stopped. Then I had to go and buy more oil to refill the lost oil because almost all of the oil had leaked out. I paid about a 100$ for an oil change and now I had to refill all the oil. I also had to call a power washing company to come and remove the oil stain from my driveway which was around 400$. So here I am out almost 500$ and the worst part is the annoyance I had to go through. Terrible terrible service. I Never ever will I come here again. Terrible and irresponsible mechanics that worked on my car. My family had issues with them before and now I see why. They don t even deserve one star for their terrible service.

I walked in in need of a new car. There were no cars on the lot except for the one that became mine. My salesman, Anthony made it happen so quickly, I owned it the next day! The whole process was quick and painless (except for the part where I have to PAY for the car, lol) and I love my car! I had my first service appointment and was quoted 1.5 hours, my car was ready within 30 minutes. So far so good, VW has always been my #1 go to and they did right by me once again. Excellent!

Hi there. I had a new key programmed on Friday. Service team said they needed both keys to program at the same time . I asked about the remote starter, and your service guy said " my starter was put in after market so there should be no issue".I left and haven't tried the remote starter until this morning and we'll you guessed it . It doesn't work .

All I can is AMAZING!!!... I was in the process of just looking to buy a new car, my husband and I stopped in on a Wednesday night and talked with Matt. Long story short our car was on the road and ready to go by Friday morning. Matt went above and beyond to make the loan process so smooth and easy and was able to stay within our price range with a new Jetta! He even stayed late on Thursday to finish everything as he getting ready to go out for surgery on Friday! Bill took over for Matt on Friday and he was just as helpful tidying everything up for the car to be ready Friday morning! Bill even took the time to go over all the new features in the car and made sure we had a full tank of gas! I drove off the lot and within the hour lights came in the dashboard stating the tire pressure was low, I called Bill right away and he had me come right back in to look at it. It was just the indicator light coming on to let us know that there was a difference in tire pressure. And, they said if we had any other questions or problems to call right away and they would take care of us! We will definitely buy our next car from here! Would definitely recommend this place to everyone!!!!

The above score is really an average, as I had two completely different experiences at this dealership.The first experience was highly unfavorable - the dealership had the car I was interested in, and I wanted to pay cash for it. After a verbal agreement was reached, I received a phone call back from the sales person (Tony Reynolds), saying that he was told by management that I could NOT buy the vehicle at that price in cash, but instead would be required to finance the vehicle, all so the dealership could make more money on the transaction. That was absurd, and I expressed my incredulity and frustration to Tony, and refused to be subject to what felt like gouging and extortion by the dealership, telling Tony I was no longer interested in doing business with that dealership. A week later, Tony called back, saying that management had changed their stance, and would "allow" me to make a cash purchase - as if I was supposed to be grateful for paying MSRP without a mark-up or forced financing.Once past the above ridiculousness, things could not have been smoother. Tony was personable, friendly, responsive, and a guiding force to complete the transaction. When I arrived with my family at the dealership, all paperwork was already completed and simply awaiting signatures. I never once had to deal with the dreaded "let me talk to my manager" that is ubiquitous in car shopping. It really could not have gone better.The mantra of having one chance to make a first impression is so true, and unfortunately my first impression was highly clouded by the initial interaction I had with this dealership. I was impressed with everything else having to do with the dealership, in particular my sales person, but I would have in all likelihood made our purchase elsewhere if the same car had been available in the same timeframe.

Update: General manager contacted me to resolve the issue which I appreciated it. At this point still extremely disappointed at HOW I was treated by their service manager for simply trying to make an appointment.Initially, they appear to be great while the car is under warranty. After that even though you agree to pay, the service department is terrible. The service manager has to be the worst person I have ever dealt with. Refuse to have a decent conversation based on what her employee stated. Really disappointed as initially they were really good.
