I broke down today in West Hartford, Connecticut. I called Bosco s towing to tow my semi tractor. To the KENWORTH dealer in Enfield, Connecticut, not only did the driver show up very promptly and explained to me everything that he was doing. He was extremely careful with my equipment, very knowledgeable and very polite..And it was a rare pleasure to deal with someone who not only knows their business, but takes great care in handling their customers. Priorities I work for a large company in the Midwest and I will be advising them to use their services in the future for any possible needs and should be commended for his attention to detail very nice gentleman

Thank you bosco s for your help I will definitely be bringing my business to this place in the future. I brought my son car in to get it looked at because I had a little issue with getting a part off they help me fix the issue and didn t even charge me a dime. They made me feel like family are a friend

Great communication and great service with these guys. Tom was easy to talk to and gave me a breakdown of the repair process for my vehicle before I had even decided to go with them for bodyshop work.They worked with my insurance to get the vehicle fixed as quickly and professionally as possible during these hectic times and I got it back looking brand new. Tommy is great! I had to have my van sliding door fixed - it came off track, and the door wouldn't open after I got it to close. My repair had to wait for parts (a whole 2 days) and my repair was done on one day! My door slides smooth as butter!Reasonably priced, friendly staff, convenient location! I will definitely be back for future repairs (if needed).Thanks guys!

I brought my car to Boscos after I had gotten into an accident. I worked with Tom and he was amazing from start to finish. I can't say enough good things about Boscos, or about Tom for that matter.I highly recommend going to Boscos if you need any work done on your car.

Unfortunately I had to use this company 3 times in a seven day span. Very professional, busy but on top of it. They came and got my car from off the side of the highway when I car stopped accelerating also I walked home so the tow had to come get the money from me at home. He did so with no problem and then took the car to the shop. I called a couple days later for them to take it to another shop they were busy but did so in time for my appointment. Also it s 1/3/22 I called them again to tow to a different Hyundai and it was not a problem. Best tow company I have ever called on. And the prices are reasonable everyone else started about $125 they charge $89 for just the basic tow around. Thank you

Great service and great ppl. Listen to me and confirmed my water pump was out and gave me a good quote and stuck to the deal. Me and my family will be using them for now on. Great job everyone hope you keep up the great work!

They fixed this disaster and made the car better than new. After delivering the car on the back of a flatbed with the tow truck driver, they took over the process. They called me when it was done, I paid my deductible, and drove away. They make the process THAT easy.

Had my car towed by these guys, my registration and emissions were expired. Even though the situation sucked both the PD and the driver were professional. Anyone who gives these guys a one star eat crayons

Great people and experience. Brought my tire there (nail in it) and they patched it up for free. Very honest and kind considering they took time out of my day to help me. I ll take all my future business there from now on and will gladly pay for future services. I also see that they sponsor local sports teams and always are participants in the holiday parades. Please use them if you can. It s good to help local outstanding businesses. Thank you Bosco s!

I got my car in an accident and even though I was still at the scene and had triple A on the phone immediately, boscos arrived, when I said triple A was on the way I was told they were partnered with triple A and the towing would be free if I was a triple A member, when I went to pick up my car I was still charged $700 plus late fees

I ve lived a block away for my whole life and we ve trusted no other auto shop with our vehicles. If you re new to town or don t know where to go. Boscos is not only reliable and transparent with their prices and services, But they will do everything they can to take care of each and every customer like family. I ve trusted them for decades with multiple cars and for many different things. From routine oil change, to a head on collision, and even just a chat for advice on my vehicle. We had a small accident while driving far from home the afternoon before Thanksgiving. The owner and his staff could not have been nicer and more responsive. They quickly took a look at our car, fixed what they could and checked to make sure that what they could not immediately address did not make the car unsafe to drive. EDIT: I wrote my original review three years ago. Wanted to update this to express that my husband and I now exclusively use Bosco s for any auto services we need - they are honest, fair with pricing, extremely trustworthy, and highly skilled in their trade. If I could give ten stars I would!!! Highly recommend this company to anyone.2018: Last night my oil light started flashing, and even though I wasn't due for an oil change yet my engine was bone dry. First thing this morning I went to Bosco's since it's right down the road from me and I was afraid to drive far without getting oil. Not only did they accommodate me just walking in, but they got my car in right away, and every one was extremely hospitable and friendly. Every employee that walked into the waiting room would see me and make sure I was being taken care of; they would even ask and make sure the TV station or volume was okay. For excellent service it was also cheap and they never tried to upcharge anything! While I was there, one of the guys also ran a diagnostic for a sensor in my car that had gone bad, and did this free of charge while letting me know exactly what was going on. I've never experienced such excellent customer service. I recently moved to Southwood Acres with my fiance and I am glad to know that we have found a trustworthy, honest, and affordable local mechanic! Definitely coming here from now on.

Jason was an incredible help!! Would use their services because if this gentleman alone. Super polite, professional, and super quick. Offered to assist me with my items when I emptied them out of my car. Respectful and made sure that I was satisfied as a customer.

The staff at Bosco's Auto are knowledgeable, honest and professional. Always willing to fit us into their schedule. The quality of their work is great and their pricing is very reasonable. I broke down on I-91 in the pouring rain and had to have my car towed and fixed, Bosco's was the closest tow and repair shop to where I was. The tow truck driver was awesome, super friendly and waited with me while my wife came to get me (about 15 minutes after he had the car loaded) and never once made it seem like I was putting him out. I was nervous I was going to be charged an arm and a leg for a simple repair having had a similar experience another time. Being at the mercy of the shop who towed you some will take advantage of that. Not these guys, I called the next day to see if they even had a chance to look at my car yet and was told my car was done and I could come get it whenever I wanted. The price for the repair was LESS than I thought it would be, so I had some other things I needed done for maintenance and asked if they could do that as well. They did all that I asked for and more, replacing burnt-out bulbs I didn't even know were out and letting me know I would need a brake job soon without pressuring me to let them do the job. Again the price was less than I thought it would be. This garage is about half way between my house and work so not really optimal for either to get service done, but I'm calling tomorrow to see about getting my brakes done. All the people I talked to on the phone were really nice and I couldn't be happier with this experience. I would recommend anyone, anywhere near this place, that needs repairs or service go here.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I live over an hour away from Bosco s but after a nightmare with a stolen no then wrecked car they were able to put my car back together and make it better than new. I am so grateful for the workers especially Tommy. I have had to bring my different cars to Bosco's Auto body repair six times over the years since the 1980s. Each time, they did an excellent job. It is amazing how they can match the paint color, new car or old. I was always treated in a friendly and respectful manner. I would definitely recommend this repair facility.
