Must say that although I haven t been there in ages, I spoke with the most delightful young lady who was beyond helpful! Informative and patient to the maximum! After my visit today for my car s emissions test they all proved, hands down, the BEST around across the board! Thank you Torello Tire for exceptional customer service

Torello Tire was amazing! We came all the way up here from Florida during our travels via recommendation! It was a lovely experience, the employees were amazing and so caring, and they took great care of us!

They were able to order the weird tires I was looking for (Vredestien), and mounted them on new rims that I brought in. Service was top notch. Prices were good. They brought me in 3000 miles after to have the lug nuts torqued down. I've always been a Costco customer, but I don't think I'm going to be able to go back to them. Torello tire was awesome.

I have been bringing my car to Torello for over ten years now and have always left there a happy customer. The crew is top notch and the service is terrific. And I never once felt I was being overcharged. Plus it's a family owned business so you gotta love that. Put your trust in this great local business and you won't be disappointed!!

Always feel like I can trust Torellos to do a good job at a fair price. I had a brake concern which they addressed, they took the time to explain everything and they called when the job was finished. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the waiting room is clean and quite comfortable.

I cannot say enough about my positive experience with Ashley and the staff at Torello Tire. My replacement tires were ordered and I was able to get my appointment moved sooner from a Friday to a Monday. The staff kept me informed of the service timeframe and delivered excellent customer service. The cost per tire was very reasonable.Thank you Torello!

The service I received at Torello was great. Easy drop off and pick up. Received a phone call when my car was ready. Staff very friendly and easy to work with. Definitely recommend for oil changes and other auto work. I've also had them work on my exhaust system in the past, prices very fair.

Had emssion testing done here. Never in my life have I had someone red line my truck for a SNAP test. I've had my emissions done 5 times since I've owned the truck. Only place to race the motor and red line it. Not to mention put a dent in my exhaust pipe. I won't be back.

Great service, Mike gave me great options for new tires for my vehicle. Very competitive pricing. Job was well done, new tires, alignment, balancing. Had my emissions done at the same time. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Thank you

Highly recommended! I ve always gone here for my CT car emissions, but when I had a flat tire and put my donut on temporarily, I couldn t find anywhere that had the tire I needed! The one place that I finally found could order it but would take 2 weeks to get! I couldn t wait that long as I needed my vehicle and had to drive on the highway which I felt wasn t safe with a donut on and kids in the back. I contacted Torello s and they were able to get it next day! I set it up and went in the next day to drop off my rim. The process was not only easy, but Mike was so helpful with questions I had! They are professional and respectful, and the business is very well maintained with a comfortable waiting area as well! I will recommend them to anyone I can, they were fantastic and very friendly!

Honestly, I was a little iffy going in because I m out of state. I caught a flat and wanted to get new tires all around so I came across this place. As soon as I walked in, everyone was friendly. Mike went out of his way to find the best priced tires and work around my schedule to make sure I was accommodated. He was genuine and made me feel like family. Highly recommend this place. Ask for Mike!!

Terrible terrible costumer service. The guy broke my lug nuts and lock to my tires and refused to pay for them. When I try to leave with my car they will not let me go unless I get my services done by them. They re money hungry business that do not care about their customers. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! go somewhere else.

Definitely will go back. Instilled trust in me at first visit. This was the first time I used Torello (based on their great reviews). I brought my car in for its 30,000 mile maintenance requirement. Dave reviewed the Toyota Dealers list of required maintenance with me and reassured me he would only do what was needed. True to his word, Dave and his team did what needed to be done to keep my car running smoothly and to stay in compliance with my extended warranty. The price was reasonable. The dealer wanted to charge me approx. 600. Dave charged me under 130.00 because he didn t milk me for all the unnecessary items on the list. I felt comfortable asking questions I had and received information that was helpful. I also had my emissions test done there. The shop followed CDC safety protocols and....Dave s a nice guy!

I wad told by my dealership i needed two tires so I brought it to Torrello as usual. They were able to plug the tires and save me a bunch of money. They were quick, upfront, reasonable, and most importantly honest. Never a bad experience in my entire 10 years of being a customer. Front of the house Mike and Michaela not to mention back of the house mechanics are always kind and happy to help.

My front passenger tire was sliced by a sharp curb edge. I was close to Torello, so drove carefully there. They went above and beyond to find the right replacement tire, get it delivered, replace on my car and get me back on the road in a reasonable time. Also, I felt their charges were also reasonable. I am very pleased by the experience with Torello.

Very accommodating they are willing to work with your schedule. I used the drop box route because I had to be at work before the day was out I received a call saying my vehicle was done and ready to be picked up. I am pleased with their service. Also Mike is easy to talk to and very hospitable. I will be returning for future services.

I needed a sensor replaced and went to dealership where they were charging over 500 dollars for parts and labor. I went to Torellos because I have changed oil and had emissions with no issues or bad service. They charged me less than 300 for labor and I purchased the part myself. Less than the 500 bill dealership was charging. They were nice and honest. Even showed me the part that was replaced and what they did. Thanks again.

We were from out of town, visiting our daughter nearby. We developed a tire issue, with one tire, necessitating replacement of all four tires on our truck. They made no promises, but they really came through. They had everything taken care of, quickly and efficiently. I had the opportunity to observe their customer service with other customers. They are a quality company that takes good care of its customers. Our daughter will use them in the future. I wish we lived closer.

Torello always does a good job, fair prices and honest recommendations. No mansplaining. Apart from waiting 30 minutes for my scheduled oil change to begin and the service tech who literally sped my car out in the lot, they were great. Only place I don t mind going for automotive stuff.

They were very nice and took care of my car quickly and honestly. I was a Service Adviser for 35 years and am leary of letting strangers touch my car. I would return to them for my next service. They didn't try to tell me I needed things I don't need or sell me a wallet flush service:-). Thank you Torello!

I had the snow tires changed on two cars and the brakes checked on one. As always the service was quick and the prices were reasonable. Torello is a great place to go for service in your cars. They never push unnecessary work and the work they do is top notch. Also, everyone that works there is very pleasant to deal with.

The staff was very knowledgeable about their products and services. I had bought new tires for my suv and the mounting, balancing and alignment was done flawlessly. I would definitely recommend getting your vehicle serviced there for any maintenance it may need.

The service and staff was phenomenal at my last visit. I showed up 10 minutes before they close and they took me in without question. The staff is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I enjoyed my experience here and will return back for any of my automotive services.

What kind can I say about this place?! They saved my day!! Flat tire on the day of my cousins wedding (talk about bad luck) and they were able to replace my tire and order me a new one to match the rest as a walk in all under and hour Helped me feel at ease and that I didn t have to worry. Not your average auto repair shop. Mike did a superb job with handling the situation and all was well! Thanks guys!

Excellent service, terrific prices. The garage is so CLEAN, I have never seen a garage that is spotless like at Torello. The lobby is sparkling clean as well. Totally impressed, they will be the only place I go for oil changes.
