This is a no frills tire shop but give great prices and service. They were super nice, answer questions, and do a great job. They don t do appointments so it s best to show up first thing when they open. But I was still in and out of there faster than the big name tire place that is in Connecticut. This is a good place to buy tires online and have them install them, balance them and do a front end alignment. Would definitely recommend.

Great little tire shop! The ppl were super helpful and friendly. The price went up slightly in past years but still good deals. The only small issue is their lack of parking. I will be back!

These guys were fantastic! Great service & price. Walked in for a front end alignment, they were friendly, honest & service was fast. We were in and out in 30 minutes. Will definitely return again.

Great service, rapid and reliable. I was a little disappointed that it cost me $20 for a plug on a tire with a screw? Is this your actual rate or was I charged incorrectly? Please confirm if that is your actual rate and I will gladly update my review.Thanks.

I never have to wait long, and they never disappoint at all. Polite, friendly, very honest and quick. And so far, everytime I needed a tire, they have had my size in stock as well. Try them out.

Editing the review for the sake of adding this:In 2023 my account was hacked and in the process someone left this review, I am not deleting the review simply because I think it's really funny that the first thing someone does with a gmail account isn't changing the password or anything- it's leave a positive review for Isaac's tires. The service here must have been as fantastic as they say to warrant such a glowing review and regardless of who truly left the review I feel it would be a disservice to the staff to pull it.I spoke on the phone with Miguel who was very helpful in explaining my options and filling in my gaps of knowledge. I felt like he took the time to really understand me.When I got there, the level of service increased! I think his name was Anthony. He came right out of the shop and started working on getting me a new tire. He explained why he chose that tire and let a feeling of relief wash over me. After taking the car to my dealer service center, they didn t recommend rotating the tire or replacing it. $60 and only 15 minutes and they had me rolling again.Excellent service. Even better employees. Will be returning here for issues in the future.

brought my Jaguar in this morning with staggered tires i bought online from summer to all season s. was told 20 mins i think they did it in about 15. super friendly and understood time was of the essence. class act! keep up the good work boys!

Great place to buy your new or used tires. Prices are great and service is excellent. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Before going to the usual big box tire retailers, stop buy Isaacs Tires first, you will not be disappointed.

The process was simple and friendly from the beginning to finishing stages:I called ahead, stating the cars brand and model, and what service I needed. The service attendant told me to come whenever was best.I took a 5 minute drive over the Derby bridge from Shelton, parked in their lot next to the service bay and walked inside to be met by a group of relatable peers aged about their mid 20s.After a brief inspection of my current tires, I was given a price to which we agreed. I provided my keys, sat in the waiting room with a book, and was being cashed out 20 minutes later. $120 total to dismount and dispose of my old tires, and mount two fresh tires.Truly a stress free process for me, and I would hope for anyone else in need of tires that you would check out this small business before going to a major chain like town fair or professional and potentially sit in hours long lines. I came in on a Saturday at 2 pm and was given 5 star service.

Called to get a price on 2 tires couldn't beat it and ended up with 4, the gentlemen were caring and didn't try to talk me into getting things I didn't need. They were so nice and got me right in and the price was extremely reasonable. Thank you very much.

This location was our saving grace and I 100% recommend this location over any other in the area. (Also note we are from NYS so an issue like this can certainly cramp your trip)On Derby Milford road in CT there was a massive rock on the side of the road but also in the road, and as you guessed it, we of course hit the rock which sliced a good 2.5 inch gash in the sidewall of our tire, instantly deflating it. We hobbled on our deflated spare to town fair tire two miles away, all the bays were full, there were tons of people in the waiting room playing on their phones and a line at the desk....we were already significantly off schedule for our beach road trip, so I searched for an alternate location, and two miles out was Isaacs Tires, they could immediately get us in! As noted above they were our saving grace. We pulled in and they greeted us immediately, and the vibe there was filled with caring, helpful, and understanding employees not trying to break your bank.Within 15 minutes (I think it was even less than that tbh) our car was back in business with a new tire and they even reinflated our spare for us!!! We paid less than $80 when all was said and done. Afterwards we all had a small chit chat before leaving to the ocean, but seriously if you're ever in the area and have an issue with your tire, skip those commercialized tire places and go to Isaacs, not only do they make you feel comfortable, but they are so helpful and friendly and do not financially destroy you.I'm even considering stopping by there in another three weeks just to have them replace our rear tires, I've never been to such a pleasant spot and frankly after this amazing experience I have no problem driving two hours for them to switch out my tires.I just want to say thank you for being so quick, efficient, and friendly, you all made a terrible tire issue feel less stressful.

Did a great job, while I waited! Changed over 4 tires, mounted & balanced for a great price. Much cheaper than the other garages around that were booked for 5-7 days! I will be back when I need new tires for sure! Will recommend to everyone I know also... Keep up the good work!

These people are rude & weird. They treated my boyfriend with poor Customer service, which is putting it nicely. They were raising their voice over nothing what so ever, while my man remained calm & when my boyfriend checked their tone they became more rude.

I called in the morning about having tires for my minivan and Alex said he had them in stock ,brought van to shop and had 2 tires taken off and had two new tires mounted and balanced and put back on in less than a half hour.He also told me there is another tech around back that you can see about another issue (transmission leaking) the tech told to stop by on a Saturday if he is in ,he will lift van up and see if a gasket is bad on upper part or transmission if so he said about $190 to fix ,,,, if that's all that is wrong good price for a couple hours of work

Had a flat tire yesterday in the rain got my car to the shop and got sold a great used tire for $63 it took literally like 15 minutes and I was back on the road .. these workers are friendly and great at what they do I will come here everytime I need tire work done thanks for the help guys

Brought my tires elsewhere bring car in to have rhem put one with high speed balance. Called ahead and got a price brought to shop walked in first person asked what I needed told him he asked if I got a price and told him. Fee minutes later another person asked same thing told hom same as the first person. They got me in when done the guy who did the work said the price was 100 dollars more than what was said.He stated did swap high speed balance and alainment. Said I didn't ask for the alainment then another guy said would do the alainment for 80. Said well its done and if needed it ok. Well next day took on highway was pulling to right and right wheel felt funny. Hubby brought back the next day gut put on rack and said everything was sopt on. Which it was not. Brought to Sabos and they fixed it it now rides beautiful. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP they will rip you off

These guys are quick and cheap, but give you great service. I had to get 4 tires replaced, balanced, and aligned and they did it all for $220. After I left, one of the weights fell off so I called them when I got back home and they told me to bring it by the next day and they fixed it for free. Highly recommend going here if you need an issue fixed with your tires, the staff are very polite and knowledgeable.

If not for the price I would have given this shop a higher rating. However, I was very disappointed when I found out that they charged me over twice the amount for a service which would have been less elsewhere. Partially my fault since I wasn't an informed consumer and didn't do my research prior. Was in a hurry and wanted to get my winter tires changed. I brought my tires to the shop and was told it would cost $140 to do the switch. No other services involved. I thought it was a bit steep but like I said I needed to get it done. The workers were very pleasant and professional otherwise.The price rested on me so I called Town Fair tires where I had originally intended to go. They quoted me $59....ouch! I was so disappointed. Will only go here for a quick fix like air in tire or plug/patch a tire but nothing else. Don't mind paying a little extra but hate being ripped off!

I just wanted to add my positive experience to the rest of the good reviews. Memorial Day Weekend I ended up with a screw and a slow leak in one of my tires. I was pleasantly surprised they were open on the holiday. I was in and out in a very short time, the price was very reasonable, and the workers great to deal with.

Just had a great experience at Isaac's Tires at 340 Derby Ave in Derby. After being turned away from Town Fair because I purchased my tires wholesale online (corporate policy they do not install new tires purchased online) Trey and crew got me in quick to mount and balance all 4 corners of 35x12.5x20. The price and service were phenomenal. A couple came in while I was waiting with a vibrating issue and they addressed it on the spot with a caring attitude. They definitely earned my business going forward, give them a shot!

They charged me for alignment,rotation and balance and guess what they didnt even bother balancing tires, i called them they asked me to bring my car back and he ll fix the issue but i am end up having same shake on my steering wheels. I went to another mechanic and he said my tires were off balance badly and my alignment was out by more than 2 inches. Never trusting these guys again unless its just something small.

I managed to pop my mother's tire on a pothole at 9am on a sunday. This place allowed us to come right down to their shop and had 2 new tires put on in a very reasonable amount of time. We hung out in their waiting room and watched one of the final destination movies (excellent selection, I might add) and when they were done putting 2 brand new tires on her car, those 2 new tires and labor were very reasonably priced, in my opinion. Would definitely recommend to anybody needing this kind of work done. The Sunday staff was SUPER friendly and personable. This is where I will come for all of my tire needs from now on.

My daughter came here a few months ago to have tires put on her car. I was really shocked when our mechanic showed me the bolts that were used to install the tires. They were the wrong size, were not tight, and literally falling apart. If the mechanic didn't catch this her tires could've fallen off her car. What the hell?!! That is seriously dangerous and I do not recommend this place at all! Seems like they do NOT care about the safety of their customers one bit!
