Jason from service took care of our vehicle like it was his own. The service is always good at McDermott and our vehicle feels brand new. They only perform what your vehicle needs and explain everything that s going on. Great dealership highly recommended

Had an issue with my truck on a Monday and got my truck there by Tuesday morning and was ready by Wednesday morning. Jason in service always assists us with our service needs. We appreciate the excellent service.

After the recent storm we had, all 4 of my tires were nearly flat. I went to 4 different gas stations in the area and all of them their air pumps weren't working and actually took MORE air out of my tires.Limping along at 1 mph with my 4 year old in the car and my hazards on, I pulled into the service center here as a last ditch effort. I had no money to offer, but I asked if there was a chance someone could fill the air in my tires.They weren't even open 10 minutes and everyone here jumped to find someone to help me out. My poor car limped in and I'm lucky I didn't pop my tires or bend my rims that's how little air I had left!The service people here literally saved my day and in this awful time of the kandemic where it's really hard to find some kindness amongst the fear, these people really went above and beyond for me.I know it's a small simple thing, but I cried on my way to my Dr apt after they helped me out, I was just so touched by their generosity even though I was not customer and I had nothing to offer!

Avoid at all costs. Had an appointment at 1.30, was told this would take just over an hour, decided to wait, went back to the service desk after 1.5 hours only to realise they had not even started in the car. Noone bothered to tell me. This is a joke of a place.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
