We found the perfect vehicle for us at Bolles Motors. Our whole experience from start to finish was smooth. Sean spent a lot of time with us and exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with our jeep.

I called up Bolles in Ellington to set up an appointment to get my wheel locks replaced (the dealership I bought the jeep from did not give me a wheel lock key) and also replace my valve stems as the person who owned my jeep wrangler before me put metal caps on and they seized and wouldn t come off. They got me in within a week.Upon bringing my jeep in, Bill went over the entire process of what they would do. He gave me a time estimate and an estimate of the cost of labor for worst case scenario. He let me know all the different factors that could contribute to the high end of the estimate and also provided me with an estimate for the best case scenario.Throughout the entire process I left very informed and was prepared financially for worst case scenario before they didn t anything on my vehicle. Bill called me a few hours after I dropped the vehicle and said everything is all set and the cost for the repairs were substantially lower than what I was thinking it would be, at least HALF the price. They didn t even have to replace the valve stems, they were able to get the metal caps off which saved me money.Bill and the team are very thorough, knowledgeable and timely. This was my first time taking any vehicle to a dealership for repairs instead of a small shop and I was very impressed. I would definitely take my vehicle there again for service. Thank you guys again for all of the great work!

Scot and Sean are the absolute best! Their communication is top notch. We were supposed to come in today for a vehicle but it ended up having a recall and they couldn t sell it. Scot called me instantly and worked with me to find something almost identical that is within our price range. Both Scot and Sean made signing our lives away quick and easy. Don t hesitate to go through them. They will not disappoint you.

We went to a few different dealerships looking for our future Gladiator, the minute we walked into Bolles Motors we knew this was the place to be. The atmosphere was very friendly and family oriented. Kyle our salesman knew exactly what he was doing and what he was talking about took great care of us from the minute we sat at his desk. When we came to pick up our new Gladiator he had it all ready sitting out front! The jeep looked amazing inside and out! Kyle was able to show us exactly how everything worked and made the process so easy! Don't ever hesitate about Bolles Motors that's the place to go!! We drove 40 minutes to get there you won't be disappointed! Ask for Kyle when looking for your future vehicle!

The customer service team at Bolles is professional and knowledgeable. This is my go-to team for all things Chrysler. They ordered and programmed a new key for my car and completed a wheel alignment without any issues. Their labor rates are competitive but not overly expensive. I'd highly recommend their service team for your auto maintenance needs.

I had a car breakdown issue with my Jeep Wrangler and it was still under warranty and Bryan Bolles the manager of this dealership took care of everything from towing my car , to car rental to fixing it.Bolles delivered a phenomenal service and went beyond what i expected . They were so efficient to fix a major issue of a breakdown and the work was completed in less than 2 weeks .After they tow my car and going through the extent of the work they will do i was told that some major parts needs to be ordered and it might take 2 weeks for it to come and then they will start the job, but i got my car in great running condition in less than 2 weeks and it s like new car again . This dealership is very helpful, efficient and they are just great. Thank you

Our experience at Bolles was nothing short of amazing. We brought our vehicle in for a service and while we were there we fell in love with a brand new Grand Cherokee. Every salesman should aim to be like Kyle. He made this the most enjoyable and exciting car buying process we have ever experienced. He was knowledgeable, efficient, responsive, and he did so much leg work for us before we even stepped foot in the dealership. Every person we came in contact with treated us with such kindness and respect, we will definitely purchase another vehicle from Bolles.

Overall sales experience was good. Multiple sales associates ensured the process was comfortable throughout the process and everyone was very polite. I bought used, and there have been a couple minor things that have popped up (as to be expected) and they took care of it immediately without issue. Only reason it's not 5 full stars is there wasn't much room for negotiation on the price, even if it was fair. So with that, it'd be 4.5 stars.I would recommend Bolles for your car buying experience.

I recently had a great experience dealing with Bolles Motors in Ellington, CT. After I inquired about a vehicle I had been looking for, I was quickly contacted by their staff and arrangements were made for me to view and test drive the vehicle. I was traveling from a distance and their staff was very accommodating in answering my questions over the phone in the days leading up to my visit. Once I arrived, I met with Michele and Scott who were great to deal with. After a short period of time I was on my way with the vehicle! Overall it was a great experience working with Bolles Motors and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Bolles and can t say enough positive things about my experience. Never feeling pressure but feeling as I matter as the customer. Michael is amazing and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. From ordering my car, going through the process, and actually receiving my car .it was such a smooth and pleasant transaction!!! I usually dread going to car dealerships but Bolles Motors made it easy. As soon as I walked in the door, the guy at the desk, Zach Farrah, asked me if I needed help and I told him I was looking to trade in my car and he immediately introduced me to one of the salesman, Michael Skurko. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I picked out a CPO Jeep Grand Cherokee and within 5mins, the car was out front for me to look at and they appraised my trade in. I was there for maybe an hour to an hour 15min tops. Scott (I don t remember his last name) but he s the finance manager called me that the car can be picked up in a few hours the same day. They filled up the gas and got the car detailed. I signed the papers and Michael showed me the car and went over details one more time. Unfortunately, my car plates didn t get there on time because of the holiday but they made sure I was able to take the car home on the same day so they put on dealer plates on it. I came back the next day and got my new plates on. They were ready as soon as I walked in and Zach took care of that for me while it was snowing. And Mr Bolles introduced himself and gave me a Jeep hat; which is a bonus. Overall, a very pleasant experience. They made the car buying very fast and easy. They will definitely see me and my family again for our next car. Thank you gentlemen!

Sean did an excellent job helping me with my trade in and purchase of a new Grand Cherokee. He was not pushy at all. Scott in finance was amazing as well getting all the numbers set. He was also not pushy with warranties but also explained them very well. I would recommend them to anyone!

As I was making my decision as to what vehicle I would buy between a Mazda and Jeep SUV, the differentiator came down to the dealership and sales consultant. We had previously purchased a van from Kyle at Bolles back in 2016 and we went with the Jeep Compass because we had such a positive experience years ago. Kyle remembered us from 7 years ago and was incredibly helpful in directing us to the right vehicle based on our needs. The whole process was smooth and enjoyable. Thanks to Kyle!! Highly recommend Bolles!

During a routine oil change, I asked the service rep if they could give me some information on the start/stop unavailable message showing up on my dashboard screen. He wanted me to set up another appointment and pay the $169.00 diagnostic fee. So my jeep just reached the 3 year mark and I did lease with Bolles, then recently financed it. I am out of luck with the warranty. Funny how that works.

Tried a really nice Ram 2500. Put a deposit on it. Got refunded.( credit unions checking.). Got deposit back. Talked with bob( General manager, macky sales person. Bob assured us that we Do not need a deposit to hold the truck, his word will work.told him will get back to him asap My son going thru Alot to check for better rates.found one. Was getting ready to call bob,Mackey tell them all set on out end with financing. Macky called me and told me a customer came in and bought the truck out from underneath us. Macky said he was unaware of the trucks vin# as the paperwork slipped thru his hands. Unaware of what Bob the general manager had PROMISED Us for the truck. LONG STORY SHORT...DO NOT TRUST BOLLES MOTORS IN ELLINGTON. Bob the general manager WILL LIE RIGHT TO YOUR FACE, AND DENY IT.LOW LIFES THIS COMPANY IS.Dont. trust Macky. Either. LIARS BOTH OF THEM.

Factory built my custom Jeep wrangler Sahara 8 years ago and spent 40K. Now they offer me 5k for a trade in value of this same vehicle. High depreciation rate and not worth the investment. If they don t believe their own vehicles are worth anything 8 years later how can they justify convincing you to invest in another new vehicle????I was told jeeps hold their value and their engines are well built.This engine has ticking and burning oil. CLASSIC problem that no one warns you about, I ll be lucky to get to 180K miles.They sold me a pretty lemon.Very dissatisfied!!!!

Came from out of state. They picked me up from the airport with the truck. Test drove back to the dealer ship and did the paper work. They stayed well after hours and were the best. Mike is what a salesman should be. Brian came out to thank me and asked if there was anything else needed. 1st class dealership. Well worth the trip. Thank you all.
