We brought my mother-in-law's Velar to the dealer without an appointment. There were a few issues she was having. They were so kind about leaving it and fitting it in when they could (we were not in a hurry to get it back). All went well. Thank you!

Paul Bialy in the service department took such good care of me today. My car key was not working and I showed up desperate to the service area without an appointment.He was able to find me another key,program it, conduct a complete video service inspection of my car and have it washed and detailed all under two hours.Not to mention, he provided an Uber for me to run errands while I waited.I am so grateful to him for such fantastic customer service.Thank you Paul!

They are always very courteous and professional. I like the new video inspection where the mechanic narrates and shows you things that need attention. They also clean your vehicle and do a better job than Splash! My wheels were actually clean. About the only negative is the cost but then you expect that if you get serviced at the dealer.

I ve been a customer from Manhattan at Darien Land Rover since 2012. I ve purchased my first range sport there. To my second an finally my LWB. The reason I keep going back is because of the staff a the way the treat me like family. My service advisor Eric Zumble is extremely knowledgeable, courtesy, an a true professional. The service manager is doing a phenomenal job with his team. The sales staff are just as great. I highly recommend this place for all your JLR needs. I was driving from NYC and got a flat tire. Darien Land Rover was off the exit of the highway. I pulled in for help as I live in MA. The service dept jumped in to help this stranded Mom. So kind and helpful and fast. They helped ease the stress and get us back on the road safely. Thank you!!!

Rob was terrific and fixed my problem just like Paul has done in the past. As a business owner myself I know that you can t please everyone and are subject to parts availability,that a lot of people don t understand,but I do.
