We had a wonderful experience at Family Ford. The salesmen weren t pushy and we were able to get exactly what we were looking for. Andrew was great to work with. We noticed a few dents and scratches on the vehicle and the dealership took care of those for us right away. We will definitely shop with them again!

Update: 3 weeks after posting this review and the owner claiming he wanted to talk, he has not contacted me. I contacted them 3 times to try and talk with the owner and all they said was he should be contacting you soon . It doesn t seem like a priority to them.They replaced the engine in a used truck I bought. It took 5 weeks, 4 days after I picked it up it caught fire and totaled the truck. Insurance determined it was related to the work they did, the owner told me there s nothing he would do to help me or work with me in any way.

Fantastic service department! They kept me up to date on what was being performed and what they recommended the entire time, then picked me up at the airport and gave me a ride to the dealership. Family Ford has been the best dealership and service I ve been to. I m a mechanic and know when I m getting yanked around, I ve never felt that way at Family. I ll continue bringing my truck to them for any work needed. Thanks and keep up the great work!

Customer service was great. Brought my 2021 F150 in for a few recalls to be performed and a few other small issues with the transmission. Service advisor was great and brought a tech out for me to explain the issues too in detail. Was done in a day and all pertinent issues were fixed.

I can t begin to say how wonderful this place is. Called on a Tuesday afternoon for an appointment for three service recalls and they had me in on Thursday morning. First green flag. Pulled my car in the device door spoke to Jay who took my vehicle in quickly and professionally. Knew that there had been difficulties getting in door latches for my vehicle which I was fine if I had to make another appointment. He reassured me that they had the parts but may take awhile to have them done if I didn t have the time today. Time consuming, I get it. He was nice enough to come back out, once my other two recalls were done, and gave me the option to have the tech do it today taking about two hours. Second green flag. I get it that techs get paid on the type of work the perform and how quickly they can get each job done. This place didn t try and up-sale me on anything like previous Ford dealers have done. Third green flag. I can honestly say if I have any other issues with my car or when I m searching for a new vehicle, I know exactly where to go.

Regrettably I purchased my 2023 Expedition Timberline at the wrong dealership. I had an issue with the front windows and the mirrors. I thought I blew a fuse, but didn't want to touch anything, so I called my dealer in Mystic, all I got was an answering machine, and no call back. Then I called the Ford dealer in Vernon and they told me March 18th was the earliest they could see me, over a month wait.So I decided to drive to Family Ford in Enfield. I drove right up to the service desk expecting to make an appointment a few weeks from now. But my service advisor Greg told me when his guy gets back from lunch he'd take a look at it. I was there a little over an hour and they reprogrammed the door module, and I was done, couldn't believe it. I will go to Family Ford every time I need service, and for any new car purchase. We had a great experience at Family Ford. Our salesman Gary and the sales manager Billy were both excellent. They were responsive to any question or concern we had, and they made the experience a real pleasure. I would recommend this dealership and recommend Gary and Billy to anyone who may be in the market to buy a car.

I had one of the best experiences at a car dealership to date. Greg was awesome and did a great job helping me through the process of buying my Ford Maverick. I even got a follow up call 5 days later to make sure everything was running smooth and to ask if I had more questions. Highly recommend them over other Ford dealers.

Family Ford has been servicing my vehicle for 10+ yrs. I ve dealt with all the service advisors. I called because my windshield wiper fluid was not working correctly. I spoke with a new service advisor, Jay. He was great to deal with and told me the date & time to come in. On that day, he was great. Nice to work with, explained the issue in layman terms. One of the best experiences I ve had at that location.I m glad they hired him. I will ask for him from now on.

Our service writer, Jay, was very accomodating and patient with the concerns we had for our Ford Transit 2024 RV. Communication was good and he introduced us to Steve Kratzke, our service technician who was very knowledgeable and competent. All the work we needed was done and questions got answered. Steve was even willing to come to our home with the Mobile Repair Van to install a Ford trim part that had been back ordered. We will go back to Enfield Family Ford for our future service needs

Terrible! Do not take your car here for service, brought it in for two small issues and they over charged me, and told me something else popped up that needed to be fixed as well when they were fixing it. Then they urged me to get new breaks, and belt. When I picked up my vehicle, the hood sensor was now on and would not go off even know the hood was secured. I alerted the staff, who tried to get the sensor to turn off as well and failed. They told me no one from the service department was available and to call on Monday. No thanks, I took my car elsewhere, where they told me I in fact did not need new breaks or a belt replacement.

Extremely poor communication and work. Received my vehicle back after being repaired for 2 months and it didn t last 20 miles before being inoperable. Instead of trying to resolve the issue they made excuses, specifically the service manager. Was told I d receive a call back on several occasions and never got one. Extremely dissatisfied and wouldn t recommend anyone get in depth service work done here.

I went In for n oil change tire rotation n inside / outside detail.Car looks great on the inside n the outside. Your shop is very clean . They said that they needed it all day I got it back about two two thirty in the afternoon. I came from Chicopee n my girlfriend would pick me up in Enfield about noon. I went for a walk n ended up at Dunkin Donuts for coffee n my book. I went to Mustang's on the mountain last month I believe it was . That's my second year. I love that . N I said high Merry Christmas to the salesman Gary who sold it to me . The car is a 2020 Mustang GT / CS with about 7,500 miles . This car is my third vehicle. I have a Toyota Camry n a Toyota Tacoma. I've bought the car brand new the last day of 2020. It's a fun car when I get it home n park it n get out I'm always smiling. Thanks Jerome D. Pare . You will be seeing me again .I service all my vehicles out the dealership at which I buy them . Thanks see you again !!!

I ordered my 2022 Maverick on 06/26/2021and I took delivery of it on August 05, 2022. Frank Robertson took my order back in June 2021. He was very helpful in setting up the new order on the Ford website. He always responded to my emails. He retired from Family Ford of Enfield and my Maverick order transferred to the Sales Manager Billy Genereux. He was very helpful and helped me remove optional equipment like the XLT Luxury package from the Ford Maverick website in January 2022. When the Maverick was delivered to the dealership I was notified that Bill McGowan would be my Sales Contact. He is very helpful and helped me understand and explained all the gauges, buttons, levers on the dashboard. He set up several Ford Apps for me. He added my cellphone to my new Maverick. I am grateful for all the help I received from the staff at Family Ford of Enfield.

I bought a $60000 truck. The salesman was nice the day I went to go pick up the truck And finish up the paperwork. The finance lady charge me $10 to clean the truck. I asked your going to charge me 10 dollar for cleaning the truck is brand new whats there to clean and she said also it keep the lights on in building really 10 dollar does that not 60000 that truck worth ok and Then we talked about the extended warranty. I said no, she kept pushing and that we should do this. I said no again, she says. We make money off of the warranty you would be help us i said i dont want it and then she says What do you have money issue is that why you don't want to do it and I said I just gave you 20000 toward truck and none of your business like I said salesman was very nice but finance sucks and its boss daughter so she think she can talk to people that way and before I sign paperwork I said if keep push and making comments maybe I will just cancel deal and take my trucks back and she said we already got rid of your trucks I said wow great place bit it was good deal on truck so I went with it so if want good salesman and shifty finance person go here

The car I bought had a major issue that they, nor I could have seen coming. The gave me a loaner vehicle, and repaired the transmission. When I got it back the engine cover was missing. Brought it in for an oil change, and to look at a looseness in the right front. They didn't tighten down a tie rod on the passenger side when the fixed the transmission. Ruined my tires, and had to pay for an alignment. Also after the oil change they didn't put the splash guard underneath back-up. The tech left 6 bolts that hold it up out. Sold it to me as a ford certified pre-owned. 36 month, 36k warranty they will not honor. Bring your vehicle there if you like service charges, and to be there a lot. Me, I have the tools and know how. I don't need to deal with a shady company like that!!

Family Ford provided a diagnosis and repair of my transmission. The service team was honest and direct in their communication and explained the repair in detail. The repair was costly and the service department applied every credit possible to assist. I was impressed with the work ethnic and integrity of the entire team and will return for service as needed. Even though it is never pleasant to learn that you need a major repair, the service team made it a positive experience that was greatly appreciated.

Family Ford of Enfield has incredible employees that made my truck-buying process easy and smooth!SALES: Josh V. And Andrew W. took great care of me! Josh was honest, transparent, and consistent throughout the entire purchase. The purchase price we agreed on before I ordered my truck was the same price I signed with when the truck finally came in. Not once did he try to push anything extra on me or try to make last-minute market adjustments. Due to the limited supply of trucks during the pandemic, he had the leverage and never used it against me. This was my first time buying a new vehicle, so I was very cautious. But I can say that the sales team here is trustworthy and doing everything they can to make you happy. Andrew made sure I always had a ride when my truck was in for service. He never kept me waiting and was always prepared!SERVICE: Andre G. took great care of me as well. As with all brands, supply chain constraints are causing quality issues on vehicles made during/after the pandemic. I had a few parts go awry, but the service team and especially Andre were always helpful and willing to adjust to my schedule to make me whole again. Thank you mechanics for going above and beyond to take good care of my truck! Every time I picked my truck up and jumped in it, it looked brand new with everything in place where it should be.Thank you all! I look forward to buying my next truck with you!

Awesome experience! Sales transaction went fast and was smooth. The paperwork was already prepared for us when we arrived and we were in and out in 45 minutes. No hassling, and totally stress free, the way it should be.

Jorge is the man and made it so easy to make a decision. I will continue to work with him any time I am looking for a new vehicle. He showed me the respect and understanding I needed as a single mom and a woman. Many other dealerships were condescending and rude to me as a woman and surprised when I knew what I was talking about in regards to trim levels and engine. Jorge was NOT that guy. He was informative and helpful. I loved that I was able to text or call him about anything and he would get back to me when he could. HIGHLY recommend Family Ford of Enfield

I thought I had gotten my tire fixed and was told valve was leaking but next day same issue with tire pressure. Went back and was told I had wrong day but they took the car anyway and fixed for second time. I was happy they took the car in and it seems to be ok now but not happy it took two tries.
