Oh I love this place. Edwin is so very helpful and accommodating, and my car looks great! The door got smashed in a collision and the repair and paint are perfect. They even cleaned the interior !!!

This place is beyond amazing! I was in an auto accident and needed repairs. The original shop I was referred to was closed, and after dealer recommended next level auto, the rest was history! They took care of every step of my repairs and communicated at all points. I am beyond grateful for all their help and will continue to use them going forward!

These guys are simply the best! I had my Porsche a few years back and now my Alfa Romeo 4c body work performed here. The paint match was seamless and perfect on my recent repair. The team is amazing and everything quoted in regard to price and work was on target. The workmanship was simply superb. Communication was excellent. I highly recommend these guys for any paint or body work for any make or model vehicle. Thanks Edwin, Fred and team!

2021 x5 got side swiped really bad. These guy kept it professional when describing details about the work being done. did the job correctly and accurate. From my experience in NYC. The job was as dealer quality level.. Impressive work honestly. I ll gladly drive to next level ct for my future jobs. Anyone who has required body work on their vehicle knows how stressful this can be. My recent experience with Next Level Auto Body help to minimize some of my stress. They explained exactly what my repair options were and explored several different approaches (highlighting different price points.) They diligently worked on my vehicle to have it back to me in the shortest amount of time. The staff was always professional and provided me with accurate information , and most importantly accurate time frames for my repairs. Their excellent customer service arranged to have my vehicle towed from NYC to Connecticut, then delivered it brand new to my doorstep WOW, talk about making it easy! I hope you never have a fender bender with your car, but if you do, you will not regret working with Next Level Auto Body.

If I could give them 10 starts I would. It was a great experience I had to use next level twice in a matter of a few months. I hit a big deer and had alot of damage to the front of my car. When I went to pick up my car when it was done I was so happy with the job they did. It looked better than brand new. After about 2 weeks I hit another a deer and had damage again to the front that they had just repaired. I was so embarrassed. When I picked up my car for the 2nd time it was in showroom condition as well. They really do a great job! Edwin was a pleasure to work, always keeping me up to date on my car. Excellent, white glove customer service. Kept me updated every step of the way on the tints I got done and did an excellent job with it. They care about the quality they put in and it really shows. Going back soon to get my car wrapped - they do it all!

What can I not say about Edwin and his crew...They are not your ordinary junk yard guys ...They are instantly your most friendly, sympathetic, and ally you can have out there in a time if need.Put that together with their knowledge, attention to detail, artistry, and just taking your worries away from you. By far THE BEST OUT THERE!!!

Next level went over and beyond when it came to making sure my car was brand new again. From towing my car from the accident scene to giving it a nice polish after everything was done I could not have been any happier. I really hope I don t have to see them again any time soon but if I m ever in need of another collision center I know who to call! Thumbs up team!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had an absolutely amazing experience here! Brought my car for tint service and for a concern of a small scratch on my car and it was corrected perfectly very quickly also My tints came out perfect ! Incredibly detailed. They took the time to deeply analyze what was needed AND to explain it to us. The experience was kind, respectful, honest and sincere not phrases people usually use to describe body shops.
