I am a longtime customer of this service department. It is always a pleasant experience and with coupons their prices are at par with other mechanics in the area. But today I felt compelled to write because of my wonderful experience with DANIEL RIVERA. He went above and beyond to listen and explain why different services were needed for my car. He answered any questions patiently and was very sincere in his responses. It did not seem he was just there doing his job but rather that he actually enjoys his job. In my opinion, he is the best employee I have ever interacted with at this location.

2 months ago I was shopping around for a car and went to several dealerships in the area. Have to say the service here was outstanding. No pressure from the salesperson, Mary took her time to show me several different cars that matched my criteria. Today I am here for my oil change, which was handled extremely professionally. Very clean waiting room and comfortable accommodations while I'm waiting for my oil change.

I've been going to Leah Honda for at least over 10 years. And I usually deal with Greg Palm. Greg is a great service advisor. Very informative. Makes great recommendations. Greg gives me no reason to go elsewhere. I've had my CR-V for three years now. As much as I appreciate its reliability, I also appreciate Jesse Robles' reliability equally. Whenever I have a question or concern with my car, Jesse is there. It's always good to see him when I come in for service. We discuss the car, my current driving needs (especially before and after the summer road trips), and budgetary concerns. From there he helps me make informed decisions about how to keep this car running for a long, long time. Lia is lucky to have him, as are his customers.

Made an appointment and brought my 2004 CRV to Lia service department for an airbag notification. Daniel Rivera handled my service call with the upmost care. His professionalism goes beyond words. He explained the service request form completely and made conscious requirements for my next visit and made sure I understood what we were discussing. I felt comfortable with his suggestions for my next visit. We have a Honda service garage less than 10 minutes from our home but drive 25 minutes to Lia because it is above and beyond a better experience. From the front desk folks to the technicians and mechanics, we've never received anything other than exceptional service. We work with Jesse Robles, and I can't recommend him enough! As long as they're in business, we'll be bringing our cars here.

Worked with Greg Palm at Lia Honda in Enfield, CT in the Service Center. Great place to have your car serviced. People there are professional, give information timely and have options for apts and payment. The waiting room is clean, spacious and there are spaces to use if you need to continue your work day while you wait. Overall a really good experience.

I am in travel healthcare and was in town temporarily with work. I needed a full set of tires, oil change, etc for a brief trip home before a long road trip. Albert provided both caring, friendly and helpful advice and professionalism and expertise as well. Sometimes it s not easy being away from home with all of the folks you know and trust for things like this, but Albert quickly built rapport and gave me peace of mind from our first phone conversation. And the service provided from everyone who worked on my vehicle was top notch. The crew at Lia Honda will be the first I call should I be in the area again and need my Honda serviced. Highly recommended!

Greg Palm handled my scheduling and coordination of the service for our 2017 Honda Civic with 202k miles. Car was completed on time, they found an issue with the AC that was covered under warranty. No place better for car service! Greg Palm is knowledgable, friendly, and just a great over all guy to deal with! Highly recommend having all your car work done here. Tires are an excellent price as well and come with free tire rotation. My tires and wheels were stolen while on vacation. We were stranded 2 hours from home. Our car had to be towed to get all replaced. After many hours on the phone, no one was able to help. I contacted Lia Honda about the problem. Greg Palm called me back and said he would work with my insurance company to solve the problem as quickly as possible. He arranged to have tires put on our car and towed to Lia for inspection and new tires and wheels. He ordered new wheels for the next day, 48 hours later, we were on our way home, thanks to Greg. Without his intervention, we would have needed to go home and wait for our wheels to be shipped from another state. This would have been about 7-10 days later. Thanks to Lia Honda and Greg for everything.

He's very friendly, upfront, honest, punctual, and extremely helpful!! Over the years I've used Lia Honda as my go to service center. My service advisor Greg Palm has been excellent in keepimg my vehicle up and running. He actully takes the time and listens to my concerns and maps out a plan to correct all issues for the least expensive amount. I'll continue to use Lia Honda and I'll always call Greg for all my automotive needs. Greg Palm is an excellent service advisor, he went above and beyond on explaining every detail of the service we needed. He also texted us the pictures of the air and cabin filters that needed to be changed. Check out was great he went over everything that was done. After failure of emissions testing I brought my Honda CR-V in for diagnosis and repair. I was helped by Joshua Blige, who helped me with an explanation of the diagnosis and repairs necessary. He did an excellent job informing me of the issues and keeping me up to date on the progress of the repairs (new catalytic converter), which were completed in a timely fashion. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received.

Hi I recently went to Lia Honda of Enfield for an oil change. When I walked in the office there were probably 4-5 people working there and not 1 person greeted me or even acknowledged I was there. 2 of the workers were looking at pics on his phone and another guy walked right by me and completely ignored me. I was getting really annoyed. Then finally a very nice man, Joshua Blige, came up to me and helped me with what I needed. I've been going there for a couple years for services on my car and I never experienced such rudeness. So thank you Joshua Blige for taking care of me and my car that day.Service: Oil change

I took my car in for an oil change and to take care of a recall. Greg Palm was my service representative and he did an exceptional job. Greg never assumed I didn't know something about the car, but when I didn't he took the time to explain. I ended up needing new tires and break pads and with Greg's thorough explanation I felt equipped to make the right decision. He even took me to the car to show me certain things he was referencing.This was truly the best experience I've ever had taking my car in for any sort of maintenance and repairs.
