My truck sat here for two complete workdays and they were unable to change knock sensor. Apparently they were trying to use warranty. My company didn t care we just wanted it fixed , and if you have to deal with the service writer named Dee I am so sorry she is snooty as all get out.

nice people, but very disappointed replace oil pan march is no even 1 year leaking again.they just say you drove over 100k miles warranty expire.have a nice day.

This place is big has all your service needs and parts. It also has this cool C-16 with inside few. Plus park jump out get your parts and head out.

I have been trying to replace the front bumper on the 2016 W900 with no luck. My contact was Tim in parts, pleasant enough when and IF he returned my calls. The bosses son brought back a wrong bumper today, asked parts guy if they got the correct bumper, and was told they had no idea what he was talking about!!!! Very poor customer service, J.W. Field Tree will be taking their business elsewhere.

I brought my truck to this KW shop for service and they not only fixed my truck but they far exceeding my expectations. The qaulity of workmanship I received was A++. Work was done by a tech who knows his stuff. That radio weather alert radio channel also very helpful. Good job guys and thanks for the help!

Best shop I ve been to so far.The Customer service I received from Mike, Craig and Eric was beyond amazing. They care about fixing your problem and gained my trust which is hard to find nowadays. This is definitely my new home and I don t mind driving 110 miles to get there from where I stay. I recommend this place to all owner operators.

Repairs done in a good amount of time. But lack of communication is funny. Was told ask the mechanic. Like I would know. Getting info is like pulling teeth. Hard to get and unreliable.

As someone who runs an honest business with integrity, I couldn t be more disappointed to do business with Tri-State. Recently purchased a 2005 Mack Granite, which was sold under the understanding it was fully road worthy and inspected by the mechanics at Tri-State. As you can imagine, I was less than pleased when the truck was delivered with multiple air leaks, oil leaks, literally every single brake out of adjustment, two gallons low on coolant, oil on the fill line, and the list goes on. When we reached out to our salesman he told us he was in Palm Beach but his boss would reach out immediately, that was three days ago, yet my phone has yet to ring. The icing on the cake is Tri-State dropping the ball on registering the truck which lead to a 2+ week delay in getting the truck on the road. In the three days it s been on the road, it s had a malfunction or break down every single day. I know every used truck will have its quarks, but selling this truck in its current state was down right wrong. Overall, I could not possibly be more disappointed. I m more than willing to edit this review if any of these wrongs can be made right; but until then it shall stand.

I've been to a couple Kenworth dealerships and by far this one is the best dealership I've been to... I came in on the 25th and the issue on my truck was finished by the 27th. With the upmost professionalism I've seen out of any dealership, I will be returning to this dealership if I had to choose one this dealership will be it!!!

NOT IMPRESSED!!! They use to have a 2nd shift here so if you ran say a Tri-axle dump you might get it back by morning nope not anymore. New owners stopped the 2nd shift. I recently brought my T-680 in for LOF, and an air leak on the secondary tank. Now truck has air leaks on Primary and Secondary tanks and they want to charge for their screw up!!Old owner would personally see to it if you had a problem that wasn't corrected, I guess this is what happens when Corporate America gets involved. It's just about the numbers and screw the customer service. Lesson learned won't be back.

So after spending $5,000 on DEF issues on my kenworth this how this how they gave me my truck back, the side panels on my truck messed up so badly I cant believe it's an actual kenworth dealer who work on my truck. When I raised concern about it, i was told "we will see what if there's anything we can do" am like really when you guys are the only ones to work my truck in that area. Its crazy

Either the truck itself is just a bad truck or the shop doesnt actually do maintence before they clear them. Regardless stay away.
