I had two different instances when I came in for service. The1st one was the bottom cover came off and the mechanic said they will look at it and fix it for no charge. I really appreciate that. My car wouldn't start and I needed a jump to get to your service station. Immediately they were able to figure out what the problem was and fix it and I was out in no time at all. They were efficient and excellent with their work. I would definitely recommend anybody needs anything done with their vehicle that is the place to go.

We got a flat tire and Pete took us right in. He was very pleasant to work with. They also pointed out a few other issues we had with our car. Very fair priced and quick service.Very Professional and highlyrecommend. We definitely will be back again.

Respectful, the customer service is fantastic, the team and especially the manager worked really hard to make sure the job was done correctly and that I was back on the road ASAP. I highly recommend them as they did a great job on my Jeep that really gave them a challenge but they figured it out and it runs smoothly. They truly were my Christmas miracle. Thank you Pete and Cheyanne.

Very friendly staff, went there to confirm a head gasket issue with our car. Also tipped off one of the coolant hoses for us and didn t charge us despite thoroughly looking over the car.

Went to Monro Auto service and Tire Center to see what was wrong with the front right tire. Caser and Ron were very accommodating and quick to help. They are very friendly and funny. I would highly suggest going to them for services !

Pete was a great help and was able to work on my vehicle right away. The repair was extensive and he was able to complete it in one day. I would definitely recommend this location! I also appreciated the cleanliness of the waiting area and restroom, and that there was no distractions from getting done work done while I waited. Great job all around!!

They replaced my tpms sensors and they did a complimentary check on my brakes and all of my filters and topped off my windshield washer fluid and the changed my wiper blades and everyone was friendly overall good experience ty

I had a great experience. I was able to explain what I thought I needed and what I wasn t able to pay for. I wasn t force sold into anything. It was much more than I was expecting. I was met in the middle. I left a very happy customer. Thank you Pete and crew!

Thinking I had and issue with my front brakes, I called and they would see me right away. After their inspections they found there was nothing wrong with the brakes. Jamie the manager showed me my pads were in great shape and I should have no worries returning to North Carolina . Gave them 5 stars for their honesty. Keep up the great work.

They don t keep the appointment they give you inspite of the fact that it was just made couple of hours before. Don t go there if you don t want something like this to happen to you especially if you are coming from a distance.

This review is a little late, but I went to have my Winter tires put on my vehicle and the service was awesome! I was taken right in and my car was done very quickly. The best price around as well. The staff and Manager, Jamie were all super friendly. Definitely recommend!

These guys are great! I stopped in there last night because I had a nail in my tire. I am not from the area, it was 5:30 on a Friday, and I was pretty stressed out! They took care of me right away and were not only professional but nice. They explained what was wrong, how they were going to fix it, and did it quickly. I will definitely take the time and travel a few extra miles to take my car back here now that I know this place exists, because exceptional customer service is worth the drive! Thanks again so much to V and Aaron for all you did! You made my commute home a safe one and I'm a very grateful new customer.Also, extra points for having a nice and clean waiting area where your customers can wait!

Very friendly staff. I didn't have to wait long for my oil change. No sales pressure which was great! Drove my car to the front door and held the car door open for me and thanked me.I love this Monroe location and I will be back.

The reason I began coming to this garage was because of they are also conveniently open on Sunday. The reason I have kept coming back for over 8 years is that Casey and the other technicians are all friendly, honest, and do outstanding work. I couldn t be happier as a customer.

Very impressed with the service we received here today! I called prior to coming in, I was given a time to come in, and I was taken promptly. The problem was explained to me in simple terms, and it was fixed quickly. The guys were very professional. They really saved me a lot of trouble. I didn't have to take a day off from work to get my tire replaced because they were open on Sunday. A true lifesaver! And they did not overcharge. I highly recommend!

This place is great I had my tire rack blizzeks sent there and got it out on for less than $100!! Fantastic!! Super friendly and easy to get to. Sorry don't have pics of the place but here I am in the waiting room lol

I noticed brake fluid leaking from my rear wheel and my brake light was on. I called the dealership who couldn't see me until the middle of the following week. They told me it was perfectly fine to drive and just keep an eye on it. It gave me an unsettling feeling because this was a brake issue and you never know when you could loose pressure. This was the day before Thanksgiving and I didn't feel comfortable so I found Monro close to where I work. I explained the issue and they were able to see me right away. A coworker helped me drop the car off and I went back to work. Within the next hour I had a diagnosis and by 4pm it was all fixed. I was able to travel the next day with peace of mind. Everyone at the shop was courteous and helpful. Next time I have car issues I will definitely be going back.

I was introduced to this location through my sister who came here to fix a flat tire. They had a new one available for her right on site at a reasonable price, no ordering or waiting.Then today I came for an oil change without an appointment, I had a low oil warning and one of the gentlemen, Kacey, squeezed me in and helped me on his lunch time because I was worried about my car.Great customer service overall, very nice employees!! Highly recommend.

I can t say enough about Pete and his staff, We were having some issues with our Jeep and Pete and his staff got us back on the road. Everyone there was sooo helpful. We will be sure to go back. Thanks again Pete and your staff

I had such a fantastic experience with this car place. My husband was out of town and my brakes locked up. Jamie, the manager, took my car in right away. He was kind to me and dealt with my husband over the phone. As luck would have it, the day after getting the brakes fixed, I got a flat tire. Back to Monro! I dropped off my tire and Casey, one of the mechanics, drove it back to MY HOUSE and put the tire on for me! The staff is friendly and helpful and went the extra mile several times throughout my two days there. I had a wonderful experience.

I feel a little ripped off by this business. I went there to get some used tires put on my truck and I noticed noise coming from the back and I returned to the shop to see if they would correct the issue within about a week or two. They informed me that the balancing was indeed off, but I still charged more money. I guess they don t stand by their work.

Casey is amazing! In spite of being by himself with a lot of work ahead of him, he went above and beyond to help me out by solving an issue I was very worried about and got it done an hour earlier than estimated, at a great price. He's phenomenal. I told him I'd hug him if I could, but I'm writing this review instead. Thank you so very much, Casey!

My experience here was exceptional. Both Vee and Casey were so helpful as soon as I came in. The quality of service and the work done was more than I could have asked. Although I live out of state if I ever have another issue and I m in the neighborhood I would bring my car here again no question. They were kind enough to show me what was happening with my car and explained everything before they did the work so we were all on the same page. I m super grateful for their help and expertise.

The service was extremely professional, friendly, polite, and honest. I needed my tires put on and an alignment. Quick service and great price. In addition, I needed unexpected extra work the next morning and without any hesitation, Monro for me in right away and gave me honest, helpful, and cost effective advice about my vehicle. Amazing customer service and experience at this location. They will do all they can to help solve your issue. I highly recommend. Jamie and his crew did an excellent job! I am glad that I got to the place in time, as, I thought that my tire pressure just needed to be checked and my tires just needed to be re-inflated, but, it turned out to be something a little more complicated! They took care of it perfectly well! And, threw in a tire balancing that kept my price down to just around $25! And, fixed what could have turned in to a bigger problem! Stellar! I highly recommend this place. Great prices on service and very helpful. My first time going in for an oil change Jaime and Carlos showed me many other issues with my car that most mechanics would never bother to check. They wrote out a list of repairs that needed to be done but put no pressure on me to get them done that day or at their shop. When I told them I was going to do my brakes myself they even explained some tips that I did not know about. I will definitely be going back and recommend anyone else to do the same.
