My experience here at Car City was amazing, not only do they have a great selection of cars, they aren t pushy and give you time to make your decision. Gus, Wally, and Laurie were all extremely helpful and great staff. I bought a 2018 Honda Accord and was pleased with my service from everyone. I definitely recommend this used car dealership.

Bought a 2017 Civic coupe today, Wally and Laurie took very good care of me. Going through and explaining all the paperwork and my warranty. They were awesome! I will definitely be back and recommend them!!

I had a great experience at this Dealership . They accommodated me more than other dealerships . Their kindness really goes a long way. The vehicle i bought is beautiful ! I would not hesitate to go there again . You guys are the best . Each and everyone of you !!

They have good cars but you can tell they just want to sell. The lady that does the financing is very dry, almost rude. We asked for a low monthly payment she came with an amount that my son couldn't afford and when we told her, she just said "we'll if your buying a car you should know it costs money to do this things", (thats very unprofessional) then she talked about all the work it took her to get him approved (hello that's your job) she agreed to try to find something lower for the same amount of months (after we said we would back out) it took her 30 seconds to offer a payment of $70 less a month (which seemed shady) then after I asked is it the same amount of months and she said yes I realized that it went about 6 months longer... anyway my son has the car hopefully it works well for a very long time. The sales guy was kind of unprofessional too. Again they're business is selling definitely not customer service.

Called them about a car they had and a possible trade in for my current vehicle. Talked to a nice woman on the phone about the process and she told me they d be happy to take a look and evaluate the car while I took out the one I wanted to see. The second I walked in the door and explained what I needed help with they told me to leave because we don t do that here . That would ve been nice to know before the hour drive up here.

We had a wonderful experience Gus was attentive and got us started as soon as we walked in. No hesitation when asked to look at additional vehicles. Laurie was lovely and got everything we needed to get the process done as quick as possible. We came to see the car and was able to drive away within 24hrs. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you to the team over at car city.The top of this was my first impression.. Hardly a month later my car broke down on a busy high way from lack of attention to a known problem the vehicle has. When trying to get a hold if an own they gave me the run around for almost two weeks. To tell me it's not their problem and the best they can do is help me find a part. Still being short and not offering any resolution. We had purchased the recommended warranty for it to have no use due to their failure to be proactive and give our family a car we can't use needing almost 6k in repairs.Bring their cars to trusted shops to be looked over before buying

I give this place zero stars but this app does not allow that. This is just a friendly warning to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle. Dealing with the owner of Car City in East Windsor was the worst experience I ve ever encountered. The owner is rude and attempted to bully us. The vehicle failed state inspection, was filthy dirty and had electrical issues. After being screamed at over the phone by the owner, all communication had to be via text, since the owner does not response via email. Save yourself the aggravation and stay away!!

I m looking for a car right now. And 2 reviews in, i am sick to my stomach with these used dealerships, thinking they can do this to people. So I m gonna save my money, and get a Dealers license. Hopefully I can put a smile on a few faces in the near future. Be good everyone.

I literally just bought a car from them within the week. Customer service was ok, paperwork process with Laurie wasn t too bad. But I wouldn t recommend getting a vehicle, even though I bought the car as is the paperwork made the car seem it was in good condition, test driving was ok, but shortly after I pulled off the lot I found a lot of things wrong with it! Highly disappointed but it is what it is. It s your choice if you decide to buy a car from them just be highly aware of the undiscussed/ hidden issues on the vehicle!

Update! Paid $12,000.00 for a piece of junk that I was not able to drive. After 8 months, I'm still waiting for the parts they supposedly ordered to fix the car. I did not even got a courtesy call to apologize. They never fixed the car. Worst nightmare ever! If I just could give a zero star!

Didn't even make my first payment and found out they sold me a huge hassle and of course none of it would cause it to fail. Didnt even out goid tires on the vehicle, all warped and uneven..So time to sink cash into another car 100% would not recommend

I HAVE NO IDEA WHY PEOPLE KEEP BUYING HERE READ REVIEWS FOLLOW REVIEWS MY FRIEND BOUGHT A CAR AT THIS PLACE IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS HIS MUFFLER WAS MESS UP AND BREAK CALIPER HANGING IF YOU TRY TO GO THERE HAVE AN ATTORNEY READY THIS PEOPLE SHOULDN'T BE IN BUSINESS REPORT THEM ALL THEIR CARS HAVE PROBLEM THERE IS NO MECHANIC NO WARRANTY EXIST THEY WOULD GET YOUR MONEY SIMPLE

Very wonderful experience here to pick up my favorite car, Honda Accord. The dealership was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this dealership and David to anyone looking for a used car. Ill start out by saying the customer service was good. I saw this vehicle online and called them about it on a Fri/Sat telling them I am interested in the vehicle and wanted to know if they could hold the vehicle till the following Monday since I was coming from MD. They held that vehicle for me and it was there Monday morning when I arrived. They were professional and polite through the entire process.I knew I would be buying the vehicle "as is" and was comfortable doing so. During the test drive there wasn't anything alarming to me that stood out or seem questionable. We started on the paperwork and while going through it, they explained they only had to change the brake pads, rotors, and give it an oil change. The car had less than 30K miles on it so I didn't expect it to need much.On the CT inspection report it stated that the vehicle passed the state inspection. Since this was an out of state purchase, the vehicle had to go through MD state inspection. I was expecting the vehicle to pass with flying colors but I was dumbfounded when the shop told me the vehicle failed! The vehicle failed due to needing two front tires. I wasn't expecting that at all and it was an inconvenience. Either CT is lenient on tires or MD is really strict. Furthermore, I was told the drivers front CV boot was leaking and needed to be addressed. I took the vehicle to the dealership to have them address the CV leak issue & come to find out, the CV boot/seal was all good and not leaking. However, the axle seal (which connects the axle to the transmission) was leaking and will need to be replaced. Great! Another issue I believe should've been caught and addressed by CT state inspection but here we are. Total repairs cost me an extra $800 out of pocket.While the service was friendly, i am not pleased with having to make repairs so soon on a vehicle that went through another state inspection and has less than 30K miles on it. The vehicle is a 2013 Honda Accord BTW. Not sure why the axle seal would need to be replaced so soon but things happen.Im happy with the vehicle because it will be with me for years to come, but it would've been a better experience had these things been addressed prior to purchase, or I was at least informed of these needed repairs.

Very professional staff. The salesperson Wally and Laurie in financing are very knowledgeable friendly, professional. Any questions we had they answered them promptly. They do not put any pressure on you while browsing in the lot. I highly recommend them . Had one minor issue with the car and the owner Gus took care of the issue quickly . This dealership cares about their customers. Will definitely buy from them again.

Car City is a smaller car lot sandwiched in-between a few other lots. The cars they have are easily found on Car Fax with their complete history and pricing. This was really helpful for us looking for a vehicle because we needed something with a low cost, good longevity and good gas mileage. We went without an appointment, looked at cars and test drove them. The salesman was not pushy in the least.Since we financed, we worked with Laurie, who was not only knowledgeable but extremely helpful. She first found us a deal that would work but was a little higher than we wanted and then found us an even better deal. She also made sure we had coverage in case anything happens. She made it very easy to get the information needed, whether through email or texting documents and providing feed back. Within 2 days we looked at cars, made a deposit, had all the paperwork done, got insurance and drove home with our new car.There was no extra fluff, no feeling pushed into anything, it was a really good experience.

I bought a 2011 BMW 535i from this used car dealership. Within a a day or two within buying the car there was a leak. I went back to the dealership they gave me a hard time and made sure to start speaking a different language so that I did not know what they were saying. Eventually sent me to their mechanic who worked at Manchester AutoCar in Vernon CT. Paid for service just to find out the mechanic made the car worse. Where there was a leak he sealed with the REGULAR Duck tape and broke the bmw cap that covers the engine!!! I would not recommend anyone buying a car from this place. Please save your money!!!!

The staff was friendly notably Wally and Lori both amazing people to work with and answer any and all questions I had. They worked with me to make sure I got the car I wanted. The car came cleaned and washed with no issue. I definitely recommend this dealership

Would I recommend? Yes, absolutely. Working with Gus and the team has certainly been one of the best car dealership experiences I ve had. With buying any used car there are some issues, and he s done nothing but help me try to get these issues fixed and ironed out! Again, I would highly recommend, but make sure to do your due diligence before buying a car to ensure it s a good car, dealerships don t always know all the issues.

One of the best car dealerships in that area. They have a good inventory of premium cars for under $10K, BMW's, Audi's, Infiniti's, and Wallie was very helpful throughout the whole process. Most of their cars seemed pretty solid, above par compared to a lot of other places. They really do care about their customers and the cars that they sell, so far has been a couple of months and my 2008 328xi has been wonderful. Any issue that I had early on was taken care of by David immediately and there has been no issues since then. Would definitely buy from them again.

I was in contact with every sales person here I called over 19 times in the span of 3 days. The finance manager was always on a lunch break could never get in contact with her until the day before I went in person. I got approved went in to buy the Jeep. I called 40 minutes before to confirm that I was going she said ok see you then and they where selling the car as I walked in. She said she had no idea I was coming or that the car was being sold. There are 4 staff members here they knew they were selling it not once did they call me to tell me to put a deposit. They were extremely disrespectful and unprofessional I would not recommend. Save your money and your time.
