I had an incredible experience with this truck tire repair company last night, and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. We recently had a flat tire on our limo bus, and we were in a bit of a jam. I called their after hours, and from the moment Joanna picked up the phone, I knew we were in good hands. I relieved the chauffeur and was there personally when Mike arrived to repair the flat tire on a cold, rainy night. I must say that Mike was absolutely fantastic at his job. They immediately made our company vendor list for future needs. Thank you!

10/18/2021 Stopped in to have a leaky valve checked. Asked to have all my pressures adjusted. Leak was a loose valve core. They replace and checked my air pressure at no charge. Friendly and courtesy service, from the Service desk to the techs that worked on my truck.

Very nice people at JTTS. I had a tire that needed to be installed. I had bought the tire somewhere else but the mechanic did not have the proper size socket to take my tire off the box truck.I found JTTS about 40 miles away. They had just closed for the day but the lady at the desk called the installer to come back to work and put the tire on. It was a grand experience. I will always keep their card in my wallet in case I'm up in that area again. Thank you Joanna.

Everyone at Joanna s was so great and helpful! They went completely out of their way to help me find (and get a great price!) on tires for my RV, and were so patient with my having no idea what I needed.
