I had a slow leak in my front driver side tire. Couldn t be fixed. I had to get a new tire. They called me when the tire arrived and fit me in to put on my new tire. Always happy with the service. Mike is great. Thanks again

The day after Thanksgiving my car died as I was leaving East Haven. As I panicked, I made a call to Torello's which was about a block away. Not only did they take me in, they completed my job by the end of the day so that I could continue my drive north for the weekend. The folks here were so kind and knowledgeable. It was also suggested that I apply for the "snap" program that financed the job, as I was not expecting a repair bill. Thank you to the entire crew at Torello's! Top Notch all the way!!

First visit here yesterday for emissions testing and was very pleased with my visit. Friendly people and efficient and clean, welcoming reception area. So happy my previous test site is no longer doing emissions!

Whether it's my tires or emissions or (most recently) my air conditioning, when I drive into Torello Tire I know I will be met by friendly, capable people who explain and are not condescending. Prices are competitive.We need to trust the people responsible for our means of transportation. I need to get to work on time; if you're reading this review, I'll take a leap and guess that you require your car for more than ornamentation, too.I believe I can trust the people at Torello. Over the past decade, I've been to Torello Tire for, as I said, tires, emissions, and AC. I had an incredible experience with Torello Tire. I needed 4 new tires on my jeep, and they did a full work up and recommended the best tires for my vehicle. Joanna provided exceptional customer service, was attentive, quick and went above and beyond in a purchase I am not familiar with and made sure I was well taken care of. I highly recommend them for your tire needs!!

Dropped off our Silverado Dually last week to get aligned and the team did a great job. The staff was very nice to interact with and they definitely seem to know their cars (noticed my buddy's awesome Chevy SS right off the bat which is a pretty rare bird). On a recent road trip from NJ to RI, we unexpectedly got a flat tire on I-95 about a mile from Torello Tire. Paul took care of us as if we were family, was able to repair our tire for a minimal cost, and got us back on the road in less than an hour. I am extremely grateful.Service: TiresService: Tires

Get emissions done there. Clean, special parking area. Nice waiting room, not that I was there long. Had my test done and received paperwork in 5 minutes. Highly recommended.Professional all the way. Will be my go for emissions!
