I got a flat tire today driving on The highway and requested roadside assistance through my car insurance. Someone from this company ended up coming. First, he came with no jack he left and came back with one and then told me the jack would not fit under my car because my car was too low, which was a lie because somebody came 15 minutes after him from another company and was able to fit a jack under my car with no problem. He also said he was going to go back to the shop to see if he had another jack and no one ever called me to let me know he wasn t coming back. I had to call them myself. He seemed very annoyed, and it really just seemed like he didn t want to help at all from the moment he got there. It felt like he kept looking for excuses to not do the job.

I had a flat tire and this is through roadside assistance with my insurance-I was very disappointed with the time it took for someone to come out for the first call no one came in over an hour after a second call to roadside assistance they sent this company it took about 35 minutes the technician took his time and got the job done. The tire bolts were on very tight but he got them off, I appreciate the hard work.

My experience with One Source was outstanding. My car broke down on the highway far from home. They sent out a tow quickly and brought my car back to their shop where they brought it back to life. They were great with communicating with me about what was wrong with my car and how long it would take to fix it. And I found the bill to be very fair and honest. One Source is a mechanic you can trust and count on when you're in a bind.

Brought my Freightliner tractor there for issues of truck losing power. I was so stressed out about it because I had taken it to a few shops before and all they did was change parts which did not fix the problem. One Source quickly diagnosed the issue with high tech Cummins software and in no time I was back on the road. Mechanic Santiago was very friendly and knowledgeable and understood my need for a timely repair. That s what keeps me coming back there. Good quality shop with good quality people.

My husband and I were driving on the highway when my tire went completely flat. We pulled over to the breakdown lane and my husband realized there was no spare tire in the car (we had just bought the car from a friend and naively assumed there was a spare). The fix a flat and 12v air compressor didn t help in the least and I called AAA to find out we didn t have any tows left so it would be a fortune to tow.We walked to the closet off ramp and waited for a friend to come scoop us up and bring us home.Hours later I remember that I have the Life360 app - I pull it up on my phone and see that IT COMES WITH ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE!!I call the number listed, provide my information and in less than 3 minutes they have a tow truck assigned to save my car!I immediately get text updates from One Source Towing & Repair telling me who they are; plus, the tow truck driver called me to introduce himself and to update me that he is on his way. He gave me his estimated time of arrival and assured me I was in good hands. I ve NEVER been called by my AAA tow truck driver to introduce himself and give me a real time ETA!The driver called me again as he got closer to the part of the highway I was on - he wanted to make sure he had enough time to slow down and pull to the side without disrupting traffic.When he arrived he was SO polite. He immediately took charge and was able to get our car up and on the truck bed even after it was putting up a bit of a fight.He drove the car back to our apartment and pulled a very impressive backup/turn to get the car in the driveway on our tight street.The entire situation, from the minute he called to the minute he drove away from our apartment was, maybe, 15 minutes.SO impressed with this company and especially impressed with the driver! If I could give more than five stars I definitely would!Service: Car towing

Terrible service. Wish I could give them negative stars. The transmission on my co-worker s truck blew out around 10AM, and we didn t see the tow guy until after 3PM, This was after we were told that it would originally be 60-90 minutes; then half an hour; then less than 60 minutes again; and even then, it took the guy at least an extra hour and half to show up. By then, we cancelled and had another company that came in under half an hour. And they still had the audacity to tack on a cancellation fee. The only positive I can say is that the charge was taken off.We called the place several times and they kept making excuses as to why the driver hadn t showed up. They never updated us on the situation regarding where the driver was in relation to us and kept putting us on hold after asking for an address to the physical location (which I never got a straight answer on).Finally, when I asked for the boss name, the person taking my call refused to give me the full name of the owner. I had some words for him, but I never got a full name. Something sketchy is going on at this business too. I don t know what it is, but everytime we asked for a location of the shop, we were put on hold and hung up on.Now, before I continue, let me say that I was angry and did yell. Was I being rude, unprofessional, and yelling a lot? Yeah. Do I regret it? No. The company kept hanging up on us after we called asking for the ETA. Of course I m going to be angry after waiting there for five hours. Why should I be professional to them if it wasn t being reciprocated back to me or my co-worker?Again, if I could give them a negative star review. I would. If you need to get your car/truck towed, don t use these guys.Services: Transmission, Special vehicle towing

This is the worst company in ct . They're dirty They're yard is dirty everything about them are dirty.. they dont even ha e equipment .. They're tow drivers are not even experienced at all.. I dont recommend anyone to get They're services....

Well they came very quickly and the man was very nice....But he delivered my car to a used car lot across the street from my mechanic and he left tge car unlocked with the keys on it!!! I was so grateful nobody stole it!! I was wondering why my mechanic didn't call me ....so after a week and a half went by I called my mechanic and my heart stopped when they said we never received your car!!! They sent someone outside to look downtrend street and there it was, in a used car lot!! It's fine now, the got the keys and drove it their lot!! Very disappointing Service: Car towing

My experience was terrible. First off I was informed this company would get to me in about 2 hours even though I was 15 minutes away from where they are located. I waited the 2 hours and never got a call. The website says open 24/7 but when I called it kept saying they were closed and none of the extensions were taking calls. After calling back like 6 times I finally was able to make it route me to another number that I left a message on. The number it gave me wasn't the same as the website. I tried emailing them to get a response but I did not get a call or response until the following morning. I had to call my Onstar back and they ended up setting me up with a different company who got back to me in 15 minutes. This company emailed me the next morning and called me from both numbers but I had already had another company get my car and help me the previous night when I actually needed the help.

It was late. I wasn't near home. I randomly called a Google result. They were great. Got my car to a shop right next to their business. Help me find a hotel. Days Inn turned out fine. The actual driver dropped me at the hotel. His partner's polite conversation calmed very frazzled nerves. Good people.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

I needed to be to work in 2 hours as I work 3rd shift and I was afraid that I wouldn t be able to regain access to my vehicle seeing as how the car lockout happened after 9pm! The gentleman that came out was courteous and he was absolutely persistent in making sure he did everything possible to get me back into my vehicle! Absolute life saver!Service: Car lockouts

First time here. Had an issue with the starter(Called to tow our semi truck, they arrived in an hour. Definitely 5 stars! Amazing service, very grateful for the work done on my dads trucks. After spending 10k at Kenwood and no positive news, 1 source solution helped me and my dads truck has been driving so well. They guarantee the job and deliver! Highly recommended.

I will 1st like to start with the great customer service that I observe while waiting. My truck was done within 3 hrs and I got updates as the time went, that made me very happy and comfortable. I would reccomend this shop to everyone I know with heavy duty truck . Their work is great and not to mention thee amout of experience all the Tech have.just talking to them would make any truck owner happy to put their truck in the techs hands.I'm happy I choose1source solution .

I got a flat tire after I hit something on the highway. They got there pretty quickly and the driver was very accommodating and brought me to my destination to get my tire repaired.
