I just purchased my 17 GMC 1500 Denali from Mike. Himself the team and Shamrock were a breeze to deal with! They made the whole experience of buying my truck easy! From looking at the truck and test driving to completing my purchase there was never any pressure or rush like I have experienced at other dealerships! The warranty options that are offered are fantastic as well. We will be back in the future to see Mike for our next vehicle!

The salesman was great the whole thing went smooth but I'll let you know in 2 or 3 months how the car rides without a without a dealership warranty only an extended warranty but I will add to this after a few months to see how it goes but it's a beautiful vehicle in the service was excellent

Salesman Mike was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, honest and more important made a point to connect with us which made the overall car buying experience pleasurable and worth the visit. I have now purchased 3 different vehicles from Charlie and Mike at Shamrock over the last few years. I can t say enough about how easy and laid back they are to deal with from stepping on the lot, to test drives, financing, and paperwork to finishing the deal. They provide the most laid back car purchasing experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a used vehicle.

Buyer beware! Please use extreme caution when shopping at Shamrock Motors. A vehicle that I purchased from there needed thousands of dollars in repairs only a few short months from the date of purchase. One issue I brought to their attention during the sale, but they, could not reproduce, was over $600 alone. It was intermittent at first but became worse over the next few weeks. I gave them the opportunity to fix the issue themselves but my calls were never returned. I understand buying a car As-Is means there is no warranty but it shouldn t mean that when an issue is brought up it shouldn t be addressed. Especially when it was brought to their attention before the sale was complete. Don t let my mistake in choosing a dealership be yours!

Our salesman Matt was very easy to talk to and sold us on this car very quick. We love the car so far and hope to not have any problems. We look forward to doing business with him again with our younger teenage daughters.

Shamrock motors was an amazing pleasure to do business with. Mike knew exactly who I was from a quick text conversation and was ready to tell us about the car, we were able to test drive and to my surprise the car was clean and ready to go. Had I had more time I probably could have walked out with the car that same day. There were no surprises, carfax was ready and he was able to answer my questions. Charlie was an absolute pleasure also and my son is now loving his Honda Accord. Thank you Shamrock!!

I bought a Jeep Wrangler from Shamrock Motors. They have beautiful vehicles for great prices and they work with you to reach a great deal. Mike and Charlie were very knowledgeable and great to work with. I would definitely recommend Shamrock Motors. I give them 5 Stars!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike Dalessio for my car purchase. This guy is at the top of his game. Friendly, detail oriented, driven to do his best to cater to the customers needs. He secured financing for me before I even walked in the building. My experience with Shamrock Motors & specifically Mike, was by far superior to any of the other car purchases I've endured in the past. He made it painless. He had everything wrapped up in less the an hour!!I would highly recommend Shamrock Motors & Mike Delessio.

Smooth easy going experience at shamrock motors!!! Mike is the best! He helped me get my first car and i love it! Everyone there was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. Also great with kids!!! Absolutely no bad things to say about Shamrock. My boyfriend and I were in search of a Chevy Tahoe for our family to continue to grow into and I knew Shamrock would be the place to find a reliable vehicle for a great price. My father has been purchasing vehicles from Shamrock for many years now and never once had any issues. Charlie and Mike were so kind and welcoming and helped place us in the perfect vehicle for our family. We cannot thank you guys enough! If you re in the market for a great vehicle at a great price take a visit to Shamrock, you won t regret it.

I went in with very specific criteria and high expectations.Charlie listened very attentively and was upfront and honest with me from the moment I walked up top his desk. He did not try to persuade me into looking at anything i was not interested in and was very laid back throughout the entire sales process. He allowed me to look in the car and take it for a test drive no questions asked. He answered all of my questions form start to finish and made my car shopping experience quite possibly the simplest thing I have ever done. Thank you Charlie and all the other staff, I am still just as in love with my car as I was when I drove past in in your parking lot!!

I recently purchased my vehicle here, and I must say the pride they take in making sure the vehicles are well cleaned and ready to go is top tier. Mike my sales representative offered awesome customer service and seems to have the answer for all my questions and when they say they are the DMV believe them . I ll definitely recommend coming here when you want quality that matches the price.thank you guys for an awesome experience in getting my first vehicle.

Mike and Charlie are nice guys however I had a issues with the spare tire hoist and it was a total NIGHTMARE to them to ship me. A part which I am installing and when I got it the part was used. It took about 10 phone calls and several emails and many text messages I understand things take time but 2 months of hounding them and to get a used part. A new one cost about $150.00 instead I got a 6 year old rusty piece of junk. I will buy a new one and install it. DO IT RITE THE FIRST TIME at least that's how I have always done business. F.Y.I. I usually post positive reviews.

What a great experience. We showed up, obviously knowing what we were looking for, and Charlie knew that. Pulled the car up and gave us our space to look it over. No pressure at all. We test drove the Crosstrek and fell in love. He was very personable and treated us like clients and not a paycheck. Such a nice experience and price that we bought the car and are extremely happy with our decision. I will definitely be back when I am ready to upgrade as well. Thanks Charlie!

I had a great experience dealing with Mike at Shamrock Motors while looking to purchase a new car. I didn't even end up purchasing a vehicle, but Mike was able to help point me in the right direction and give me good advice for the future. I felt no pressure from Mike or any of the staff there to buy a car, something very refreshing in the car business. Overall I had a great experience and when I continue my car search, I will be sure to give Mike a call!

What was once a 5 star review is now a 1 star because this place took 4 months to register my vehicle in RI and I still have no registration or plates. The time they allow for repairs due to failed inspection has past, this truck could have a cracked frame for all I know. They use a 3rd party company for registrations and that company will not give you any information either. Great cars great prices but good luck after the sale. Bought truck early February it s now June 5th still no registration!!

Went there to see a truck they had advertised, spoke with a salesman about purchasing, he was supposed to call me with the details and I never heard back. Called twice and spoke with him, got the I ll call you in a couple minutes . Never heard a word. I ll take my business where they appreciate it, Shamrock Motors is not that place

Let me start by saying if I could give more than 5 stars I would! Shamrock Motors is an absolutely incredible dealership. I just recently financed a 2014 Ford F-250 6.7L SST Turbocharged Powerstroke Diesel from them. You wouldn't even know it was pre-owned and not brand new. The lifted suspension was completely redone with brand new rims and 37-inch tires. The truck is absolutely beautiful, and Charlie and Mitch are incredible. From the moment I walked into the dealership after the truck caught my eye, Charlie was the first person to take my extreme interest in the truck very seriously. Being a real gearhead and waiting a long time to find a vehicle that had everything I was looking for, it's not everyday that a 23 year old kid comes in asking about a $40k truck. However, Charlie treated me like any other customer, and was genuinely concerned with my interest in the truck and how we were going to make the financing work. Mitch was the same way, and wanted to make sure everything was taken care of and done right to make sure my experience was perfect. The prices are very accurate and even though they don't negotiate much, they don't need too because of how accurate and fair the prices already are. If you're looking for a great dealership this is the one. They sell everything from trucks to BMW's and they are all in beautiful shape. Also, I had no worries driving it off the lot knowing Shamrock Motors gives you a 60 day warranty on the car for anything major that should happen. This gives you total peace of mind to go put some miles on that brand new vehicle you just purchased. Thanks Charlie and Mitch for making my first major purchase out of college everything I've been waiting for. The truck is incredible, and I wouldn't have wanted to go through any other dealership for my first real financed vehicle! You guys are the best!!

I went in knowing what I wanted and that s exactly what I got. I was only in the office a couple hours between the test drive and paperwork. Fees were minimal compared to another dealer who put on almost $1300 extra in fees, you won t find that here. Will definitely come back! Love my Jeep so much!

I just purchased my first vehicle from Shamrock and I'm very happy with the experience. An hour after applying online I got a call from Mike about my financing approval. I was able to go in a couple days later and make my deposit and complete the paperwork. While there Charlie, the general manager, grabbed coloring books and Crayons for my girls and set them up at a table to keep them busy while I completed my purchase. Everyone was extremely nice and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Absolutely terrible experience with Mike and this dealership as a whole. I live in MD and had inquired about a vehicle that suited my family's needs and was what I had been looking for for awhile. I reached out to get some more photos of the vehicle and this request was satisfied. After reviewing the pictures I was interested in purchasing the vehicle. I spoke on the phone with Mike detailing that I am from out of state and that I need to book a flight to come up to the dealership and test drive the vehicle prior to purchase. I wanted to put a hold on the vehicle so that it wouldn't be sold while I worked to secure the auto loan and plane ticket. I spoke to Mike on Friday afternoon and he had clearly stated that the vehicle would be held for me and that we did not need a deposit but if another customer was interested in the vehicle he would give me a call and have me put a deposit down at that point. The game plan was to fly up the following weekend to test drive and purchase the car. So on Monday I had gotten the car loan secured, the flight booked, and everything lined up to go purchase the vehicle. I call Mike to confirm that everything is good to go and that I would be arriving the following Saturday morning as planned. Only for him to describe that this vehicle had been sold over the weekend.Now my family does not have the vehicle we are in desperate need of, I got a hard pull on my credit score for absolutely no reason, and I bought a plane ticket for no reason.Absolutely unprofessional and a complete joke.To take something very seriously on my behalf and to have it not reciprocated and to lose out as a result is unacceptable.WOULD. NOT. RECOMMEND. THIS. DEALERSHIP.

Purchased my first financed used vehicle from Shamrock and had the pleasure of working with Mike and Charlie who made the whole process seamless and very easy going. Mike took the time to sit and explain all my financing options and was extremely personable and easy to talk to. They are not an in your face dealership trying to push extended warranties or other vehicles on you that you don t want. They cater to you and present only what you want. Highly recommend this dealership.

I bought a 2015 Volvo XC70 from this dealership the first week of July 2023. Shamrock Motors sells cars As Is but they work into your purchase price a warranty from a third-party company to help cover any repairs that might come up. The Carfax report for this car said that the catalytic converter and oxygen sensors had been changed in June 2023 before I bought it. Even though the car did pass emissions I was having problems starting the car and the fuel efficiency and acceleration became diminished once the check engine light came on within 2 weeks of my purchase, and there was a problem with the anti-lock brake system. I brought the car into a Volvo dealership for a diagnostic later in July 2023 and they found a bad wheel speed sensor, substandard tires, and they mentioned that the catalytic converter and oxygen sensors looked bad and they had been bad when the previous owner of this car had brought it into them during her ownership. I called Shamrock Motors and they replaced the battery and a wheel speed sensor but when I asked about the bad tires I was promised that the Owner would go halves on me for two tires which never happened. Shamrock Motors also said that the catalytic converter and oxygen sensors had been replaced before I bought the vehicle. In August 2023 I had to bring the car into the Volvo dealership again after the check engine light came back on. What came back from that diagnostic was there were some smaller repairs needed but the catalytic converter and oxygen sensors were bad, and the dealership said that the ones on the car were not new and needed replacement. I called Shamrock Motors and they said once again that those had been replaced before I had bought the car. I have contacted them numerous times about the bad tires, oxygen sensors and the catalytic converter and gotten no response by either phone or email. Regarding the promise of the Owner pitching in for two new tires, that never materialized and after two months of an being strung along with an undelivered promise I had to get all 4 tires replaced out of pocket. I recently called a used parts dealer and asked if it was possible that a used catalytic converter and oxygen sensors had been purchased for the repair Shamrock Motors did back in June and was informed that used catalytic converters and oxygen sensors can't be sold or installed in CT. The Volvo dealership contacted the warranty company about covering some of the repairs and they refused to cover any of them so I am stuck paying for the catalytic converter and oxygen sensors out of pocket. I am currently seeking assistance from the CT DMV Consumer Protection division.
