Matt did a wonderful job with our vehicle at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. Matt is a great guy and we always use this company.The staff is wonderful also. We HIGHLY recommend Mike s Towing and always refer our friends who feel the same. Thank you all at Mikes Towing!

Mikes Towing and Collision provides service and customer experience you expect. They did an amazing job on my car and all employees are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. A big shout out to Liz and Mercedes at the front desk! These two ladies were instrumental in making my visit pleasurable. I highly recommend Mikes Towing and Collision to everyone who needs body work and towing!

Mikes Towing and Collision did a great job on my car. All the employees we interacted with were very friendly and professional. We really valued the text messages we received throughout the repair to keep us updated on the progress.The front desk ladies were a pleasure to work with and were always willing to help us make things right. I have had 2 experiences with Mike's over the past couple of years, and both were excellent. Very communicative, kept me well informed throughout the process. They coordinated everything with the insurance company, and resolved all of my concerns on both occasions. They would be my first choice in the unfortunate event that I need their services again, and I would strongly recommend them to anyone in need of auto-body repair.

Attention to detail should not be on their home page, nor should it say we treat your car like our own. If they treated my car like their own then they must abuse their own cars. The work done was very careless. They twice damaged my vehicle and never said a thing. I also found a broken part in my trunk which they claimed was not part of my vehicle, which I m not so sure. They changed my taillight and the clear lens on it didn t even match my other one And couldn t even put the cover back on after they fixed it. It s minor but once again it s lack of attention to detail. James assured me that they d take care of me. They did not as the last repair they did left paint ripped off. I told James it s fine because I wanted to get as far away as possible. They may have been great once but they ve fallen off dramatically. Stay far away from this place.Service: Body & Trim

Mikes Towing did and excellent job, in the front end repair of my son s vehicle. The car was completed on time and the updates via texts were greatly appreciated. The vehicle was clean inside and out upon the return to me. If you want great work, on time for a fair price, then Mikes Towing is the place to go. Thank you for your hard work.Service: Body & Trim

Hit deer oct 22 , car brought to them oct 23 . Car returned early December. They received check November 7 cashed soon after . Nothing but delays and excuses . Poor communication. Not calling back with updates as they say they would . I feel I was very patient with them , when I called the first office I spoke to was starting to get rude and put off , they must have caller ID there ,because when I called back they had another office person answer phone because she could care less ! Wrong parts ordered and was told the parts place didn t know they sent the wrong parts . Really ? How are they supposed to know the parts were wrong ? I mean isn t it there job to contact parts place right away they sent wrong parts ?? They got paid they let car sit because they were already paid and went on to other jobs I feel . Clown show ! Will never go back

Hands down the best shop in town. Matt was a pleasure to work with. Liz and Hannah were always helpful when I called in. They took care of any of my requests. Matt is very detail oriented and speaks passionately about his work. Also, everyone I spoke to took pride in their work. This is what separates them from their competitors. I was used to jerks in the industry that tries to rush you off the phone and cuts corners behind your back. Matt s knowledge of paints, and body work for BMW made me more comfortable than bringing it to BMW themselves. A+ guys. Highly recommended!

From start to finish, they were very professional, considerate, seamless and very clear about the entire process. After the work they did, can't tell anything happened! Obviously don't want to go back on a regular basis, but will go back to them if the need arises. Many thanks!

My car was towed into the shop after an accident. The staff at Mike's expertly repaired and returned my car in better condition than I could have imagined. It looked brand new, inside and out! I was informed of the progress every step of the way. Matt and the shop staff performed the highest quality work in a reasonable amount of time at a reasonable price. My wife and I are very pleased. The office staff, Liz, Ashley and Hanna, are absolutely terrific. They are very knowledgeable, very helpful, and kept me informed regarding the status of my wife s car. If any of my cars need body work in the future, I am returning to Mike s.

We've had 2 of our cars in for body work. Liz and Hanna in the office are the best! Positive attitudes and great at coordinating the repairs! Communication was great with updates along the way! Repairs were flawless! Overall great experience, highly recommended!

Nice people with courteous reception and accommodating service attitude!Great coordination with the insurance company (Geico) to get us going.They did a clean work by and large to their best as they could and vehicle was delivered clean!A place worth going for your vehicle's body shop works!

My wife and I used Mike's in the past to repair some minor body damage to our car. Recently they did a minor repair to our pickup truck. Both times the experience was excellent. From the moment you set foot in their meticulously groomed and well appointed reception area it becomes apparent that excellent quality and service are the benchmarks for this well run family owned business. Liz, her son Matt and all the employees at Mike's are always friendly, helpful and curteous. If visiting a body shop is something that winds up on your to do list, cross it off your list by taking your vehicle to Mike's Towing and Collision Center. Over the years, I've had several repairs done by Mike and his sons. They always work well with me and my insurance company. Mike and his staff go out of their way to make your experience with them perfect - and I mean perfect! Excellent, timely, and fairly priced work every time. I've recommended Mike's to friends, and would never consider taking my car anywhere else. 6 stars if I could give them (Oh, and really, I'm just a customer - I have no relationship with Mike's other than being a satisfied customer)
