I had service done and had some Confusion and issues with my membership. So I spoke with Elizabeth Ramsdell at the Enfield ct. store. Not only did she help me understand and figure out what was going on but she also help me resolve the issues I had. She is super friendly, professional, knowledgeable and super good at her job (promote her) she was just amazing! If there was more people In the world like her, this world would be a much better place.

Made an appointment for a license renewal, and it was so quick and easy! It was only 12 minutes start to finish. Erica in the DMV section was fantastic! She's professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. Don't waste your time at the DMV, make an appointment at AAA Enfield and they'll get you in and out with no waiting in lines or hassle!

The young lady at the initial help desk (Lisa? I am aweful with names sometimes!) was AWESOME!!! Jen at the DMV desk was also nothing short of helpful and the very epitome of service!!! Thank You, my AAA Ladies for your Superior Service & Assistance, I APPRECIATE YOU!!!

Apparently only auto service is open until 4p. I went for a passport photo at 315p on Saturday 1/20/24 and was told the people who did photos left at 3p. My 45 minute drive one way was a waste. I even called the listed number to verify times. Waste of time and money!

AAA came to our aid on Thanksgiving day very quickly and my suv was towed to Enfield AAA and was notified with the problem on Monday and they had it fixed later that day and we picked it up Tuesday. Very happy with service

First time going there .. thought having triple a would give a discount .. the discount isn t a discount because they up charge the labor anyways .. and when I came out to drive my car it didn t start .. but they resolved that right away .. they were fast service though but definitely pricey .. I didn t think anyone would be more pricey than Firestone but they are ..

I was very impressed with the service. Elizabeth Ramsdell went above and beyond to help me. I was looking for luggage an other travel merchandise and she took the extra time to let me try the different options. She was very pleasant and went as far as looking for product reviews to help me make a decision .

I am furious with Erin Russell at AAA who booked our hotel rooms at Marriott Courtyard. We wanted to use points and asked if we should do it ourselves. She said absolutely not, that she would do it for us. We stood right there while she went online and led us to believe it was taken care of. When we got to the hotel tonight, we found out our room was not booked with points and that the points had increased by 8000 because we were now doing it at the last minute. We have also found out that our room in Iowa for tomorrow night was also not booked with points and we are waiting to hear from the manager at that hotel.I am going to by the Enfield office when I am back and expect recourse for your mistakes!

This was my first visit to their new location. They were very busy, both in the store and in the garage. However, there was still plenty of parking available, and there was enough staff on hand to handle the volume. I was there to pick up an Amazon package I had dropped there instead of delivering to my home when I wouldn't be there. That process went mostly smoothly, I felt the person helping me wasn't trained fully in the process. The store was clean, pleasant looking, and comfortable.

Took 7 hours for my car to get finished being worked on. Had an appointment for 7:30 and didn't get the results of my diagnostic until 8:30. Originally was told that my car wouldn't be ready by 1:15 but when I called I was told that it looked like it would be ready by 1:00. Got there at 1:08 and was told that it wasn't ready. I made them aware of the fact when I initially received my diagnostic that I had a medical appointment at 1:30 and was told that if the work wasn't done they would stop the work and I could bring it back. I was offered a ride to my appointment which was the only positive aspect of my visit. When we returned at 1:42 I was told that they we're almost finished with it. I did not leave AAA until 3:38. I was also told that my car got taken for a test drive but my paperwork does not reflect this as the incoming and outgoing mileage is the same. I do not believe I will be bringing my car back here if it needs service.

Went for driver's license renewal and it was quick and easy. Everyone there was friendly and outgoing. I would definitely use AAA to plan my next trip. They are knowledgeable and efficient.

Everyone that works there is very pleasant and friendly. I want to give a shout out to the service writer there. When he checked my car for tires he told me he would give me a price but I still had some time left with my tires. He could have just sold me the tires. For that honesty alone I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Even with my home policy with AAA, they were not able to offer a better auto policy than my current provider.Staff was pleasant tho. Only reason they get more than one star.

I used AAA to renew my license. They were very helpful by phone and in person. I was able to make an appointment the next day as opposed to a minimum of 2 weeks out at the DMV, and that was very helpful. Everything looked brand new (it's a new store, lol). I feel that I get good value from my AAA membership, and I like Enfield as the local store to use.

Well I wish I was writing this with positivity but it seems AAA found a way to get over on me again. (Reminder: I drive 45+ minutes to this location because I had poor service with the Southington location)Purchased 4 new tires on 5/25/23. No road hazard warranty offered at the time of purchase. 6/14/23 I call and speak to Mario, inquiring about any warranty on the tires since I ran over a piece of metal. He tells me they can add the warranty, all I had to do was pay for the road hazard $60 for all 4 tires. 6/15/23 I drive 45 minutes to the shop, purchase the warranty, and leave the tire to be repaired/replaced under my new warranty. 2 hours later I get a call from William informing me that the warranty THEY SOLD ME couldn t be honored and had to be refunded. I asked about repairing the tire and of course it s beyond repair. LOL. The icing on the cake was that according to Mario, neither him or William could answer any questions or apply any discounts even if I did want to purchase ANOTHER new tire! I was instructed to call Brandon in the morning and consult with him.Why, just why do I even work for this company smh.Let s see if Brandon can make it right tomorrow because Southington sure didn t know how..

Wonderful location and near popular shopping plazas! Clean atmosphere and environment. I'm happy with the organization with the place too. The staff there are very pleasant and make life a bit simpler.

He was wonderful and took me through the whole process of what was needed with my car, how long it would take and what the price would be. Went to this location by default looking to get a simple tire rotation after multiple attempts at other garages. I was greeted by the friendly staff not expecting to have my request fulfilled. The young lady at the desk was not only friendly but also very professional along with the mechanic that serviced my vehicle. Though I haven't been a AAA member for any years having roadside through my insurance and and dealership though, I will be renewing my membership as an alternative to my other roadside programs through this experience..

Had to go to AAA and then feel for a license replacement they charge me $8 AAA fee and a $30 fee for the license. I was even given the option to update the address on the way since as well as take a new picture. The staff is friendly, quick and courteous

My car broke down near the area so I had to have it towed there. I had to call a few times to make sure they were on it. Took longer than expected. When I went to pick up seemed like a huge corporate office very busy with other businesses going on other than Auto Repair
