It s always a great experience working with the guys on the service department at Lia! They are ALWAYS explaining your service with detail so you understand exactly what they are doing regarding your vehicle, making every customer comfortable with the realistic wait time while checking on us through out the service time, and making sure we have the needed contact information and knowledge of who we worked with if there are any questions. I commute from the Hartford area JUST to work with Angel and Michael simply because of these things. The guys there are great! By FAR the best service department I ve worked with especially having a new vehicle!

Angel Varela was awesome he was super helpful, answered all my questions and went the extra mile. Angel made my service visit a breeze, A1 customer service Angel keep up the great work. Balise Hyundai is a lot closer to my new home but I will continue to take the ride to Lia Hyundai.Thanks again

Bryan Good greeted me with a smile and a welcoming good morning. He explained in detail the service the car was to receive. He proceeded to tell me the roundabout price, due to a coupon I handed him. He told me what time the shop closes and where I can pick up and pay for my vehicle after the service completion.Bryan Good was still there after 1 p.m. He greeted me again and handed me Complimentary Roadside Assistance with BG service, due to my coupon. He explained it to me. He was a complete pleasure to deal with.Bryan Good delivered my vehicle as cleaned as I handed it to his care!Thank you, Lia Hyundai for hiring a reliable and respectful team player.

I came in for a Service Campaign and Bryan Good was friendly from the moment I walked through the doors. He took care of checking me in for my appointment quickly and gave me an expected wait time. My wait was shorter than expected and it was a pleasant time in the waiting room with other customers. I was offered a snack and tea or coffee. They even put a fireplace view on the television.

My experience with Melissa Macri is excellent, she took care the first problem I addressed that needs attention to be fixed, oil filled more than the maximum level that caused the oil pressure low icon to appear and took back the car to scan when the ingine light came on and AI on the panel and temporarily cleared it. They reassured me that the car is still drivable and will call me when the loaner car is available in order for the ingine problem to be fixed by Alfa Romeo in Hardford for the parts that needs to be changed caused it will take at least a week before I will get it back. The car still running good but sometimes the ingine light comes on when it doesn't start on the first attempt and goes away after the next try. My overall experience so far is very good.

Had my Santa Fe in for warranty service and very pleased with service department. Checked in with Michael Lockard upon arrival and process was quick and professional. He advised me approximate length of time to fix the issue I was having with the horn. He called me within the time he estimated and let me know the car was ready for pickup. Very happy with service and would recommend Lia and Michael to others.

I recently took my car in to get some recalls taken care of, one of which was getting the anti theft lock system installed on my Elantra. In the past I have not had the best experiences at the lia Enfield location, but this time service was quick, painless and at no cost to me because of the covered recalls on my car. Micheal lockard was the service manager on staff, he was professional and called to let me know my car was finished in a timely manner.

Michael Lockart always kept me informed on what needed to be done to my car, including gow they were handling removing 9 squirrels from under the hood. I am very pleased with Lea Hyundai, however I will be moving to Berlin, Ct and will have to find a new Hyundai in that area.

I took my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe SE to Lia Hyundai, for a recall that updated the security of the ignition system. A video on tiktok showed ingrates a way to easily steal my car by punching out the ignition and using a USB cord to start the car, & steal it. Talked to Mike Lockard, and he got my ignition updated with new software. This will prevent the use of the USB cord. I was unable to get a quick appointment at any other area Hyundai Dealer, so I appreciate Lia's fast response.

tried to rip my mom off with a scam recall, held the car hostage until I paid them a "diagnosis fee", even though the problem had already been diagnosed. Said my mother agreed to pay it, turns out they lied. All of these great reviews are very surprising, maybe they just rip off older women.
