A true breath of fresh air after Ground Up SS396 left CT! Top notch reproduction products and advice, and allowed for in person ordering! Everything was in stock for me. I have no idea what is up with some of the other reviewers, but I Visited Fusick today with my 1972 442, and Mike and Kevin were a real pleasure to talk there and grabbed all my parts for a pickup order. We discussed some history, of course talked about Olds and they even told me what hood manufacturers to avoid for the sake of fit and finish. I bought a bunch of misc stuff for my ram air setup on my car. The showroom was like a tiny museum and it was cool to visit there. My only gripe is that the website is pretty outdated, and could really use some help to not only give it a facelift but streamline ordering. Was not a factor enough to give a lower rating. Will definitely be a frequent customer!

I ordered a decal from this company. The cheapest shipping was $20 or I could have paid $35 and recived it in a week. I didn't want to pay more for shipping than the item cost. So I went with the 2 week delivery option for $20. The money was taken and the item was shipped. When tracking the package it was clear from the get go that there was a problem. So I messaged the seller to conferm what address they had sent it to. A couple of times and never got a response. Finally days after the item was supposed to arrive I sent them a message saying I was contacting Paypal if they didn't respond within 24 hours. Now they message me back saying im ripping them off trying to get my money back and still receive the item. I didn't want my money back! I wanted the item. They asked for an inquiry. Paypal put the money back into my account within hours. Fusick automotive you are the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. And If I ever do receive the item, well lets leave it at F U SICK automotive.

I ordered a motor mount hardware kit for my 1971 Olds 442. Image on their website shows all black oxide hardware. Their Ebay page shows the same. Was told that's what I was getting. I receive the order and inside I have at least 4 different finishes. Called and spoke with them about the difference. They could care less. He said, "If you don't want 'em, return 'em." Asked if he would send an RA for the parts? He said, "For that, no!" No refund on your shipping either even though they sent the incorrect parts. Some of the worst customer service I've dealt with. This is a deceptive marketing tactic, oh wait, Its called Bait and Switch. Too many other reputable companies out there that care. I should have read all the other negative reviews before I ordered. Never again!

Horrible products! Poor quality control, so far I put this rebuilt carb on my 55 olds from fusick, 600$. When I installed it the carb kept flooding so made a call to customer support, they were rude and said to hit the inlet valve to reseat the float valve and if that Dosent work send it back or try to fix it by opening it up and resetting the Stop valve ( but warned me that will void warranty) I decided to do it since it's not rocket science and if it was a resetting issue, it would be easy, so 6 screws and the top came off. I pulled the float out and instantly saw the prob, a stream of gas squirted out the side of the float. They sold me a $600 rebuilt carb with a bad float. It even was marked bad by the build shop with a x on it scribed with a knife, the side with the pin hole, see pic. Un fortunately after I told fusick about it they told me to " be well" and that i voided my warranty and they would not help me . Buyer beware, there are many more places to shop than here. I also will add my power steering pump that I purchased from here leaks, wish me luck I haven t installed the rebuilt distributor I got from them yet

They are ridiculously overpriced, not that knowledgeable and have horrible customer service. Try to buy your parts anywhere else.

Greats products, as advertised...but:1- I ordered three products for 116.00$ including shipping of 18$ to Canada. Cost of shipping was extra and planned on the billing they sent me...the cost that I totally approuved.2- They shipped 2 products, cancelled the 3rd one (because was B.O. for a few weeks (website said they ship everything together to save on costs, which was logical), and without my consent they increased shipping charge by another 20,50$3-I asked why they cancelled (could have waited) and boost the shipping charge?4-Had a reply from Kevin in Sales: "The shipping prices generated by our online order system are for shipping in the continental United States. The online order system does not calculated international shipping charges, we have to get a shipping quote from the warehouse on any international order. So yes, it cost $38.50 to send the parts to you in Quebec, and would have been more if we d had the glovebox liner in stock."5-So basically, they give themselves the right to boost the fees as they much as they want.6-I disputed the 20.50$ extra, but no return responses by email.Conclusion: They got 2 stars for great products, but lost 3 stars because of the way they dealt with the order and shipping. I would have ordered again (bought old car, working on rebuilding everything), but it seems like "F*ck the customer" was the new policy...Quite sad honestly.

Received bent window trim that didn't fit my car, when I sent it back they tried to blame UPS that it was bent and wouldn't refund me my money saying UPS has to refund my money.
