Privately own dealer or service department, who declined servicing my brand new Chevrolet 2022 lease car. Which has an oil change package purchase at signing that s accepted, virtually in all the the dealers, except this one? Heading to Wilton now for my oil change. Called several dealers near town and they all accept the package. Who s owns this place, who s this private owner? Don t get your car service here. They don t want to work, go somewhere else. They lost a customer, If I need brakes I m heading to Wilton.

I was waiting in the parts sales area for about 45 minutes and no one attended me at the counter. This place is terrible in customer service.

this dealership like other chevy dealerships are not good on custumer service, I had a transmission replaced on my truck and they remove parts and forgot to put them back on, and simply stated that they woulnt forget to replace something like this, the technician told GM he replaced it for free which it never happend. Later on wanted to charge me for parts that were missing from my truck, that they have removed. The service manager said "thank you for your service i will replace it for half of the price" . The parts to be replaced were lost by the dealership and now want to charge me for their incompetence.. Is this how they "support" the troops.
