I have never written a review but I felt I had to warn others. This was the worst experience I've ever had with any business! I had my car towed into Auto Master on Dec 4th for bucking and flashing check engine and stable trac lights. After a week they told me they put in an intake manifold and valve cover with integrated pvc but when they tested there were multiple problems. The following week after calling everyday I went there on Friday and they said it's a computer problem and possible short in the wiring. They had to send the computer to GM to be reset. I called every day with no answer for the next two weeks and stopped by twice but they were closed. On Jan 2nd someone answered the phone and said they went on Christmas break and the owner was sick today. I went in on Jan 3rd and demanded my car back. They said don't bother to fix it it's not worth it. I towed it next door since it wasn't running and it was fixed in ONE DAY!! Evidently they plugged sensors into the wrong spots which caused multiple error codes as well as costing me an additional $300. If I could give negative stars I would. Don't waste your time or money.

I was in a very dire straits situation, and Auto master came to the rescue. Not only did they get the job done, but they got it done early.!! Very professional and extremely thorough. Thank you again you just gained a new customer I highly recommend them.

Took our car here when it started overheating. Billy the owner was awesome, professional and courteous, answered all my questions and my many phone calls to the shop. Got our water pump replaced and our timing chain for a fair price and in a timely manner. They also replaced a hose that was brittle and falling apart and I wasn't charged for. I think we found a great shop to bring our cars to and not feel like we're being taken advantage of! Thanks for all your help!!

Save yourself the time and money. The owner messed something up on my car and when we brought it back he got defensive and refused to fix it.. I was really taken aback by his response.. such an unprofessional place, he s incapable of accountability but if he was good at his job he wouldn t deal with that.

I have been coming here for a year and a half now and I must say that Becky and Sam are amazing! You know your at a good mechanic shop when yall talk like family! Paid 1400 for them to do bare minimum to my truck was without my truck for months didn t fix a issue with my inner shaft in my front end instead of fixing it right there just welded the cap to my universal joint then I gave them the parts to switch out my universal joints on my drive shaft and they didn t do that billy said they repacked my universal joints and I know they didn t because there was no grease nipple so with them neglecting to do my universal joints on my drive shaft and saying they were fine and just drive it now my rear end is bad from my universal joints being bad I had to have a friend fix what they were supposed to do and paid for them when I brought this stuff up to the Better business bureau because I paid cash he s claiming I only paid like 600 instead of the 1400 I paid just a bad place to do business and a good con artistService: General repairs & maintenance

Stopped in to see if they could replace the batteries on a 2004 silverado duramax. Upon inspection The mechanic discovered the positive terminal was loose on the second battery. Lots of shops would have said nothing and charged you for new batteries. Not these guys, honest and up front. Because the batteries were 3 years old I had them replace them anyway. If I didn't live 1600 miles away they would be my goto mechanic.

Horrible. A crook. We took out jeep in to be painted. Yes he said he did painting. He kept adding time and time finally when i went to see it, he had dented the body while removing the wheel wells on both back sides..the paint was splotchy the first time and upon repainting it the paints did not even come close to matching. The wheel wells fell off within the week..had to have someone else fix them back, when we tried to talk to the owner he began yelling at me. He also kept adding more and more cost. Ended up twice the cost he quoted. Had him do electric work another time and he didnt even resecure the hoses. Never ever cautions strongly advised.

Amazing service. Had my timing belt and water pump done at a fair price and in a timely manner. Later in the day my battery died and the owner billy came out and jumped it for me at 6:30 at night! Best service I ve ever had from a shop, this is definitely where me and my boyfriend will be taking our cars from now on. Thanks so much!!!

I recently brought my car to AutoMaster for a repair and I was immediately treated like a longtime friend. Billy walked me through what needed to be done and had my car ready in the time frame he indicated it would take. Robin made process of dropping off the car so easy. Great place for car service. I took my BMW there and was able to get the issue resolved withing an hour. The owner is a great guy who gives good, honest advice. I was able to get an appointment within 2 hours of calling them. They charge you fairly and specially for BMW, I was very much satisfied as I very well know how much a dealership could cost me if I had chosen to go to one. Would highly recommend this place to all.

Pure luck guided us to auto masters in Enfield. We were there from out of state truck shopping on a budget. We really needed a skilled professional to give an unbiased opinion and man, that s what we got. Billy, the kid! This dude inspected the truck I brought in, like I was a family member. In every nook, test drive, up in the lift, codes run, looking a values. He even called the Honda dealership to get the codes to unlock radio and navigation system for me. I didn t even own the vehicle yet. I felt really confident after Billy gave me the thumbs up. He s a true class act! Thank you. I don t think they make em like that too often. Go there first, you ll get what you need.

Do yourself a big favor and take your car elsewhere specially a BMW. By far the most unprofessional shop I ve had to deal with. 3 weeks of nothing just stalling on everything and lying and wasting my time straight guessing what s wrong with my car telling me they hope it fixes my problem. If you don t know how to fix a BMW just say that.Service: Engine repair

Auto Masters had replaced my water pump in my BMW. The service was excellent and the price was inexpensive. I have another issue going on with the car and I took it right back to Billy. He is fair a honest. He will have my business for years to come.Gary Chiarella....

Dont go by the looks of the building. I found this place by accident when i was next door getting an oil change. The owner billy is extremely knowledgeable in auto repairs. Fair pricing. I went back and had them do a little front end bodywork. Then brake work. Very pleased. Well recommended.

Automaster was THE best. They did not try to scam me like every other auto service chain company and they provided excellent and efficient service at a very reasonable price. I had my truck done there and it was the best repair shop around I had gone to 3 other repair shops and got ripped off with repairs that didn't solve my problem they got it right the first time and only charged me half of what the other shops changed I will always be a loyal customer for life. I mean really were are you gonna go and get oil changes for the life of your car for a 100 bucks best shop I have ever seen in 30 years

In life on occasion you meet business owners, who genuinely have a bi-polar disorder, because this is a small place, this is what one will encounter here. The owner and the actual mechanic, is not-capable of good work or the concept. He (one guy) will charge you sears money for an alignment, but then not actually do the alignment properly, and on a basic american car with simple tie rods. The guy who owns this place thinks he is god's gift to society, so he will take your 80$ for an alignment, and then leave your steering wheel 45 Degrees off center, and then when you ask nicely to redo or actually do the task paid for, he will turn around go into a rage, blame it on something else, (in my case new parts thus the need for an alignment) and turn around and say "he did it as a courtesy" a 79$ Courtesy, this is one of those places where the guy will tell you a bunch of nonsense because he thinks everyone around him doesn't understand how cars are built. So unless you're into slap-rushed work, and into getting belittled by a business owner who lacks basic social skills. I would recommend you pick any of the places around you as the work is actually performed with care. The difference of being able to use your turn signals or not being able to use your turn signals. Would you want your airbag to deploy in the engineered way it was intended or would you prefer to get a bunch of plastic shards in your face instead. Because this place offers the 2nd option. Its rare that i write a review, i only write reviews when the person on the other side does not care to even compromise or do a refund. Choosing this place was a 260$ mistake, so if you're reading this why don't you choose the next place you see, because this one is not being managed by a normal human being.

They are scammers here!!! Don t trust them!!! You go in to fix one thing and when you get your car back, it s in a worst condition than before. They don t fix the problem they create more so you can keep going back!!! I first came to Automaster in early 2015 after I had been to numerous mechanics who would rip us off or make unnecessary recommendations. Unlike, many in the industry, Billy and his staff are honest. When an automobile needs a repair, Automaster describes and shows the customer the problem and how it needs to be fixed in great detail. Automaster's prices are very reasonable and they provide great value for their customers. On multiple occasions, Automaster has obtained discounted parts for me at a much lower rate than most repair shops. Bring your car to Automaster for repairs and maintenance and you won't regret it!

Seemed odd that they only accept cash which made it inconvenient having to walk to the nearest atm after being stranded. The driver had no change so we paid a little more than actual cost. However he was professional and extremely courteous.

Called to have a pulley installed on a power steering pump, the guy told me to come right over. I went in, gave him the parts and in 10 minutes and $20 I was out the door. Cool place.
