Wow in and out!!! Had an issue with my key remote was not working at all called AutoZone and got here within minutes and left within minutes with new battery installed fast easy! Came here before for a car battery got new one installed guess what back to my normal life! Very impressed with the Customer Service! Manny was very helpful took care of my visit today and not to mention very very knowledgeable! Thank You Manny! Nice job AutoZone now that's quality service top notch!Highly recommend! 5 Stars!!!

Went in, and I was helped immediately. Was asked what I wanted and was shown what they had on hand on the shelf. Not exactly what I was looking for, but a second sales associate helped me and helped me fi d exactly what I was looking for. It was a pleasant purchase, I had no complaints. I was in and then out of the store. Just how I like it because I had other stores to visit and shop.

A couple days ago my car battery died and i went to this exact location and the employee named Armando helped me out and I couldn t be more happier with his service! He got me the best of the best and also installed the battery too! Everything is working good on the car and he did a great job!! 5 stars it is!!

UPDATE:The managers were very nice and extremely understanding when I came to return the scanner we had to buy. However, I am only improving my rating to 4 stars rather than 5 because this situation should not have been a thing we had to go through in the first place. I hope AutoZone does not have an employee like that again, but sometimes things do not always work out the way we have desired, but I'm glad that the leadership at this store was able to fix my problem quickly and efficiently. My faith has been restored.Original Review-1Star:Do not go here.My hubby had a code go off on his car so he went to Autozone to get it checked. The employee just stood there eating a freaking popsicle and said "we can't run a code, instead you have to buy one for $100". Extremely rude if you ask me. I have been to multiple Autozones before and this has never been an issue with an employee checking a code on your car for you. It has always been a free and courteous service. Also you can buy a code scanner for yourself off Amazon for $20.00. Complete and total rip off if you ask me. I also do not appreciate the tone of the employees.Do not go here if you wish to be treated with respect and courtesy.

Dropped off used oil. They insisted they help and take it from me and even discarded my containers. Very accommodating. Usually its like pulling teeth to get some employees to even notice you.

Had to order a replacement mirror for my Nissan. Turns out it was much more complicated than it seems. Staff was excellent in helping me pick the right color one. Thank you!

I would give them more stars. The reason being that if you buy the item online to pick it up it's less than if you just go to the store without the online purchase. They use the excuse that it lowers the price for the consumer. It doesn't, it allows them to hire less employees and or less qualified ones. I don't like being part of more people losing employment due to increasing online shopping.

Stopped by yesterday afternoon for a refund on some parts that costed almost $200/piece. Upon walking to the counter & explaining to the cashier that I was there for a refund but I did not have the receipt, however, that I had spoken to a manager & was told it wouldn't be an issue to get a refund if I had the "purchase date" & the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The cashier rudely told me "that's what the receipt is for" & behaved as if though she couldn't help me. I continue to explain to her that I was sold two of the same parts that don't fit my vehicle & have no use for them, I did not want store credit because I had to get the parts elsewhere. I repeated to her that per a manager I have spoken to over the phone, I was told that I will be able to get a refund without a receipt. She caught an attitude, put both hands up & told a gentleman "I'm not dealing with this, you deal with this & started playing with her phone on the counter". Lack of professionalism & customer service. The two nice gentlemen there were able to look my information up & give me a refund without a hassle. I'm not sure if she was new, but definitely shouldn't be dealing with customers. I don't know where they get their parts from, but most are not of quality & they don't even fit my vehicle half the time. You can spend hundreds on a part & they won't even take a check engine light off. They use the "lifetime warranty" as a gimmick. The problem with that is that if you get the wrong part, no mechanic like to do double the work, no one likes paying for double work neither. Autozone has cost me inconvenience, my time & money.

I went to the Autozone in Enfield CT because my battery was acting strange and the website showed they had my size in stock.Showed up 10 min before closing time (8:50PM) and asked if they had time to test my battery. Without hesitation the nice lady grabbed the tester, came to my car, battery failed test.Asked her to go find the replacement while I pulled the bad battery out. Went inside, she had the battery ready, handed the core over, done .all in less than 10 min.It would have been easier for them to say we are about to close but instead, she and her manager did everything to get it handeld,Well done.

Everyone here was so helpful and kind! Stephen Strauss, the manager over there, was nothing but patient, respectful, and helpful. He installed my car battery for me and I couldn t be more grateful.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Dale, store manager went above and beyond in resolving an error made while I was purchasing brake pads and rotors today. I extremely appreciate actions made to ensure great customer service and rectifying the problem was priority. The issue was quickly resolved and I was absolutely satisfied. Customer service like this brings customers back. Salute to you Dale you're the best customer service manager I've met in years.

Lived in Enfield my whole life. This store is the last place I go. Now that they show stock on their website I figure at least I can find out without calling. I should have known better. Their inventory is inaccurate and they didn t have the tool I needed. Manager just said sorry Boss, we don t have it. No offer to order it, guess my sale isn t important to them. Genden Car Quest is worth the drive for the knowledge and customer service.

I hope management READS THIS.My heart goes out to the person who helped me today.Hes was working with one other person.He had to get part transferred from WL store.He called numerous times while I waited.Must have took 45 minutes to get part next day.I did see people leaving store upset lost customer.I BLAME MANAGEMENT. How many people have to walk out.The person helping me is the only reason I didn't leave.

Stephen the manager was beyond helpful wasn t sure if I needed batteries or a alternator and he went out tested and made sure I got what I needed a couple batteries and installed them in a blink of a eye couldn t be happier thanks

This place is amazing. I stopped in during a record flooding rainstorm with a dead battery. Doug and Divine (I hope I got their names correct) diagnosed my battery issue, swapped it for another IN THE POURING RAIN. They did it with expertise and speed and friendliness. I have not experienced that level of customer service in a long time. They get an A+ from me! Thanks Autozone 136 Elm Street, Enfield, CT. (PS- installation was FREE!).

I called to see if they would replace my battery. I gave the person on the phone the make and model of my car. I was told they could. Got there and I was told that they wouldn't replace it because of the make and model of my car. When I explained that I called and was told they would ; he was rude and said well someone mis spoke and we aren't replacing it. Will not come back here.

Very disappointed in the customer service that was displayed. I walked in and wasn t greeted, I had to walk up to the counter and was just starred at. All the employees were way 2 busy talking to each other and they couldn t even help. I even asked if one of them can point out a good product to remove my scratches off my vehicle and not one of them moved. I decided to leave and I will not be returning to Auto Zone ever again. I will take my business else where.

I love the great deals at this location. Most of the time the staff are very friendly and they will help you find what you are looking for. I went in today to get full synthetic oil and a filter to change my oil and one of the workers were very disrespectful because I asked him to help me find the right oil. I spoke to the other worker and he was very nice and helped me find what I need.

Tonight I was getting gas at Costco in Enfield CT and my car wouldn t start. It was dark, 6 pm, cold and I had both my sons with me 5 and 2. My husband was at work 2 hours away and when I called he said it s my battery. So I took both the kids and walked over to Auto Zone. As soon as I walked in and said what happened both guys working were so nice and helpful! Dale M helped me with which battery I needed, came outside and walked over to the Costco gas and changed my battery for me. Super quickly too! He was so beyond nice and helpful! I am So beyond thankful! It was super cold out and he made sure I was able to get the car working and home safely! Thank you so much!!!!

Accidentally went to the wrong store today. Meant to go to advanced auto and ended up at auto zone. Needed Freon for my cars AC. The guy dale made sure I actually needed a recharge and that my ac was working correctly. He also informed me of another issue he noticed that I hadn t. After purchasing the Freon he charged my ac for me and showed me how to do it so I can do it myself. Absolutely outstanding customer service and better than I have been treated at a lot of other places!!
