I called because I heard great things about O'Reilly's.But when I called for a replacement battery for a newer Subaru,The young man told me that it has to be replaced by a professional and that it was very difficult.I thought you guys were professional? I'm pretty sure he just didn't want to do it because it was cold outside....I'm sure the regional managers love to hear that...

Competency is pretty hard to find these days, it seems, but not here! These guys know their stuff. I'm a machinist, but I'm no mechanic. The manager, Chris, did an excellent job running diagnostic tests and pinpointing the issue, after my headlights died on the highway on the way home. Obviously I thought my battery was dying, but they tested everything, and it turned out to be a loose connection on one headlight and the other had just burned out by coincidence. A really odd circumstance, but instead of just testing the battery and throwing his hands up, Chris tested the entire fuse box, then when they appeared good, he dug into the headlights (which are not easily accessed) and tested the physical connections. All of this extra labor and troubleshooting, free of charge mind you.He and the younger guy with him saved me a ton of time, money, and stress of bringing it to the dealership.

I was helping a woman and child with a dead battery, although I did get he started she was hesitant to drive to the Dayville store, a quick call to the store and they were happy to drive out and install a battery for her, way to go above and beyond customer service

Absolutely amazing! My car died down the road and I was able to call to make sure they had my battery in stock, got up to the store and Billy (bill) was more than happy to help me replace it!! It took less than 20mins, hats with a "complex" battery (computers words)Thank you sooo much!!

Got stuck 50 miles from home with a busted brake line. Took the line to O'Reilly's where they custom created the correct brake line with my custom size fittings in the store before I even checked out. Great store, my cashier, Bill, was a great help. Will definitely be sending customers your way!

This Place is A Great Blessing even open sundays to 7pm. The Manager MATT was a great help. He supplied me with all the tools necessary to fix 2 broken hoses in a 04 Jaguar. Matt gave great advice and assistance being a fellow Racer he has the know how and being hundreds of miles from home this " car tragedy" ended up being a short pit stop an I was on my way with my family!

Even on a SUNDAY, price matched with competitors, in 3 hours they had parts delivered that weren't in stock at this location! Friendly and very helpfull staff (I have zero knowledge about car repair situation) every time I have been back.

O'Reilly is newer to town, so far so good. With Napa being so expensive, and advanced auto lack of inventory, O'Reilly just might be my go to place!!!
