Quality, Integrity and Peace of Mind is what you will find at Central A/S LLC. The search for my daughter's first car took us from Long Island, NY to this wonderful place in CT. Sales associate Brian reassured us over the phone by fully explaining the procedure of buying a car from out of state and was fully transparent explaining the "out the door" price which eliminated any chance of confusion or error at the time of purchase! We knew it was worth the trip upon arrival and so impressed by how they operate. They are directly adjacent to one of the largest auto auction houses in the northeast (two per week) so they always have a huge selection of everything imaginable (including our Mini Cooper) on two separate sale lots. In addition to their finance department, there's a "full service" repair facility on site run by Khasha who ensures that no vehicle makes it onto or off their lot without his approval. His attention to detail and concern for safety gave us the piece of mind we were looking for. Brian, Khasha and Nicole, thanks for making what could've been a very stressful transaction and making it into a very smooth and rewarding experience! When the time comes, I will most definitely be back to purchase another vehicle.

Purchased a 2009 Tacoma from Central Auto Sales after spending three plus weeks combing the Northeast looking for what I wanted and talking to some kinda shady salesmen. One trip down to East Windsor and dealing with Brian H was all that was really needed. Found the truck I have been looking for at a good price point. Brian was very accommodating and let me take her for a pretty lengthy test ride to put her through everything/anything I wanted to do. Great guy to deal with and the dealership/building was spotless. Great experience - I would highly recommend asking for Brian when you go in.

This was a great experience all around. when I first walked in Johnny made sure I was taken care of with everything from looking at the car to taking it for a test drive and even putting a deposit down so I can secure it. And financing was a breeze also, they worked with me when something came up and let me push my down payment back a week so I can get the money. This is my first time ever getting a loan for a car and they made sure to help me with any questions I had, I would definitely recommend Johnny and this dealership to anyone looking for a car

!!!!BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!Ive had nothing but issues with central auto sales, they sold me a veichle 2 1/2 years ago, as of today i go to trade in said veichle exactly as it was sold to me, i had voiced many concerns when purchasing the veichle, i was told they were "minor issues that wouldn't affect the veichle or its resale value", now i am being told that the issues with the vehicle are resulting in me being unable to sell or trade in said vehicle. Ive tried to get ahold of the owner but i have been lied to constantly saying that "they don't have a way to reach the owner" and anytime ive called and asked for the owner i was told he wasn't in and i could leave a message, after trying this method several times and not ever receiving an answer i decided to just show up, and much to my Suprise after being told "the owner wasn't available" guess what. There he was.Ive looked at about 30 veichles in their inventory as i was looking for a veichle to trade in for ,or a vehicle for my spouse (this was before the horrible experiences) and between painting over rust, veichles knocking and leaking oil, vehicles in accidents with obvious body panel replacements(that didn't even line up or match paint right) i discovered that 75% of the veichles that they purchase are not what the average consumer would be looking for as it would cost alot in repairs between rust and mechanical issues. I spoke with several of their "mechanics" while looking at veichles who admitted they do the absolute bare minimum,they don't even really inspect them or drive them until somone is interested in purchasing said veichle, and even IF you find said issues they will not fix them or even budge on price, they just try to coarse you into buying the veichle stating that you can bring it in for them to fix (yes because let me pay for a broken car to bring it in to you to PAY you to fix it), stay away from this dealer or anyone affiliated. I honestly feel sad for anyone that purchases a veichle here.after nothing but serious problems trying to find my spouse a veichle here we went to a non-auction , kia of East Hartford to be exact, speak with their salesman tom, he WILL get you a phenomenal deal, he got us a brand new kia for the same price as one of the 120,000 mile "cars" they sell at central auto, and with a better loan and intrest rate, if your at central auto while reading this, id head for the door.The service manager took the vehicle for a ride,tried to tell me ALL these issues with the car and say that my wheel is turned 90�to the right figured I'd add a photo to show otherwise, I will also be in contact with the Better Business Bureau as I am not going to let anyone fall to the same fate with this dealer as I have without atleast warning themREPLY TO OWNER: i purchased the car with 142,000 miles and it currently has 163,000 miles, they claimed i put 40k miles on in 2 1/2 years, (average annual milage is 12k,oh look at that 163,000 actually adds up, shocker). Aswell as we did try to go through you for my spouses veichle but were met with nothing but issues, we finally agreed on a veichle but after you searching the lot for 15 minutes your "service manager" informed you the veichle had a bad rack aswell as significant cosmetic damage(lexus is250 remember bill?) you then told me and my disappointment spouse that you or your son Alex would be in contact with us by Wednesday to take a look at the veichle once fixed, once Saturday rolled around and we hadn't even received a simple phone call we decided we were done with the song and dance routine. I then tried to give you ANOTHER CHANCE to come trade in for one of the chargers on your site which i was then informed were under deposit (thanks for updating your site ) it was then i decided i wanted nothing to do with this dealer and id just sell you my car to be done with the drama. And the disrespect to say "i think people are smart enough to disregard this review good luck" shows the treatment you will receive here. Central AS is the best dealership Ive had the pleasure of dealing with to date. AB was very kind and there was zero pressure to buy a vehicle. They don t chase you around trying to sell and their facilities are top notch. We knew what we wanted and he was more than happy to let us test drive the vehicle. When we came back to pick up our vehicle-Alex who finalized the deal was outstanding with his customer service and attitude. He was quick and efficient. We bought a vehicle for my oldest son and will be back for the other children shortly, hands down the easiest car purchase Ive ever made. The cars are in excellent condition, fairly priced and they take care of any of your concerns before you pick the vehicle up. I am hard to impress, but they definitely deserve 5 stars!

Got "new to me" used car (IN ORANGE) 2017 Nissan Rogue, while it has 100,000 miles on it, it drives smooth and easy! They took care of any issues or questions we had and were super nice & not pushy! Would definitely recommend visiting here in your car search!

So I have had really bad luck with trying to buy a used car for my son. My son kept googling places to buy cars and came across Central A/S LLC. So we packed up and headed down. When we first walked in we were greeted by all. Then Micah came over and took us out to look at cars. It was a pleasure working with Micah. He was up front and honest with us. He didn't want to put my son in a junk car. He lead us to several cars but they weren't what my son wanted. Finally after about two weeks Central got a car in my son was interested in. We went down and looked at it and ended up buying it. The one issue we had after we bought it was addressed and the owner took car of it for us. It was definitely worth the trip. Thanks to all the great people working here. Keep up the great job.

My initial visit to showroom lot (A) was a bit chaotic, and I didn't get acknowledged right away, and almost decided to leave. However, when I went to the lot (B) car lot, Johnny Rodriguez provided immediate assistance, and details on the two vehicles I was interested in purchasing. I was able to test drive both vehicles before deciding on one. Although it was past closing time, Johnny remained with me to walk me through the process of purchasing my vehicle. I am extremely happy with his customer care and service.

I was seriously considering purchasing a vehicle from this establishment, until I read the reviews. Every third review is horrible and consistent with the events of how they were treated. There's no way I'm gonna put my hard earned money on the line for this type of sevice or should I say, lack of service and Customer Care. Clean up your act guys, your losing potential customers.Signed,You were in it for a minute!

Had a great experience. Everyone was very helpful and kind. We went here just over a week ago without an appointment and Alex helped us right away. We went here with an idea of the vehicles we wanted to look at, Alex answered all our questions and we were able to walk around the lot and check everything out. Once we had a better idea of what we wanted to look at Alex got us set to test drive our vehicle. Once we test drove the vehicle and knew what we wanted, Alex walked us through the finance process and made sure anything on the vehicle we wanted fixed was going to be all set for us when we were all set to pick up the vehicle. We got a call the next day that everything was all set and we set up the pickup for the following week.Manar helped us with a very fluid process in signing all the documents and paper work to get us all set and it was a very quick process. She answered all of our questions and gave us all the information we needed to go along with the finance process.Will definitely be utilizing the place for our future car needs.

Just purchased a 2006 Pilot with 73,000 miles on it for a very good price. Alexy was very helpful and available throughout, no crazy sales pressure, very professional. I had the car checked out independently before buying and it's in good shape. Getting all the paperwork done was quick and easy.I definitely recommend Central A/S LLC to you and I would use them again.

I had the pleasure of working with Brian at Central A/S and through him was able to purchase a 2012 Chevy Malibu! Brian made the process of car shopping/purchasing easy and swift without making me feel pressured like other dealers in the area did. This also was my first time purchasing a car on my own and I wouldn't have wanted it to go any other way/would highly recommend going here for purchasing your next used car... I know I will be!

I am very happy with my purchase from Central A/S LLC. I tried to purchase a car in Long Island, NY where I live, and I had to deal with many added fees and falsely advertised prices that included down payments and special financing to make a purchase. Alexy was honest and helpful making the purchase and 2 1/2 hour trip completely worth it. The advertised price was accurate and there were no additional hidden fees. He arranged pickup after hours to accommodate my schedule and answered all my questions. The moment I walked into the dealership there was a welcoming atmosphere, with several agents offering help. I did not feel the same normal intimidation I have experienced at other dealers. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

EXCELLENT SERVICE...Recently I bought a car from them and they were very helpful. I saw a car online I liked but it was sold by the time I arrived. They just got a new inventory in and I found something I really wanted. Johnny Rodriguez over in lot B made sure I was updated constantly about the work done to the car until pick up (which I appreciated). Also their financial manager was very pleasant and worked with me to make sure I got the car I wanted. After this experience I have no complaints and recommend Central A/S LLC to any and everyone for a used car.

My name is Cynthia I bought a car from them in June the finance manager, as well as a sales person Alex the both of them were very sweet and very personable. Just two very nice people to work with when you buy a car it had issues I emailed them told him the situation sent them all the information and Alex brought it to the owner and the owner said just switch it out Very accommodating made a wrong right and I have nothing but respect for that dealt with the finance manager again and Alex and again it was just very pleasurable. Very knowledgeable people that work there.

My husband and I have been looking for a used vehicle for months and finally found one that peeked our interest. This specific vehicle was exactly what I wanted and it checked all the boxes! Like any used car I was hoping it would be just as perfect in person as it was online. It looked practically brand new being a used car. Eva and Brian assisted me with looking at the vehicle in depth. They were very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, and knew just what I wanted. The owner Billy gave me a great deal and worked with me on the price! The car was fully inspected, registered, and ready for pick up within three days of my initial visit.This was my first time buying a vehicle and was the most pleasant experience I ve ever had. Fantastic experience!! Thank you Johnny for your help. Traded in a vehicle and got a new to me vehicle. Central went above and beyond! To my shock, when I picked up my car they had done an oil change and front brakes. Then as we were going through paperwork I was told rear tires were ordered and would be put on at my convenience!! Highly recommend

For a long time I was looking to buy a car that was in good condition and at a good price and I finally found it! From the first day I arrived at this car dealership they treated me very kindly and made me feel confident until the last day of the car buying process! Spoke with Alex(son of the owner ) discussed all the details about the vehicle , was told that the vehicle is in a mint condition. Since I live about 3hrs away and had to take a day off from work , Asked about 100 questions(all in writing ) before traveling. All the answers were that the car is a 100% perfect condition. Agreed on a price. Traveled to the place and was shocked of the condition. The paint was faded , the front right fender was in an accident , antenna was broken , dash board cracked the whole car was dangerously shaking while driving etc . When arrived and didn t find Alex , I got referred to the other sales guy Aleksey . He agreed that condition was bad and son of the owner had to disclose it with us to prevent unnecessary drive.I traveled with the other person for three hours each way , had to take a day off , pay for gas ,tolls for nothing? They didn t even apologize. I wish I could give 0 stars . Will definitely report them to the business bureau.I attached two pictures where the difference of the color is very visible

I was looking for a vehicle for a while but at this point it was time sensitive. I needed something soon. I had been fighting cancer. My husband and I were driving from Mid Massachusetts to Boston 3-4 days back to back a week. I needed something dependable. I saw an Equinox ,this vehicle was what I needed to literally save my life.I just got in, took it for a test drive 2 seconds down the street turned around went back and said this is the one!!It took me to Dana Farber in Boston all the way home 2hours there 2 hours back. 4 yrs later and my scans became clear, no cancer anywhere & my car was still solid. When I left the dealership I was told by the staff & mechanic that if I needed anything at all to return and they would take care of it. The fact of the matter is, I found this car and it took me where i needed to be at all times, never a problem & I was happy with my choice. I know its a buisness & didn't have to care about what was going on with me however, I do feel as though they were looking out for me.
