So I had the pleasure of buying a truck from Miranda Ram 1500 to be exact and it was a very great experience they took the time to check over everything I didn t even notice . I waited until 3 week before I make a review and this is it . Am very happy with my truck everything work as it should so thank you guys keep up the good work .

If I could give zero stars, I would have. I bought a lemon of a truck from them. There s a difference between buying an as his truck and buying an as is truck where things were hidden from you. Check engine light turned on on the way home from picking it up leaking fluid all over the driveway ask them to fix the parking brake found out that the cables were just hanging underneath the vehicle to shut the light off. Needed a new catalytic converter for the check engine lights to be fixed, I m at $6800 in repairs and Miranda s response to me was what would you like me to do now. The repairs are coming out of my pocket because I don t trust this mechanic that they have there seeing as his way of fixing the parking brake was to leave the cables hanging. The wobble in the front was never fixed. I would just take your business elsewhere. And Miranda s response was why didn t you take it to us to have it fixed and my simple answer to that is I don t trust you anymore. The parking brake light was on. I asked for it to be fixed. The light is off, but only because the cables were just hanging under the vehicle And the parking brakes were still seized I should ve read the other reviews. I look forward to the snarky response.

We recently purchased a vehicle from Miranda. We are very pleased with the process and the time she took to make sure everything was smooth and correct. She even did a second check on the vehicles condition, which lead to a quick repair of the upper control arm. She is very thoughtful and thorough and trust worthy. Unfortunately the fuel pump went after I took the truck home and she had her tow truck deliver back to her shop on a Friday and it was fixed by Monday. For a 19 year old truck its in mint condition and runs great. We will be referring friends to her if I there in need of a used vehicle. We look forward to buying our next vehicle from her.

Amazing owner! Helped me out when I had an issue with my vehicle. I didn t have an appointment, but he helped me right away and quickly diagnosed the problem with my vehicle. Not only did he offer to fix the issue for a great price, but he was able to obtain the parts in less than 15 minutes after my arrival and fix the vehicle. He was knowledgeable and empathic towards my situation. I would highly recommend this mechanic! So much so that I will probably be driving significantly longer in order to get an oil change because I ll be driving all the way to east Windsor to A New England Auto & Truck.

Don t buy cars from here had horrible service here I think from miranda hamidovic they were not helpful at all and kept complaining when I were to ask about a car just had bad experience with this place don t recommend

I bought a used F150 from them a few weeks ago. I was impressed with their inventory and good prices. The guys are nice enough to work with and the owner is fair (can negotiate), but you'll need patience as they are very busy. My transaction took a few days to finalize while they performed some minor repairs at my request. With any used vehicle being sold as-is/no warranty, always beware and fully check the vehicle yourself. Overall I am pleased with their service and I am happy with my new old truck!

I called on a Monday looking for a specific part and spoke with Dan Shultz who was very knowledgeable. I explained exactly what I was looking for and was assured he would quickly follow up. Shortly after, the component was removed from a vehicle in the yard which was followed up with several pictures of the component sent to my phone. Dan called me first thing Tuesday morning stating the component was on its way to me. Two hours later, a courteous, uniformed driver arrived ( I wish I could remember his name) showed me the component that was secured in a heavy duty clear bag with a printed tag, and removed it off the truck for me. Later on in the day, I removed the component from the bag and noticed it was missing a small piece. I followed up with Dan who stated he would attempt to locate the piece. Wednesday morning, Dan text me a UPS link stating that the missing piece was on its way to me. I can t say enough positive things about my experience and highly recommend New England Auto and Truck.

This CT DMV authorized dealership is very helpful and quick for vehicle registration related formalities. It's a local business and a very helpful one. I came here for a new registration of a used car and it was my 1st experience of a vehicle registration. The staff was quite helpful in organizing the documents and finalizing the formalities of registration and gave me the plates on the spot. I highly recommend this place for anyone living in Hartford, Windsor or Manchester area

Called yesterday to make an appointment for registration, was told to come in today between 10-1, took time off work and time out of my day to come in, they had a sign on the door saying they were closed and unavailable for registration. THEY WASTED MY TIME AND COST ME MONEY. Me and at least 3 other people were there, obviously told the same thing as me. You are better off going elsewhere, if they are this dishonest about registration, I don't even want to know how dishonest they are about their trucks. Speaking of trucks, their inventory is small and their location is awful, go elsewhere for registration and trucks!

About a month after we purchased a GMC truck, we have many problems, some of which apparently were concealed through mechanic "techniques." The exhaust, which the owner insisted on repairing with plugs, is leaking again. We had asked her to not use the "quick and easy" technique, but she insisted it was done "all the time." The 4-wheel drive function doesn't work, the ABS brake light is on (they had supposedly repaired the ABS but the light came back), the power steering fluid has a major leak, and the truck has a rumbling sound on the side they replaced a ball joint on. Though it's an old truck (over 100K), it's just suspicious that all those things would go wrong so soon after purchase.It was also concerning that they were so intent on getting the truck inspected themselves rather than letting us take it for inspection. On the day we purchased it, we made it clear that we would take the truck for inspection after the "runner" got back from the Registry with the license plate. He returned with the truck inspected.It also took several weeks to purchase the truck--for ex., the salesman first put the wrong tax ID for A New England Auto on the form he sent to the insurance company. We had to wait for him to send another form, and for the insurance company to stamp and return it again. The whole experience was less than ideal, though of course purchasing a used vehicle is always a gamble.

Best place in the state of CT to get your car registration done.I was in and out in a matter of minutes.I hope I never have to go to DMV ever again and just go here. One good thing that came out of this pandemic.Privatization!

I took my wife's car into New England Auto and Truck for service. They diagnosed the problem, and explained the work needed up front. Their estimate was accurate and they didn't try to pad the bill.

Well run business that s wants to get you in the right truck. You can tell it s a family owned business. I bought a truck and the entire process was easy and helpful. It you need work done or need a used truck, I highly recommend going through these folks!

Terrible experience and still suffering the fallout from doing business with them. Safety/repair checks that were indicated as done were not done. Front and back breaks checked off as OK and found to be in dangerous shape- additonal $800 worth of work. Work done at the shop had to be redone. Parking break checked off as ok - does work.Would never go back.

After a long search for the right truck.I was lucky enough to find it here.Miranda was great she had all the answers.I was vary comfortable talking with her.They went over and beyond what normal sales people would have done.The mechanic was great.This man knew everything about my Avalanche.I am vary comfortable saying I would buy another vehicle from them anytime.Good job guys thank you.

I purchased a 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500 from them about a month-and-a-half ago andand I've had no problems with the truck whatsoever I love the truck very much the mechanic is very talented at what he does the salesman's very knowledgeable and they're just a great bunch of guys to talk.yo I will definitely be going back there for my next truck and I will definitely be referring my friends and I agree with the previous comment they are very busy so be patient
