I have to give them 5 stars. They replaced my rear brake pads and rotors at the price they said and it was done in about an hour. The brakes feel great and no complaints from me which is unusual.

My car was making a noise that I did not hear. Augie caught it during and oil change. He was willing to fix it that week. When time came to pick up the car he went and got the broken parts and explained to me what the issue was. He also drove the car a great distance to make sure it was all set! Much appreciated!!

Amazingly fast and profesional.service. I called them out of the blue for a brake issue in my Jeep and Augie the Assistant Manager was happy to have me come in right away. He explained everything in detail and made sure to call before he did the job and called immediately once the job was completed.It was truly a pleasure dealing with Augie and the team at the Derby Monro site! Highly recommend!

They are life savers. My daughter's car needed repair quick because of the coming weather and they were there for her. There service is outstanding, and I appreciate all they have done. Job well done and Thank You so Much. I feel we have new mechanics.

I received the best service today!!I did not have an appointment and Augie was able to get me a quote and start the work right away. Great service!!He was helpful getting all my repairs in order and explaining to me the cost and what was being worked on. Will keep going back whenever I need a repair or tires.

Monro Auto in Derby, CT took my car in for an important repair on short notice, got the work done in the timeframe they provided and charged a fair price. I dealt with Kevin and Augie, who could not have been more professional and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

I called beforehand to bring in my car because of a flat tire. The assistant manager Augie told me to bring in my car in the afternoon and they d look in. Team was super quick in repairing/replacing my tire. I was back on the road in no time! Service was great, will definitely be coming back here for all my service needs.

I have been coming here for YEARS but I brought my car in today after work for a 4:30 appointment. I asked the manager, see you in what, 30-40 minutes? He said yeah around there. I took a walk to the family dollar around the corner and got back about TEN to FIFTEEN minutes later and my car was ready to go. This is hands down the BEST service I have ever received from a shop. Isaiah was my tech, outstanding guy, very knowledgeable he knew what my car needed the second he saw it. And Augie(the manager), really nice guy as well. I recommend this place to the fullest. Nothing bad about it. Give these guys the opportunity to service your car and you will be more than pleased. :)

The men were very helpful and went above and beyond to service my car. I drive with hand controls (manual wheelchair in car.) To get in and out of the car twice to get air into my tires would have been a lot of work. They helped me with this service and wouldn't accept a charge or tip. I'm very grateful.

The manager was awesome. I had an urgent repair before a vacation and he finished the repair in a surprisingly short time. I will definitely return to this repair facility.

Really helped me out when my car had an issue. I came in Wednesday before they closed and they told me what I needed done and set me up for an appointment the next day. They gave me an ETA of 2 hrs and I sat and waited and was out the door 1 hr later. From what I experienced this shop is friendly and really good at explaining the work they recommend doing. The were open from beginning until end and I would definitely recommend them.

We had a bubble in tire we stopped in to Monroe in Derby Ct and the man Augie who was there alone took us right in and took care of our tire problem right away and made sure we were safe to drive again. He also checked other tires. They need more people like him. He went out of his way for us. Thank you so much Augie..Gina Watters

I dropped my car off thinking I needed brakes. They told me I needed all 4 brakes done with rotors almost $1,000 they wanted to charge me. I said no. They offered to do just my rear brakes a little over $500 they wanted to charge. I said no. I bought the parts myself and took it to a private mechanic. He told me my brakes and rotors were good. Becareful with this place. Can't trust people.

First time here little problems at the start buying tires off good year and having them sent and installed at this garage. Not their fault good year mess up. But they handled it well still got me in for my appointment was a smooth visit which I can t say for most garages around the area!

I usually have a great experience here but last time I came for an oil change. Augie Regalado told me I have a small oil leak and needed a new engine mount. Told me not to worry about the service for the engine mount because I didn t have cash on me. Took my number so I can come back for the oil leak that next Sunday. Augie then finds me on Facebook and request me. Seems unprofessional to me. Then texts me 9:30pm asking how I am and how my day was.. nothing regarding my car. On Sunday I mention I m getting a second opinion on the oil leak and he then asks when I can give him money for installing my engine mount after I was told not to worry about it. Very uncomfortable as a woman having to deal with unprofessionalism. After many years of great service I now have to look for another shop in hopes of better professionalism.

Staff is always pleasant and does a great job with the oil changes and inspections. They provide information on additional needs for the vehicle without pressuring a sale. Always great service.
