Devon was as pleasant and knowledgeable as any sales representative I have ever encountered. Answered every Q. No pressure. Gets you the best deal without a hassle. Follows up. And he cares more about you being pleased with the process than selling you a car. Highly recommend this young man. You won t be disappointed.

Was given a poor attitude and practically my keys thrown at me when shooting down a deal and choosing to leave by manager. Car was also stated with false features in listing and associate was back and forth on whether or not car was certified. Went elsewhere and immediately had a much better and smoother process.

Visited today after being exhausted by other dealers ridiculous sales tactics and games. Tony found us the perfect vehicle for our family, gave us a very fair price on it, and also gave us a fair price on our trade in. There were no games, gimmicks, or surprises. It was transparent, easy, and enjoyable. The staff was also incredibly kind to my two young children that came along. Offered snacks and entertainment while we got through the paperwork. We are so happy with our purchase today and the smooth process thanks to Tony. We will be back for our next vehicle purchase! Thank you!

I just bought an SUV at Lia Hyundai of Enfield. Anthony Zalowskiwas very helpful and after test driving so many vehicles, knew the Tucson checked all my boxes. He listened to me when noting things I liked and disliked. He was right that this was the one for me. The sale was completed quickly so that I could return my rental by closing time. My stressful situation was finally relieved! I've recommended Anthony Zalowski to family and friends.

He found us the perfect vehicle out of another Lia dealership and brought it to Enfield for us to view and test drive. All were helpful each step of the way to our purchase. Look for Devan Petit!Dudes and Dudettes! I have had some amazing car buying experiences and some that were forgettable to the point of completely abandoning brands altogether. This was one of the amazing experiences. We purchased our 2020 Palisade when they came off of the first trucks in Connecticut in 2019 and had some trouble finding the right dealer then. Lia Hyundai of Enfield was the answer (after visiting a few other Hyundai dealers). I thought our first experience in 2019 was great, but Devan Petit took convenience of buying a new car to a new level. Millennial here who does not like the haggling b.s. experience of buying a car. We had NONE of that. Laid back, to the point, focused on what we could and couldn't do. All appreciated. At the end of a few hours (including time driving our 2024 Palisade), we walked away with confidence that we made the right choice at Lia Enfield. Moreso, Devan made sure that our experience was on point. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable all leading to a great experience. I recommend anyone looking for a Hyundai....or any other car for that matter (I originally wanted a VW Atlas in 2019) to go there and look for Devan. Didn't know him before our visit, but he is cool in my book now.

Had my car for 3 weeks and never communicated with us when it would be brought for service. It was for a check engine light on a 2024 Tuscan. A 2024!!! So Balise Hyundai had to take it over. But to sit in the lot for 3 weeks and not say anything is absurd!!

Terrible experience. From lack of communication from the service department, misplacing my keys, and a insincere apology from the general manager, I have lost all faith in this dealership. I have bought both my cars from Enfield Hyundai, as well as my father, who I believe they took full advantage of when buying his car. I was promised by the general manager a full detail of my car for my trouble. Unfortunately, his promise and my expectation of what a full detail of a car were clearly different. It was not a full detail, but a wash and vacuum. Needless to say, I will not be buying my next car from Enfield Lia Hyundai. Do your due diligence before buying here.

I have been doing business with Iia for 20 years and with Lisa Caputo for the past 10 years. She is a great sales person who is not only experienced in the cars but is always attentive to my needs in selecting the right model and features . She quickly responds to my calls and texts and works with her sales manager to get me the best deals possible. I have referred several friends and family to her and they have been very happy with her service. I lease from Lia because of Lisa and they have the best cars for my needs on the market. I have owned luxury cars like lexus in the past but the Hundai Elantra and the Lia dealership with Lisa have been the best,

BUYER BEWARE!!! Before test driving the 2018 Hyundai Kona I did walk around the vehicle. When I returned from test driving the car I inspected it very thoroughly and noticed the passenger front rim was severely dinged up. There were no other issues. Nick and Sharif both took advantage of my situation (my son was in the hospital) and rushed the purchase. I did not reinspect the car when I returned to purchase it. When I arrived home my husband noticed immediately the front end damage. I believe the damage happened in the days following my initial test drive. If the front end damage was disclosed I NEVER would have purchased the car. I don t believe anyone would purchase a damaged car for 19k before tax, title and fees. I brought the car back so they could repair the bumper and it looked the same. The car runs horribly too. I regret the purchase 100%. They claimed it was detailed and it was not clean as you would expect. Not all of the staff here are unprofessional and shady. I did have a positive interaction with Jarron and Lisa.

Bought a car from here once before. I had a great experience so I figured I'd give it another shot. My sales rep was amazing, he dealt with my indecisive and picky self! I had another excellent experience here! Highly recommend! Couldn't decide on color two of the 3 options. I bought the third. What color Santa Fe did I buy!? I'll never tell Update: had some problems with my new car, all covered by warranty thankfully. Ethan Brown and Michael Lockard were very helpful with the whole process as frustrating as it was. I'm happy to say all is well with "Black Panther" now! Now

We had an excellent experience buying with Lia Hyundai and particularly with salesperson Devan Petit. The pricing was competitive, the responses were timely, and scheduling was easy. However, the dealership had some difficulty applying both the additional CHEAPR+NEW rebate at the point of sale, and the finance manager Carlos Nieves has not responded to multiple calls and our e-mail, so I've had revise this review. It seems like once they've made the sale, they are less interested in being helpful and following through on their offers to help.

When I had a horrible experience purchasing my car here, I left. The problem is, I should have kept going and gone to another dealer. I urge you to do so. Unfortunately, it s convenient and I want to maintain my warranty. So I m stuck dealing with them for now. That being said, Brian in the service department was a real gem; calm and efficient. They have set, posted prices for service but the price they charge me is always more than they quote me. When I schedule appointments, there s often some sort of miscommunication about whatever service is due. They can t seem to get their act together with their computer system. I was only going to leave one star, but Brian s hard work led me to push it to two.

Lia of BLOCKED me from posting another review, so I'm doing so under my wife.....I just picked up my vehicle after waiting 6 months for the engine to be replaced due to a warranty issue, and a day later I could hear a loud clunking noise eminating from the engine.I had two unaffiliated master mechanics inspect the vehicle, one certified by Hyundai, and both told me and documented that the alternator bolt wasn't secured and that the alternator was rattling against the frame. I returned the vehicle to Lia Hyundai of Enfield and was told I would be charged a diagnostic fee if the sound wasn't engine related. The next day I was told they were certain it was a damaged exhaust due to off-roading (I drove through a mud puddle on the side of the road two days prior) and quoted me $2,666 for a new exhaust. I called B.S., told them to secure the alternator that they failed to do the first time and I would be there to retrieve my vehicle.Low and behold the clunking sound is now gone in spite of them not replacing the "damaged" exhaust and allegedly not fixing anything, I was charged no diagnostic fee either and sent on my way. Calling Lia Hyundai of Enfield shady would be an understatement! I have included my invoice to reinforce my previous review about their dishonest business practices and contradictory statements.

My first experience buying a car from Lia Enfield vs. this most recent experience were night and day. This time I decided to finance with my own bank instead of the dealership, my mistake. The dealership went out of their way to ensure this was the most miserable experience. The finance manager was 'unavailable' to complete my paperwork and so it fell to my sales person. As a result I was asked to come to the dealership on several occasions to sign standard paperwork.There was a delay in me receiving my car due to a recall. I was told to come in on a Saturday afternoon to complete my trade-in, the car was in the service department and it would be a 30 minute fix. When I arrived the repair had not been completed and the service team had left for the weekend. In all it was almost two weeks from the time I initiated the deal until my car was delivered (despite being promised much earlier). Once delivered it was clear that dealership made no effort to detail the car. There was pet hair and scuff marks. All the previous owner's information was still programmed in the car such as home address, children's school information and presumably the work address.I attempted reaching out to the general manager, Nick Archer, but he never seems to be there. That tracks though since there is no accountability, no one makes an effort to do their jobs well. I was failed at every stage of this car buying process. There are plenty of places to buy a car.. I would advise others to shop elsewhere.

Brought my vehicle in for a recall repair. The recall repair was free, but at the end a sales person showed me the mechanics findings. He stated that I needed a new ball joint on one side and a CV joint on the other. He said that the boot is ripped with a lot of grease leaking out. He quoted me over 2k and sided that they offer financing, I rejected the offer. The next day I brought it to my mechanic. He showed me the car on the life, stating that the ball joint was fine on both sides, and the CV joint was fine as well, no rip or grease. I saw it with my own eyes. This place us so sketchy and fraudulent, its not funny. They try to take advantage big time. Avoid at all cost. My mechanic said that Lia in Hartford has better mechanics.

Brought my car in on Friday a little before noon for a diagnostic check and a recall issue that needed to be fixed. I got a call around 4:00pm that day saying they were still working on it and were having a hell of a time figuring out what was wrong. I said ok thank you for the update, assuming I d get another call before closing to figure out next steps. They never called. I called at 5:15 and was told service left for the day so I d have to call back the following morning. They never mentioned needing my car overnight, which would have been fine had I been notified that they would keep it and could have gathered my things (I have small children who s car seats were in the vehicle, essentials for the evening, etc.). When I called the next morning, Mike apologized that I wasn t told when I booked the appointment that my vehicle may be needed overnight. Frankly, I think I should have been told that my vehicle was needed overnight when I was called that afternoon. He also said he stayed late working on it but I don t know what late was, since I was told they left when I called at 5:15.All this to say Please OVER communicate with the service department if you are bringing your vehicle here. Though an apology was given (not for his own error), I still think that is unacceptable customer service.I would also like to add that the quote they gave me to fix my car included a $76 charge to fix a lightbulb which we ended up purchasing ourselves for $6, and when I had someone check the lightbulb to change it, there were no lights out. Please double check your quotes, services, and pricing if getting your car serviced here. I personally don t trust them and will not be returning.** Adding an update to this review to say that I have called twice, per the response to this review requesting that I do so, and have yet to hear back. I have left my name and number on both an answering machine and with a receptionist. Please return my phone call **

The service here is very horrible and unprofessional. I took my vehicle to be serviced here twice and in less then a year; I received an error code for the same issue. Mike in the service department was very rude and cursed at me because he dealt with over 40 customers and I reported to his manager; she informed me that I am on a do not service list because I swore back at him. I wouldn't recommend anyone to ever have their vehicle serviced here. Now she says profanity is not allowed especially at their staff but as management never apologized. Yes FOLKS DONT GO HERR. GO TO BALISE HYUNDAI WHERE YOU WOULD RECEIVE BETTER SERVICE AND YOUR CAR WON'T NEED TO BE THERE FOR OVER 3 DAYS FOR A KNOCK SENSOR REPLACED
