Best mechanics around. Everybody here is so kind and always willing to help, and if you don't know much about cars this is a safe place to go. No one talking down to you, no judgement, just very genuine and helpful people here! Thank you guys for all that you do!

Mark and his team recently replaced a CV axle and motor mount on my vehicle. He managed to fit us into his schedule at short notice, so we re now back on the road. Fair pricing, honest advice, and great workmanship. Thank you.

I recently moved to CT and didn't have a recommended car shop to use in the area. My car experienced issues and needed a fuel body, Mark was beyond helpful and honest about fees and how long it would take. I was very impressed with this location and price. It is very obvious that he is knowable and experienced with his career. I am so happy with the services I received!!Thank you so much Mark!

Mark at Traveler Shell is incredible, and has done such a great job keeping the fleet of vehicles for The Sunshine Shop well-maintained. I'm not great with cars, but he's done a great job explaining to me what's going on, and working with my schedule, and giving me practical advice on what needs to be done and what doesn't. He's also extremely knowledgeable and good at what he does. One great example was my Tundra was having engine troubles and an engine light was on. He diagnosed it and said it could be a couple things, but to start with the easiest - that I might have gotten some bad gas. He explained the difference between "branded" and "unbranded" gasoline to me (who knew?!) and so I filled up with some gas from his station...then within a couple of days, the check engine light was off and the vehicle was running great! I highly recommend these guys, both for quality gas and also for doing a great job servicing our vehicles. Thanks Mark!

These guys are great. I couldn't really explain what was wrong with my car, aside from a noise, and they fixed it same day with no problem. Mark was great at explaining what the problem was and what I needed to do going forward, and the price was beyond reasonable. There's a reason so many people recommended I take my car there. It's wonderful to have found an honest shop to take my vehicle to!

Locally owned, it is fairly new and well maintained. The people working the store are always friendly and personable.

I called and booked an appointment for an oil change the day prior. Show up about 5-10 minutes early and hand the owner my keys. Says okay it will be about 40 45 minutes. I said for an oil change? I told him I had another appointment at 1130 (right next door) and he said that's not going to happen. You can guess what I did next...took my keys back and said have a nice day. First and last visit. Customer beware.

I don't typically associate the word "honest" with a garage, however, I've come to trust this place. There have been multiple oppurtunities for them to charge me way more for something that I didn't need, when my problem was actually just a simple fix. Mark has always gone out of his way to explain things to me and answer all of my questions, and has never made me feel stupid or rushed. I try to do stuff on my own as much as possible, but when it's above my skill set, or particularly important, I trust that they won't screw me over. I've never had a bad experience here.

I locked my keys out of my car today, and in the rain two employees got out of work at 5pm and came straight to help me out; not asking for a dime. This review may not be about the business as a whole, but it is a testiment to the people who work there. THANK YOU AGAIN!!

I would not take my car anywhere else! It is always fixed right the first time. Mark and his crew always take the time to listen to what my concerns are and then properly diagnose and fix the problem.

Fantastic service station. Very fair prices and an extremely friendly crew. I refuse to fuel up or have my vehicles worked on at any other establishment.

I stopped in with low tire pressure and asked the gentleman that works there if he could fill my tire . He saw that I had a nail in my tire . I was in a rush and he took the time to help me and patch it for me . He was very kind to me ! Thank you !

Nice selection of convenience items, clean bathroom, and very friendly people. Appears to be a locally owned business. I m not from the area but I wouldn t hesitate to stop here again.

Open bathrooms; no key needed, which is nice.BUT, the attendant did not know how much ethanol was in the fuel when I asked. Which is not good. Can't blame him, but I can blame management.
