This place is amazing. They offer financing and are willing to go to any length to get you in your new car. Very reasonable prices for any budget. They made it so easy for me with registration my broken down vehicle such a great team I'm grateful I wound up here for my car.

My mom and I were looking to purchase a vehicle for a couple of months. We found STS Automotive and went out to test drive a Honda. This turned out to be the BEST decision we could've ever made! When we arrived we met with Syed who is professional, efficient and friendly. He allowed us to go on a test drive, and while we were out we inspected the car from top to bottom. When we returned to the dealership I asked Syed a question about the vehicle in the vaguest way, to see what he would say. (I already knew the correct technical term) In less than 10 seconds Syed responded with the right mechanical term, he didn't hesitate, and was COMPLETELY transparent! I knew in that moment this man is HONEST! If you are looking to do business with an honest, trust worthy man, if you are looking to put your hard-earned money towards a SOLID vehicle...look no further. This dealership will meet and exceed all of your needs. My mom and I have recommended this establishment to friends and family and are 100% confident they will be in good hands! :-)

I was searching for cars for weeks, drove up and down East Windsor and surrounding town. And came across STS Automotive. They had many selections, however I seen the car I wanted to inquire about, Syed was there to greet us, with no hesitation I was test driving MY vehicle. The buying process did not take long. Syed went over and beyond to make sure I had my car for Valentine Day great car, I would recommend anyone looking for a car. Syed great guy!!

Hopefully this reaches potential customers of this dealership.. I purchased a car less than three weeks ago, was given a fifteen day 300 mile so called warranty.. well now with less than 1,000 miles on the vehicle the transmission has failed. And when the dealership was called their response was sorry your over the warranty milage.. my shop doing the repairs says the computer on the car was loaded with transmission codes.. I hope this review keeps people from getting involved with this dealership.. I've also started the process of filing a complaint with the state of Connecticut DMV...BUYERS BEWARE!!

UPDATE:: (car did not even make it a year before It needed an engine swap.) Not sure why my original rating was removed. Sold me a car last year that didn t have the original engine, and was missing motor mounts spend your money elsewhere. Spent 8k on a car that doesn t even have the original engine. Don t know how many miles are ACTUALLY on the engine

I just recently bought a car from this location. It was a very quick and efficient process. The owner Syed helped find me the best car to fit my needs low mileage great price. He helped me get through the process with ease. Absolute GREAT experience couldn't be more happy with my new car and the service given to me. I would definitely recommend this place and will be going back in the future for other cars and recommend to anyone looking to buy.

Recently bought a used truck from Syed over at STS and I have to say, not only was the truck exactly as promised but Syed was very attentive and professional. I drove an hour out to his location and, after a few items on the truck were brought up, we came to a great deal and I'm very happy with my overall purchase. I highly recommend these guys. They even give you a complimentary 15 day/300 mile warranty which implies confidence in their product and team.Unless the truck dies on day 16, I won't hesitate to use them again. :)

After a horrible buying experience elsewhere, what a breath of fresh air!We purchased a used Mercedes C300 vehicle from them for my son; older vehicle, fairly high mileage. They took extra time, put the car up on a lift for us, explained what they had already serviced, etc.Put down a deposit, and was to return the next week to complete the transaction. During that time, they ran a diagnostic test, and replaced three parts that were functional, but getting old. Not sure what the cost to them was, but they absorbed it. I know it would have cost me roughly $500 to replaced myself. In my opinion, this is exceptional service. Their goal was to send us away with a car we could be confident in, and it showed.After taking the car home and bringing it for an oil change, we had our mechanic look at it. He said all the areas where these cars start to show signs of age look great and either service or well maintained, and said something along the lines of "this vehicle is aces".Super friendly and accommodating throughout the entire transaction. Review is a couple of weeks overdue, but glad to finally share our experience.

Just got the call from my local shop. Vehicle I bought from here last week passed inspection and "Is a darn nice rig". These guys are legit, picked me up at the train station, breezed through the paperwork and had me on the road within an hour. DMV paperwork was perfect as well. If you are looking for a great deal, check them out.

I rarely leave reviews but I think Syed was very understanding and worked with us for several days to finalize the sale. On the day of pickup he had the oil changed. Wasn't even expecting that. The prices were very reasonable and we came from other smaller dealerships that showed us terrible vehicle ( ripped seats non working doors etc) weren't even worth the asking price or ready for sale. I know the used car market it's very competitive but wow. Very good experience at this place. I definitely come back if we need another vehicle. Thank you very much!!

*Update* I ve had the car for more than year now. The only thing I had replace so far was the brake pads and a few light bulbs. And kind of need to clear my yellow headlights. But now I just got the check engine light on. I definitely overpaid, and will be getting something newer next time I buy a car. I hope whatever needs to be fixed doesn t cost me an arm and a leg. Disappointed.Decent car buying experience! Majid was upfront and honest. Had the car ready to test drive with Carfax. Explained everything and had all the paperwork ready. Easy to work with and fair price I think. Good customer service.Thank you for my 06 Corolla.

Nice bunch of guys and they made the transaction easy but they don t go over their cars, no safety inspection. AS IS. Bought a nice looking Volvo but had to replace complete brake system, tie rod, catalytic converter, mice found their way into engine compartment and chewed wires were covered with electrical tape. Knew I would have to put some money into a used car but didn t expect that much work.

I bought 2012 Chevy Cruze from Mr. Syed. He is the best dealer I never have been seen in my life. If you guys are interesting to get a car. I would recommend you should visit here. If I could give 0/5 stars I would - I brought my car there for a basic oil change and fluid check - Steve performed services and he left cap OFF of my coolant reservoir. I left shop after the oil change, drove home, then to different state next day when my car began to overheat on highway. Pulled off, opened hood and saw coolant cap placed on engine! He never put it back on! I have a new car, less than 20k miles-total disregard and carelessness. Luckily no major damage done, but AVOID this shop at all costs!!!!!!!

I came across a vehicle off cargurus advertised for STS Automotive and that s how I found the van suited best for my family and myself. Syed was more than accommodating. They are honest and don t jerk you around. He hid nothing from me about the vehicles I inquired about he had paperwork to support everything he said also. I tell everyone something brought me to them to get the vehicle I have now, because everything fell right into place getting my new vehicle. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a honest car salesman and reliable transportation to go to STS Automotive. In the future looking for vehicles for my children or ever another vehicle for myself I will go to see Syed at STS Automotive. Best experience hands down, and they even offer beverages and have a clean well kept shop. Thank you again Syed! I do love my 2007 Honda Odyssey so much and so does my family.

Was very satisfied at first. Brought car to get an oil change and learned that everything was leaking, oil, coolant, power steering also, the engine had no motor mounts. Mind you it is unsafe to drive a vehicle in this condition. Before we bought the car the parking brake didn t work. Please have a mechanic look at the car before you buy it!! Didn t think I d be putting this much money into a car

I had a great buying experience. Syed was honest and patient. He allowed me to see underneath the car before purchasing. Syed went over and beyond to ensure that the vehicle met my expectation. Syed was reasonable and offered me a good price. Syed gave all the necessary information to ensure that I understood the process of buying a car. (especially from out of state). Syed is the real deal. He was upfront, honest and reasonable. He was patient while we looked at cars. Family friendly business, we had our 2 kids with us and he made them feel comfortable and they enjoyed the experience with us. I would highly recommend. We went to a few other dealers and had horrible experiences. I am glad we found Syed on CarGurus!

Knowing full well the market for used vehicles is very high at this point in history, it was important to me that I deal with someone I felt was honest and caring. The guys at STS have a rare gift in the used car business. They are honest and they care about people.

Just bought a car here. I was allowed to have another mechanic look at the car. This dealership worked with me on making on all the repairs that needed to be made. Gave me a fair deal. The used car market right now is tough and this was the best place to go.

A very good experience with this dealer. The vehicle was exactly what I wanted and at a great price. They got my plates in an hour so that I could drive it off the lot. Mike was great and kind and didn't pressure me at all.

Very good dependable cars on his lot. The owner was a pleasure to do business with. His hospitality was amazing. My husband and I Left there very pleased. I would recommend his business if you ate looking for used dependable cars.

Did some work on my daughter's Volvo. Very professional and reasonable. I have tried two other mechanics in the area, one in South Windsor and one in Glastonbury, this is the only one I would recommend. Tommy was very honest and reasonable. Hard to find honest mechanics.

Wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. Tommy's been looking after my family's cars for the past 30 years. We also bought a car from him that was mechanically sound and ran relatively problem-free for years. Honesty and integrity is somewhat in short supply in the auto biz but not here!
